yes,i believe so to be the case.

but it is a hard process.it is not easy to face those things,make it real,to then dettach from them forever.

do you know the book busting loose from the money game?they have a thing there called "the process" which is a way of reclaiming the power back from the creation of ours ( something which causes us pain and disconfort),that we have to feel return to us,make it real and declare ourselves the creators of it all.

then,by aknowledging it,we face it as an Ilusion,as the only thing real in this "game" is ourselves,our consciousness,and therefore,nothing has power in the "hologram"over us.
by that,we retire the power from the situations,and put it back into its nothingness.

I knew I might start some problems. Some people might say"Stop whining"
Some might say,"You got everything--why are you complaining?"
I kept writing cuz I needed to.

I lived the life where everything looked perfect. I did that from 14 on when I could not feel my feelings anymore.
I did everything I was supposed to and my life fell apart.
Now, I am on an inner journey in my own way.

I just want to encourage you to progress the way that feels right to you.

Affirmations are a good thing, but they donŽt work (or at least have no lasting affect), if you`re still unaware of the reasons for your (psychological) situation.
But if you (or anyone for that matter) have looked at and identified the unhealthy patterns and understood where they come from, it`s time to leave them in the past and move into the future.

If you don`t look at these (or ignore them), though, they will stay with you like an unseen burden.

You got to face your demons in order to set them free.

And I think that is what you are doing here, and I think it`s great.
It`s part of your healing process.

Yesterday i came across a wonderful thing:

it is a movie about channeling,but it is much more than that: just listen to what they have to say.

i was watching the part 4 now and i thought of you.

somehow i think that this will help you.

im already very deeply into this perspective in Life,the ones that they talk about,and ive read several books now.

it all started last year for me,in March.since then that i grew into a much more mature person,in a spiritual way.

it will make you struggle a bit,if you decide to change your awareness,but if you decide so,i promise you that you will never be the same person again...and i say this in a positive way.

things are getting better now,and i know that it is because of myself-im changing inward,and that is being reflected to the outward.

this is the 1st part,and it is divided into 9 parts,each one with 9 minutes.

let me know what you felt if youŽd like,after watching it.

it is indeed powerful. and yes it is not easy at 1st cause what he says it will blow up your Mind and all the structures you thought hold to be the Truth.

but i truly believe that it is the best thing ive ever came across with.
