Yeah, my mistrust stems from current and past experiences with them. I always thought I owned this influence since people keep a healthy berth/respect for me anyways, intuitively knowing how perceptive and BS detecting I am (or maybe thats Moon in the 8th conjunct Lilith). I think I do now, but before I kept projecting it out there....causing me to be in these situations. I remember my first outside experience of this placement being a really mean camp counselor...LOL. After that, it was downhill from there.
I have a Capricorn Rising and Taurean Jupiter that loves getting a paycheck though, so I now just have to put up with these shady forces as of now. IP: Logged |

Doesn't Pluto conjunct the Sun make you a powerful person? How do you see this operating in your life--if you can say? Ami

It depends on how you look at the word powerful, Ami. Someone else said it's like transform or die & I believe them.
Too much pain involved, sorry. IP: Logged |

I have Pluto in the 2nd (Scorpio). Both of my parents come from fairly wealthy, well-to-do families (not to sound snooty, but...it's true). About the time I was born, my mother was scammed out of her trust fund, and my father lost most of his in an ill-planned investment. My whole life has been a financial struggle (lots of ups and downs, never any real consistency), and put a lot of pressure on my parents' marriage (they ended up splitting up when I was quite little). As far as self-worth, it's really difficult to sustain much in the way of dignity when you're slumming it, especially growing up in a social circle such as that of my parents'. Luckily, even though my (maternal) grandparents didn't necessarily feel the need to throw money toward my parents, they've invested well in my education (including my admittedly outrageously expensive college tuition), which I'm hoping offers a way out of this mess for both me and my parents, although that may be a tad unrealistic of me to hope for. Sp. butler. No no no.. Do not be scare of the pain. Listening to it(feel). It's not dangerous. Pain is a part of our life. The problems are that people not dare to meet it. Be friend with your self and accept also your pain and your sun/pluto will removes mountain. You will be a dream for your partner.

For Wink: Pluto in 9th House You are extremely attached to your opinions and belief system. Due to this attachment, debates might easily turn into arguments if you are not careful. At your best, you are persuasive and intelligent with a probing and incisive mind. Your opinions are strong and well-researched. You are able to back up your arguments, and enjoy doing so! At your worst, you can be obsessed with "converting" others to your beliefs. You are suspicious of new ideas until you've given them deeper thought. You may have a disdain for blind followers of belief systems and for hypocrisy. You may be considered "deep" or "profound" and you are likely to come up with some unusual and unique ideas that impress others. Your sense of adventure runs deep and can lead you to unusual experiences. You are likely to make an involved, captivating, and inspiring teacher, speaker, or lecturer. While you may not share your ideas frivolously, when you do express yourself, you do so creatively and persuasively. Some of your most intense and life-changing experiences may come through travel or in connection with other cultures

I have a book called Cure by Crying. A man healed emotional( and physical diseases) by crying. Crying releases the trauma which is stored in the right side of the brain. It will not release by mere intellectual understanding, according to new theories on trauma. In my experience, tears are God's way to take pain out of the body and mind. Ami IP: Logged |

Popcorn I became numb at 14. Only now, have I been trying to come out of it. As I cry--I get more and more real. Every morning when I wake up---I am a little better.I can see life as a little more real each day. I am about 50% through--if you could quantify it Ami ------------------ Do unto others what they do unto you, only worse. Pluto in Synastry IP: Logged |

Ami, Thank you for that!! Very true of me, I can be very stubborn too About the crying.. You need to cry. Don't ever supress your feelings..not good. A therapist I saw years ago described it as "stuffing" your feelings by not letting them out. Then you're like a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. Allow youself to cry. Allow yourself to feel. popcorn There is no chance of running away when Pluto is in the house of partnership & open enemies. other people have literally done there darnedest to kill me & yet here I am.
What I will say from my own experience is that no matter how deeply I may go into depression etc when I get to the very end I find that I always get up & continue on. I think that's the blessing of my Pluto. Crying is another story - I simply don't have any tears left.
