Rather, I think the thread should be re-entitled:The Sun Signs Myth
It's all about the individual natal chart.
My bf is Sun Libra and he hates violence.
Consider the Pluto in Libra generation, right from 0 degree to 29 degrees- throughout this period, many sun Librans may have their Sun conj Pluto, and that's probably why some of you get the impression that Librans are not that sweet and peace-loving.
Again, during the period of Pluto in Libra, any solar Libran can have their Mercury in Libra conj Pluto in Libra, or their Venus in Libra conj Pluto in Libra.
There are only three possible Mercury signs for solar Librans: Virgo, Libra, Scorpio.
If a solar Libran has Mercury in Scorpio, that might do the trick. I mean, you might get the impression that they are not all that Venusian.
There are only five possible Venus signs for solar Librans: Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, and Sagittarius. Should some of the sun Librans have Venus in Scorpio, again, that modifies the solar Libra qualities.
Not to say those are the absolutes. One prominent placement in a chart can greatly alter the sun sign characteristics.
Moon in Libra- the Moon sign I am least familiar with. I can't comment on this as I've virtually never met any of them.
Mars in Libra- I used to know someone with this placement. He was not physically aggressive. It is said that Mars in Libra is not necessary an unfavorable position for Mars, as Libra can dilute and balance the aggressive nature of Mars itself.
Belgz,
Moon in Pisces is about all the possibilities you can get out there! Therefore, even books may tell you typical sun sign Pisceans are gentle and all that- that certainly does not apply to Moon in Pisces! Anything is possible with this Moon!
AscTaurus,
Looks like you've had many negative experiences with Librans? Many, though not all, solar Librans do not want to be confrontational, and strive for peace, justice, fairness, sharing and friendship.
To each their own.

The opposite of love is indeed hate, not indifference- for indifference is a form of detachment, and both love and hate are two forms of attachment, and detachment is naturally the opposite of attachment. Within the department of attachment, however, love and hate are each other's polar opposite, though oftentimes there is a fine line between the two and though many have experienced feelings mixed with both love and hate and the hate that has once been love. There are many theories of the relationships between love and hate, but ultimately, hate is death force, which destroys, and hence leads to untimely or chronic destruction; whereas love is life force, which nurtures, and creates life- life that stems from love, full of love- true life.
