Topic: Who needs freedom more?

i know this aqua guy who has a girlfriend, he leaves me small gift all the time, at least twice a month, and yet the 3 times i asked if he wanted to make out, before i was married.... he ran home to mommy and didn't come around for months, leaving his gifts on my desk when i am gone.sags, ok they say they are freedom loving, but they as my observations goes, they are irresponsible when it comes to details like bills and day to day living.. and looking for a parent figure to take care of details so they can go play. la la hippity hop. i find that quite clingy as i really dont like being a parent figure to an adult. so i don't know about this theory. Honestly, appointments make it hard for me to breathe LOL I need to feel I can do as a please and get out of anything that I am in if I feel the need. But marriage doesnt scare me, I love the idea of always having that person with me. Like someone said earlier, being alone but having them outside the door  ------------------

I think if it were really bad it could really affect me physically, if I get stressed and feel strapped and its really bad, I feel covered, like I need to get something off me and start scratching myself O_O I could NEVER go to prison lol ------------------

prison is in your mind. i felt like i was in prison in a 3500 square foot house with more bathrooms than people. trapped.
i would have felt freer in a 10 x 10 room that is all mine.

Aries Sun/Moon and Virgo AC, with Moon/Venus/Mercury trine Sagittarius Uranus.I like a bit of clinginess, there's nothing wrong with emotional dependency and it's good if my partner isn't afraid of expressing it. I'm also clingy sometimes anyways, and I'm happy if I can trust him enough to tell him without being afraid of doing so (last thing I want is to express my feelings for someone and this person goes dramatic like "omg my precious freedom").
But well, this doesn't apply to extreme clinginess of course. My bf is the one I feel comfortable with, so I like spending time with him and don't mind of doing so. My needs of freedom are more about:
- being able to do what I want to do without being interrupted (I get moody when it happens);
- being able to have my own space sometimes;
- being the owner of my own life (always had lots of freedom even when I was little - Uranus in the 4th);
- freedom of expression - my need for some alone time away from someone is inversely proportional to me feeling comfortable of expressing myself to someone. IP: Logged |

"prison is in your mind"It's not in my mind that I would be forced in a cell that I couldn't get out of and couldn't go anywhere I want and that people would be controlling me and watching my every move. It's not the space, its the freedom to do as a please, with no one controlling me. Small spaces don't bother me that much, as long as I can leave when I want and am not being forced or locked in. ------------------

Saturn in Cancer makes me touchy CrazyAqua, when you say freedom do you mean a dislike for most commitment, or just a need to explore and wander even while in a commitment? I get the impression people are equating that word freedom with different things. IP: Logged |

Aqua sun and mercury, sag in mars, saturn and uranus.I need freedom, I believe that it's the most important aspect to life. I was going to get that word tattooed on me, actually I still might....

It can really physically effect me in a way that I don't always see in other people that say they need freedom. That said, I agree freedom means different things to different people. It can mean new experiences, it can mean the financial ability to pick up and go places, or the freedom to be with the partner of your choice. I believe you're generalizing based on your own experience, everybody has different circumstances. I would LOVE to pick up and travel for 10 years, and I've always wanted to do that. Unfortunately that just isn't a possibility for myself right now, but that doesn't mean that I crave/need freedom any less than you. This is the longest I've gone staying in one place without traveling at all and right now I really feel suffocated and constricted by life. My favourite Aquarius said: "Emancipate yourself from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our minds" Aquarians believe in freedom of thought, Sagittarians believe in the freedom to explore - physically and mentally. I have a cancer sun, gemini moon friend who always says that she needs freedom in the same way, but I still believe that we need freedom in two very different ways. That said, I have about 3 or 4 other cancer friends who I would say that that doesn't apply to whatsoever, so I think it's the air in you that feels like you need to constantly move and be free. Well this is just fantastic! So far in this thread Scorpio was bought up for it's secrecy, Aqua and Sag for their love of freedom and Aries and Caps were mentioned too. The guy I have been pining for the past 3 months is Cap rising, Scorpio sun, Aqua moon, Sag Venus and Aries Mars. I sure can pick them.IP: Logged |
