Greetings...Yes, sad to say, but in Linda's disdain of modern or allopathic medicine, she allowed her diabetes to run it's course to its fatal end. In my last conversation with the woman who kept house when I lived with Linda, she told me that Linda had been complaining of some foot pain for quite a while. Nancy finally got tired of hearing the complaints, and forced Linda to actually show her the foot. As you can imagine, there was a toe that had gotten injured, and because of the untreated diabetes, had gone gangrenous, and from what I hear that was the beginning of the end for dear Linda. I think that she was very tired and had so many demands on her body and soul that she couldn't think of going on in the present incarnation. And as much as we may wonder why the woman who propounded the idea of Physical Immortality chose to die... ... well, it is not for me to question another Soul's choice. But I think that Linda would be thrilled to see that so many of her loyal fans had come together to discuss and carry on her work! Blessed Be... A IP: Logged |

No, Aselzion, your contribution is as big as the site. The fact that you came across this obsucure community, hidden inside Linda's name, is just a true miracle from up above. IP: Logged |

Aselzion, I'm not sure, but I think I read somewhere that Linda's official date of birth (April 9) was not her real one. Is that true or is it just another rumour? morgana IP: Logged |

Greetings Morgana...To the best of my knowledge, Linda's birth date really and truly is April 9th. It's the YEAR that is in question, as Linda never liked to reveal her birth YEAR. However, she did give many of her planetary positions in Gooberz... but boy did she have an Aries Snit when I proudly showed her the copy of the chart that I had derived from that information! (It's a good thing that having some Fire in my nativity.. and PLENTY OF WATER too, I am mostly immune to the scalding Fire of the Arian temper!) Peace and Magic... A IP: Logged |

Thank you, Aselzion! But why did she get angry? I had two Aries friends and I found we just don't click, it's a textbook case of the natal square between our Suns. I can get along with Libras and Capricorns just fine, but Aries... That temper of theirs is just too much to deal with on a daily basis since I have quite a bad temper too but it's more like a time bomb, so if you combine that with ultrasensitivity, someone is bound to get hurt... You have to have a patience of a saint to deal with an Aries, and I'm far from sainthood yet. But otherwise they're great, I like them and respect them very much (from afar, haha). A., maybe someone has asked you this already, but: how come Linda invited you to stay with her and work on her book (Gooberz, I believe)? I gathered from your posts that you were quite young then, but maybe I'm wrong. Were you already an astrologer or writer or something? (I just realized this sounds very blunt - I'm sorry, no offense intended, I just sometimes have trouble expressing myself in English, so it's rather basic) Were you close friends with her? Do you miss her? Have you maintained contact after that? Sorry, so many questions again... Once I start, I can't stop morgana IP: Logged |

Hello again Morgana...Not a problem! I met Linda because I sent her a picture of the Anna Mitchell Hedges Crystal Skull. When sh saw it, sh thought that she recognized it, and called to ask me some questions about it, that could not be answered merely by looking at the pictures. I was younger then, yes.. but already had studied Astrology for about 9 - 10 years. As to being a writer... well I like to think I have a way with words occasionally, but I haven't been published... yet! She offered me a job after we had conversed by phone frequently over the course of several months; she was just starting up her Star Notes project, and needed some editorial assistance with that as well as Gooberz. I was in a dead end job that I wasn't loving, so the timing seemed perfect; the right place at the right time scenario. Do I miss her... well yes, but as I say, living with her wasn't always easy. I did learn alot from her, mostly about respect for my own talents and abilities. Hope that helps some... Peace and Light... A IP: Logged |

Aselzion, Were Linda's eyes as intense in person as they appear in pictures?? What were her ideas on Tesla? You lived together in the town that he practically blew up!! Did she ever contacted him there? Was he still there???hahaha Did you ever go with her to study him? If so, what are your views on him!!I think he was an angel! Thanks again, Peace and Love L.V.X.
