You are right he is in a long lasting relationship as far as I know. But it does not really matter, luckily I do not have a crush on him. I just think he is attractive and likeable, but there is no real "emotional or even fantasy attachment" happening for me.

First things first, one of its primary meanings is "bed". When I random ask about people at night, I often found them in hCoffin

It also is associated with Pluto, and they already have Tarot Moon in my spread, I think. So it definitely stands for Plutonic relationship, when it comes to sex (Moon/Pluto anyone?

But the most interesting part is the fact that I keep getting Snake Cross when I ask about the effect of some meditation practices. I have concluded the image I see for this is the Caduceus (and consequently Kundalini rising)

Another combo I keep getting for the meditation questions is Snake Ring - I think it stands for Kundalini rising and chakra activation as well, considering Snake Ring is actually an upward spiral, the coiling snake.
In fact, I am working with two Leno decks, Piatnik and Mystical, and right now I am working on assigning esoteric meanings to the Mystical Leno deck, since the imagery is full of esoteric meanings.

When someone asks me about feelings with Leno, I first ask a yes/no question: does x have romantic feelings/interest in y? then I ask about a description of these feelings.

I noticed, for feelings description, when there are strong feelings, there are strong cards: sometimes even cross scythe (intense heartache) snake coffin etc.
