Jaqueline, my humble belief is as Aselzion said. We were divinely created with the perfect ability of communication thru telepathy and clairvoyance. This was how the soul commuicated in it`s divine perfectin of a light essence being. After the fall/ became physical, we forgot how to communicate in this pure form.

So, now we need to re-member our creation and the inate ability IF we so chose to do. It`s free will in returning to our divinity.

My elfs belief Jaqueline, as I search my path to re-membering.

Hello again...

Right on Juniper.

Jakie.. it is my understanding that like the physical body that has 5 senses that are more or less developed in different individuals, the SPIRIT also has it's own senses of knowing and communicating.

Because we incarnate in a flesh body, we don't always KNOW that we also have access to our SPIRITUAL abilities. Some people develop them by CHOICE and desire, others by virtue of their life circumstances. We all HAVE access to the abilities, but like muscles, they need to be worked and developed to function successfully in the material plane.

And clairvoyance and telepathy are not the only means we have to access our Gifts of the Spirit. There is Empathy, the ability to feel others emotional states and physical problems.

Others have Clairaudience, the ability to hear the music of the spheres, and the spoken wisdom of guides, Angels and departed loved ones.

Some people have the ability to Heal. Some can Heal the Body, others Heal the Mind and still others that can Heal the Spirit.

As you see, the Spiritual abilities can manifest in as many different forms as there are beings on the planet. But we can all strive to develop our abilities and also open ourselves to learn any other Talent that we Choose.

Hope this helps.

Aselzion, i wanted to say a special welcome. I don't think I have yet. So pardon me. Welcome!! I think *in jest* you should get your own forum just for having known Linda. Thanks Juniperb, your words are always very kind.

Aselzion ,first,I want to give you my Welcome !

Second,thanks for your explanation.
I understood and I agree with the explanation of both.
But maybe, I need to do a more personal question. In spite of not feeling very comfortable in talking about this subject in a personal sphere...
I will try to summarize to the maximum...

Since I was a child I have dreams about things that will happen in the future, I see people that no longer are among us - as my father for instance and others that I don't have any idea of who they are. I can smell a certain perfume, sweet, that nobody else gets to feel.

Once I said to my son that he didn't go to a party - and he has parties all the weekends - he asked me why, I said that I didn't know, but something would happen. He heard me and stayed at home , the next day he knew that part of the balcony of the house pulled down hurting some of his friends...

I could give several examples and mention countless situations, but it is not the case.

Aselzion,I am familiarized with the forms of Spiritual Heal that you mentioned.
My grandmother was a spiritual medium and she worked with physical cures. My best friend is also a spiritual medium and she also make this work.

So,why me ...since I don't have a talent of curing nobody, physically, mentally or spiritually ?!
Why do I feel these things ?

Speaking in terms of astrology, there are any factor that determines this type of situation ?
Would this factor be determined by the 8th house ?

I apologize for making personal questions...

Thanks again

Jakie

LMB: Hello and thanks. Not sure I need a whole Forum, I'm just a shmuck who happened to know Linda for a while.

Jakie: Well... not sure how to answer all of your questions or concerns, but let's see.

1) Why do you see things if you aren't able to HEAL? Well in the case of your son and the party.. you FELT that something would happen and you advised him not to go, saving him from potential harm. This is a GOOD thing.

2) You say that you can perceive people that have passed on. Whether you see them, hear them or just KNOW that they are there, sometimes sharing that information with people can be Healing. To know that a departed love one is near and still able to communicate, in whatever fashion, is a great help to some people.

Astrologically... the 8th house (like the 4th and 12th) has been considered an occult or psychic house. Other chart indications COULD BE (but are not limited to):

Uranus, Neptune or Pluto on or near the Ascendant or MidHeaven, or in close aspect to the Sun/Moon/Mercury or Ascendant Ruler.

The closer the aspects and the more personal the planet, the greater the chance of the ability manifesting.

But again, DESIRE to have the abilities and/or to develop them will also help to bring them out.

Healing is not always physical... it can come in many ways... sometimes just knowing that there is something "Bigger than us" out there can effect miracles in the lives of some people.

Hope this helps, if not, please feel free to ask further questions that could help to clarify things.

Great explaination Alsezion! And Jaqueline keep re-membering and embrace your k-nowledge!!
You said to spiral & lexi "serpent" While not experienced at lexing, I did so and I`m a little confused at the seeming dichotomy.
Heres my humble attempt:

SERPENT

SET SENT TEN PESTS ( the 10 plagues perhaps?)

SET SENT SERPENT
SETS NEST NEE (born) SERPENT

This is the dichotomy I found.

SET RENT SERPENT NEST

SEER SET NETS SERPENT

He created then destroyed serpent? I know this is incomplete but I am trying to re-member. Any guidance at this point is appreciated.

Aselzion, thanks . You're very kind.

I read your explanation with all my attention and I could comment on what you said for several and several posts. But this is not the purpose of this topic and I don't want to prolong this subject.

Yes, I can feel when something will happen, not every moment, of course, but with plenty frequency and for this reason I started to give a lot of attention to my intuitions.

Yes, I can - today less - see people that already passed on. But they never got in touch with me, I just saw them. Today I feel them, mainly in the place where I make my prayers in my house. The vibrations that I can feel from them are much stronger than the people's vibrations that are at my side.
A sensation of Peace, Calm, Protection and mainly of Love.

In my 4th house I have the Moon in Taurus. In the 8th house ,I have four planets: the Sun in Leo, Uranus, Mercury and Pluto in Virgo. And the 12 th house is completely empty, not even an asteroid.

Talking about desire...I never had .
quote:
sometimes just knowing that there is something "Bigger than us" out there can effect miracles in the lives of some people.

Beautiful words... I agree 100% with them !

Now, let's talk about what really matters...Please, give more clues on the enigma of the three serpents...

Take care
Jakie

Thanks for the welcome sweetpea.

Aselzion, you might be the closest person to Linda that has ever been on the site.

Linda's way of writing touched me profoundly. She seemed to talk to the lonely and the lonely felt educated. I found her books uplifting, mystifying but ultimately raising too many questions. Because of too many questions unanswered, I really did begin to search for answers where they cannot be found, in books.

This book single handededly took over my whole life. There seemed to be a sincerity and profound truth to her writing. Her sense of encouragement, optimism and the sky-is-the-limit attitude seemed to propel me forward for a long time...until my life became a total nightmare.

I was lucky enough to talk to Ralph Berstresser about a week before he died. He had a charming vibration. May I ask about Nathan. Did Linda speak very much about him. Are there any stories of other magics Nathan may have shown Linda...like the day Nathan walked through a door and disappeared. Is there any story of Nathan which proved to you that Linda wasn't making it all up. Did Linda ever talk to you of some of the Avatars that taught her like one of the female gurus talked about in Star Signs near the section where she speaks of the word serendipity.

And forgive me for asking but what was the significance of Aaron Goldblatt, in almost all of her books there is a photo of him inside a pyramid.

And also did Linda really lose faith towards the end of her life in what she wrote about.

I guess that just trusting is not enough. So many of us need to know that what she spoke about is the truth and not just some unworkable high fantasy.

Also everyone, is Crystal Bush still associated with Linda's estate. What's happening in that arena. I never hear of her anymore.

Lots of love

Booster

Juniperb and Pegesus.. you are both SO close in your spiraling: here's another hint: WHO REPENTS?? If you reread both of those lexigrams, it will jump out at you, and begin the new spiralling about the identity of other 2 serpents. Interesting note: another name for the one who REPENTS is TYPHON which lexigrams into PYTHON... a serpent?!?

Booster: What I know of Nahtan is also expressed clearly in Star Signs, I've only heard one other Nahtan story that involves a tape that went mysteriously blank.

In terms of female avatars, the only one I know of is Nona Stoddart (? spelling). She was to be mentioned more in 12th Night Secrets I believe, and if I recall, may have been mentioned in GOOBERZ? But I haven't read the published version of GOOBERZ, only the manuscript.

Aaron Goldblatt was Linda's "sneaky Guru", and she dedicated all of her books to him. He was supposedly the person who started her on her metaphysical path, outside of astrology. I don't know much about him other than that he was supposed to have "died in a New York flophouse", which Linda vehemently denied. She claims that he is currently abiding in another body, involved in political reform in another country.

As with many things Booster, I would say that you have to accept what rings TRUE to your Inner Ear, and discard that which does not. Linda herself had said that if she were not able to complete her "mission" then the Universe would send another to take her place. I think that the best thing to say is to have Faith in the MESSAGE rather than the MESSENGER. The latter should never be more important than the former, and if it were, I'd question the Truth of the message!

Faith is the evidence of things unseen.

Hope this helps a bit.

Keep on spiraling those serpents!

Aselzion,

I would love to hear your story of how you met Linda and of some of the times you spent in her company. Also, did you ever meet Robert Brewer? It seems to me it would have been such an enlightening and enchanting time. Did she communicate verbally in the same manner as she wrote?

Hi Donna...

No, though I spoke to him on the phone, he was living in California when I was living with Linda in Cripple Creek. (as an employee mind )

No, Linda spoke much the way I imagine most of us do. Her words flowed much differently in her writing. Not to say she didn't use the colorful phrases etc. She did have a good sense of humor tho, and was prone to the occasion verbal display of displeasure when something on the news or tv provoked her ire. (didn't always take too much with all her Aries placements! )

When she told her story of the Creation, she sounded much like she does in her writings.

In terms of enlightenment, I did learn a great deal during my time with her. Much of it about listening to my own inner voice.

Hope that helps.

Jakie: Right on! Set was the bad SERPENT. SERPENT says SET REPENT! or SET REPENTS!

Pegesus: TYPHON is another name for SET(h). He was the twin soul of Nephthys, and mythology says the brother of Osiris, tho Linda's version is a bit different.

Donna: I met Linda by writing her a fan letter with a picture of the Crystal Skull, which I had an opportunity to meet in Salem, NH many years ago. This is the Mitchell-Hedges Crystal Skull that was found in a Mayan (or was it Incan) Temple at the beginning of the 20th century in the Bitish Honduras, now known as Belize. The skull now resides in Canada, former home of F.A. and Anna Mitchell-Hedges.

She recognized the skull, and called to ask me about it. And thus began our acquaintance.

I think that about covers it. And good Spiraling! Now let us continue to see what else we can re(dis)cover!

There's one lesson that I must learn in this life...pay attention ! When I read for the first time, what you wrote, I did not pay enough attention...
Set was the father of Anubis and the twin soul of Nephthys.

So,now that we know "who" is the bad "serpent",we have to know who are the two good serpents
Can you give us another clue ?

Jakie

We are not human beings living a spiritual experience.
We are spiritual beings living a human experience.

Fascinating conversation.

Welcome, Aselzion!

I love this little dialogue:

"I cannot give you death,"--continued Aselzion-"You can take what is
called by that name for yourself if you choose--you can by your own
action, sudden or premeditated, destroy this present form and
composition of yourself for just so long as it takes the forces of
Nature to build you up again--an incredibly brief moment of time!
But you gain nothing--you neither lose your consciousness nor your
memory! Ponder this well before you pull down your present dwelling-
house!--for ingratitude breeds narrowness, and your next habitation
might be smaller and less fitted for peace and quiet breathing!"
The Life Everlasting by Marie Corelli

You certainly chose an appropriate name.

Hi Ra, I was just wondering where you were!

You know we were doing a little Christmas shopping last weekend and there were these two little cystal pieces on display in the store and one was a king cobra and the other one an adorable monkey. I nudged my husband and whispered..."See honey, THERE'S the true beginnings of mankind."

So maybe, I wasn't kidding???

Ra is in the word cobra...help me here!

Ra

As you began...

"I do not wish to live!"--he said--"I came here to study life, but not to learn how to keep it. I would lose it gladly for the merest trifle! For life is to me a bitter thing--a hideous and inexplicable torment! Why should you, O Aselzion, teach us how to live long? Why not rather teach us how to die soon?"
_________________________________________________________________________

"Aselzion! As you are strong, have patience with the weak! As you see the Divine, pity those who are blind! As you stand firm, stretch a hand to those whose feet are on the shifting quicksands, and if death and oblivion are among the gifts of your bestowal, withhold them not from me, for I would rather die than live!"

Thanks for the invitation, Jaqueline!

But Aselzion is out of my league. My conversing would only be so much noise. I will definately keep reading, though.

Thanks for the links Donna!

Walk in Peace
