Let me say again how much we appreciate this opportunity to "speak" to someone who actually knew Linda.

I guess the question I most long to know the answer to has to do with Sally/Sarah.

Did she always remain convinced that she was "taken" or did she waiver in that belief?
Did the others in her family believe Sally was kidnapped, too.

OH sorry...that's two questions but I couldn't help myself!

Those are the two questions I would ask also.

Hello again...

To the best of my knowledge, Linda never waivered in her faith about the miracle of Sally, as she called it. She received many letters about that, and in fact she did keep many of them in her chapel, under her altar, in a basket she kept for the purpose of helping her to maintain faith and add energy to her ordaining.

I only met Bill Jr. once or twice and spoke with Michael a couple of times on the phone, and the subject of Sally never really came up... at least not in front of Linda. I did ask Bill about it once, and he tended to keep his opinions to himself... but I had the feeling he thought or knew more than he was letting on. Now mind you, I could never prove it... but it was just a hunch.

I read the beginning of the manuscript of Spder Line one night at Linda's request, and I have to tell you.. reading it was chilling. It was a cold snowy/rainy night and the subject matter began to play on my imagination... it involves kidnapping, replacement with a "double" and an eventual "death in an apartment fire" as I recall.

Linda said that Sam identified the body before she got there, and that she never was able to see the body. But according to Sally's horoscope, Linda firmly believed that she was alive, and unable to recall her own identity secondary to brainwashing methods in use by certain agencies.

Again, it has been many years since I have seen the Spider Line manuscript, and this is only what my imperfect memory can recall at present. Again, if anything filters up I'll pass it along.

i was wondering: what were Linda's reasons for beleiving the gov't would do that (kidnapping her daughter)? ... and she believed when she saw bob for the last time (in gooberz) that it wasn't really him, but a double sent in by the government. i mean, what did she believe was their motive? (not that i think its beyond them to do things like that)

Good question.. hard one to answer. This was one that I had asked myself.

Linda's reply was that in the 1970's she and Dan Rather (before his rise to fame) had investigated what was known as the "Floating Brothel", a yacht that prominent politicians were using to entertain lobbyists and themselves. I was told that Linda and Dan Rather were offered some perks to NOT report the story, and that Dan Rather took them, hence his rise to journalistic stardom. Linda, on the other hand chose the moral high road and threatened to go public with the report.

She thought that since she was a well known author at that point, her fame would protect her; that they wouldn't touch her, but apparently they could get at her through her family. Linda also mentioned that she had reason to believe that certain politician's (and/or their inconvenient family members) deaths that were supposed "Heart Attacks" were actually poisonings by a certain gov't agency.

I'm sure there's more to the story that I can't recall at present, but that's the basics. If more bubbles up through the veils of time, I'll pass it along.

I can't recall the name of that yacht... but if memory serves me, Linda stated that a certain Robert Brewer was the ship's captain at least for a short stint at that time... see the connection? Of course at that point, he wasn't Goober... that came later.

Now that detail may be me melding two stories, but I don't think so. If anyone has any other info to confirm or deny, I'd love to discuss it further.

Hope that helps!

Yes, Linda thought that Sally was kidnapped and brainwashed. She was used in mind control experiments at a certain covert place for that sick act...in the state of Maine. Sally may even be living among us now, not even knowing who she is.

Thanks everyone for sharing what you know about that subject.

I too lost an 18 year old Sara but my daughter's body was identified by me even though the powers that be didn't want that to happen. Obviously that's why the story of Sally/Sarah touches me so. That's the part I could NEVER understand...how it was that LINDA didn't insist on seeing for herself. Sam may have thought he was "protecting" her but believe me I can think of no worse torment than not seeing for yourself.

There was a time long ago when the idea that certain agencies could do such things was unthinkable to me. I am sooooo sorry to say I think differently now.
The more I learn of Linda's life the more in awe I am of her.
The very human-ness of her and all the things she went through and STILL she kept on trying to teach us to be all we could be.

I read somewhere that Linda had hired Peter James to help her find Sally. Does anyone know what Peter had to say?? And what became of the "agent" who was to help her with Spiderline?? Please don't tell me he "had an accident" or heaven forbid...his plane crashed???

Hello again...

I think the SeaQuest was the submarine on that old TV show, "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea" with Richard Basehart.

The Floating Brothel was a private yacht and had a different name, but I still can't remember its name.

I think the StarQuest was the military boat that Robert Brewer served on, that Linda saw going by when she felt the tooth pain on the beach in California.

Is that what Gooberz says? I'm at work and can't look up the reference at present.

I do seem to recall a line, or a fragment, and I may be paraphrasing badly...

In the small surviving manuscript of Spider Line, Linda wrote "Sally disappeared after threats against her children's lives were received by Linda Goodman while she was investigating a Lockheed boat called the 'Star Quest,' involved with Watergate and many other nefarious activities under president Richard Nixon."

Aselzion, I am curious about your ideas. Were you surprised when Linda "died?" Why do you think she decided to die? More personally, are you an immortal?

Thanks Greg... it's been alotta years since I've seen Linda or the manuscript, and in my dotage I'm probably blending bits and pieces of various memories... I still keep kicking myself that I didn't keep a diary!

As to why Linda chose to die... all I can say is that I wasn't there near the end. I know she was diabetic, and that her diet wasn't always all that it could have been. She was a smoker, and she did have a great disdain for western "allopathic" medicine. Apparently Linda had sustained an injury or cut to a toe, and as a diabetic it didn't heal and turned gangrenous. (This of course is all second hand from my friend that lived in Cripple Creek and served as Linda's housekeeper during my time there.) At that point, she had to have a partial amputation of the foot. In terms of her psychological/spiritual decision... well, I wasn't there and I can't speak with any authority.

I do know that Linda was human and frail and had suffered many losses over the course of her life... more than many could handle I'd dare say. Perhaps she was tired. But whatever the case.. it was a Soul Choice, and I have to respect her, and trust that she knew what was necessary for her at the time.

Linda often joked about beings of high vibration needing some vices to help keep them "together" while on a planet of such oft times low vibration. SHe'd often say, if I didn't smoke or have some vices, I'd probably explode! (again, a bad paraphrase at best) But Linda did have a great sense of humor.

Am I an immortal... aren't we all?

Pegesus...

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to go through the loss of a child...

In terms of why Linda didn't get to see the body... as I recall she was away when all of this happened, I can't recall if she was in Colorado or California at the time, and she was having a period of financial difficulty if I recall the story correctly. She also implied that it was in whichever agency's interest to speed things along and count on a grieving parent's emotions to make quick decisions so that Linda would not be ABLE to identify the body.

Again, my prayers go out to you, but I KNOW that your Sara is safe and Loved in God's presence.

Bright Blessings...

Aselzion

Thank you. It know that too. That's the only way I was able to handle it. It's sure been a journey though.

But again because of all this, I always felt close to Linda.

Thanks again for your warm words.

Ok, it's me again...more questions.

Can you shed any "light" onto the subject of who the 3 serpents are in "the garden of Eden" that she was going to tell us about in TNS?? I can maybe understand 2 but #3 is puzzling to me.

Hello again...

Well, let's make this in the nature of a dialogue.. what do YOU understand about the 2 Serpents that you mentioned? What do YOU think about the third?

Linda always thought that the best way to teach was to ask questions to help people remember what they already know.

In terms of the animal enigma... well, the answer to the above Serpent question will also shed light on the animal enigma.

I'm not trying to be evasive, but as I said, the best enlightenment comes from remembering what you already know.

As Nahtan would say... "You do not help people by doing all of their spiraling for them. No one becomes illuminated in this manner. They will see, and they will know, at the alloted time for each individual." (Star Signs p. 368) Granted this was in response to Linda telling Nahtan that she planned to write about solving the EARTH-HEART lexigram, but I think it applies equally well in this case. <that page number comes from the hardcover First edition of Star Signs>

The answers to the above questions are at the very core of Linda's enlightenment about Genesis and the creation of Life on this Earth, so it would be hard to dive into the middle without laying the groundwork. Make any sense?

But, may the dialogues begin!

Well, I can't argue with what you said so I'll dive in with my ideas but that's all they are.

They are not "revelations" by my higher self by any means.

Alot of my thoughts along these lines come from reading Sitchin and even some of the ideas of David Icke. Now I don't feel like those two really even belong in the same category but Icke does borrow heavily on Sitchins work. I NEVER believed (even as a child)that the "God" discussed in Genesis was really God.
It was someone (or a group of someones) who let the "newly created" life forms think they were God.
Sitchin refers to Enki (whose logo was the double helix) and Enlil (who was most likely Jehovah.)
Icke seems to think these "gods" were reptilian in form. I have a hard time with that one but I cannot question the eons old historical references to "reptilian forces, the brotherhood of the snake, etc".

I just don't know!!! And I want to know! I feel there is a lot of truth in the works of both these writers yet I don't think it's "quite right". Close but not right.
I think they are both trying to make "literal" something that is a metaphor.
And **** it but metaphors usually sail right over my head!!

I know how I feel when I find my "truth". I always felt like that when I'd read Linda's books. I can only say I feel "aspects" of this with these writers but it's not the big "Aha".

Does this post make any sense at all???

Hi. I'm new to the forum. Aselzion I'd like to ask you was there anything was there anything about Linda that gave authenticity to the many claims that were made in Star Signs.

Were there any happenings that proved to you that she was psychic.

I ask this question because Linda's Star Sign book was the most important book I've read in my life. It took over my whole life and I accepted Linda's way of thinking and her philosophy. I came across it so young. But some powerful, dreadful things have happened to me as a result of reading that book.

Star Signs is the most amazing book, but it is surely for the most naive of beginners. My question is did Linda ever divulge to you any inforation, do or act in a certain way or show any proof that she knew what she was talking about.

Did she talk about Nathan, about Tesla, about metaphysics. Did she tell about her many tragedies. Did she make any predictions that came true. Did she talk about Twelth Night Secrets.

Aselzion, a dialouge would be great and I`ll try to start my end .
Except for the "in the beginning" church ho-ha, my first k-nowledge of creation came thru Ruth Montgomery. It followed by Edgar Cayce then Linda Goodman. It follows the same truths and I accept them. So this is what I believe:

Ok, we were created by infinete intelligence as pure thought forms with no concept of good or evil but with free will. WE were minatures of our creators filled with adoration for them.

Plants & animals were then created.
Free will is causing some souls to exercise that will & found that they could enter the animals bodies & experience the physical . Some souls became trapped in these bodies because their desire to experience the eating, mating between the animals ect bordered on greed.

Our Creators decided to matter a superior creature( man/woman If you will) with superior intellect who could distinguish tween good & evil who would have dominion over the animals . No longer did the soul need to enter an animal to experment with the physical.

It went well til the free will of some took over and began mating WITH the animals that housed the trapped souls.
Deformity was the result of mating as unicorns, centaurs, mermaids ect were the results.

Original sin was the free will mating, with the k-nowing of good & evil, with these tormented souls trapped in animal bodies.

Now we come to Linda`s tantalizing k-nowing. I`m stuck on the 3 serpents... I k-now somehow it`s intertwined with original sin & the whole animal enigma....

I don`t understand how it unfolded, by who or what I await your reply before I stumble on.

Pegesus, I`d sure like to hear your thoughts re: the garden & serpents!!!

Hi to all

I was reading what you are saying about the serpent, the creation , Genesis...and I had to remember what I wrote a while ago , here at Universal Codes , when we were having a "debate" about this subject.

It was a huge debate, but I'll copy here one of my posts :

quote:
Post II
Genesis 2

15 The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. 16 And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; 17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the first report of the creation, something is ordered, but nothing is prohibited. Now, for the first time, a prohibition exists. It is imposed in the man's interest, but we can conjecture: if the man should dominate the earth (recalling the first action of the creation), why it is not allowed to him the knowledge of the good and evil?

It is not offered to man any reason why he must obeys, just one that doesn't make any sense.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Genesis 3
The Fall of Man

1 Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the LORD God had made. He said to the woman, "Did God really say, 'You must not eat from any tree in the garden'?"
2 The woman said to the serpent, "We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, 3 but God did say, 'You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.' "
4 "You will not surely die," the serpent said to the woman. 5 "For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When the serpent says to Eve that,( the contradict to what Lord God said) she won't die if she eats of the Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil, the serpent is telling the truth.

Who lied was not the serpent.
Ok, the serpent was the deceiving instrument for the couple's "spiritual" death. That is the classic theological interpretation of the "Man's fall", the " Original sin".

But in a second look of the text, the Creator of the serpent,"God", when reprehends her, reprehends Himself. What could be driven for the exterior in the polytheism, against a rival divinity, in the monotheism - even a monotheism that occasionally speaks in the first person of the plural - has to be transform in a regret returned for the interior of "Lord God ".

I think that the serpent was the wiser creature in the Garden of Eden. She was the only one that understood what " God " meant.

About the mystery of the three serpents. Maybe the bad serpent is the ignorance, or maybe our own will of wanting the wrong thing. Maybe the good serpents are our desire, that creates the fact in itself. We wanted, therefore we created. And the other good serpent can be "the word", that is also due to the desire, of the thought.

Do I make sense ?

Jakie

Hello again...

What a wonderful start... we're spiraling all over the place!

According to Linda's creation story, there were the 3 serpents, as you recall: 2 were good and one was bad. And in her telling this was literal not metaphorical.

I believe that I mentioned somewhere that the proofs came in the form of Lexigrams and pictures.

One clue to the serpent mystery is hidden within the Lexigram of the word SERPENT itself.

Another clue to part of Linda's version of the creation is also contained in the Bible: When the Lord cast Adam and Eve from Eden, he cursed Eve to bring forth children in pain... according to Linda, in Eden ALL souls incarnated as Twin S-elves, and there was no physical birth process as we know it. In fact, prior to the Fall, Man did not have TESTES and Woman did not have a UTERUS.

One clue to the animal enigma is the Lexigram of the name Anubis, and the story of his birth. Here you must know something of the nature of the one called Nephthys and her Twin Soul.

Does this help any? Or have I only muddied the waters?

Booster, in terms of Linda being psychic, or offereing proof of what she said. Well, she always allowed the person hearing her tales to judge for themselves. She did discuss metaphysics and Astrology with me, as well as Lexigrams and 12th Night Secrets. She often spoke of Nahtan, and Aaron and Dr. Muses as well, and while I was with her I actually got to meet Cleve Backster. In terms of predictions, none that I recall.

She believed that we are all divine in nature and as such possess the gifts of clairvoyance and telepathy, Ordaining and creation. It was not whether we COULD do these things, but whether we Chose to develop these gifts. Does that make any sense?

Where do we go from here?

Aselzion

You touched in a crucial point for me. Why did we choose the gifts of clairvoyance and telepathy?
What is the purpose ?
