Hold up guess. Before you do anything, let's take a breather. Let's take a nice relaxing walk. No thoughts, no worries, just a nice relaxing stroll to somewhere peaceful like a park or beach. When you get there, just have a seat under a tree for a while. Don't think about any of your problems. Just let your mind go and relax. Take a nap if you doze off. The whole point of this is to get you to relax. Let me or Unmoved know if your up for taking the walk.

How can you be sure that your tasks/lessons here in this incarnation at SchoolRoom Earth are completed??
How could living "damage your soul"??There is always  HOPE no matter how bad things seem to be.

guesshello. you are feeling tired sweetheart. and you need to rest. you have been looking after your body but your mind has been on overdrive and you are so so tired. you need to rest. and the rest will give you clarity. you are still needed here because you have something to do here. your soul will return until you complete this lesson. the universe is kind and loving and there is no judgement. in every moment of every day you are surrounded by love and by guidance and angels. i don't feel that you are sad - but i'm feeling emptiness from you and confusion mostly. you need to rest. what can you do to do that? and listening to people who do not really understand does not help. you have come to the right place here and there are people here who will understand your uniqueness. i'm one of them. i'm not like others too and i understand. what do you need right now? the world is bigger and has more possibilities that you are able to see right now. close your eyes and you will feel the truth of this in your heart. sleep. you need to sleep - as much as you can at the moment. there's a lot there and you need healing. but you are surrounded by lots of love and i know that you feel that - even if you can't understand why or how yet. but i know you can feel it. rest and sleep and when you awake you will feel different - some light will have come in. if nothing else, for yourself, do that. and then come back here and tell us your experiences and we can guide you and help you.
