Since it is a dream, I would think that maybe you are scared that someone is going to take something away from you in real life......

Someone shooting you means you are losing energy.......where were you shot? The chakra closest to the part of your body where you were shot needs healing.......

I wake up before I actually get killed.. I've always seemed to get away..

So I guess my dreams are more of someone trying to kill me..

I've also had end of the world dreams, war, fire.. (These have been my latest ones)
I see military,firemen...

I wake up trying to scream,but can't..

One time I woke up running, I ran to where I saw a light (bathroom)I thought I was still dreaming... Then I run into the bathroom yelling he's trying to kill me... Let just say I scared the crap out of the husband... Luckily for him he was sitting in the right spot LMAO!!!

This reminds me somewhat of Morgellons.

Morgellons (also called Morgellons disease or Morgellons syndrome), is a name given in 2002 by Mary Leitao[1] to a proposed condition referred to by the Centers for Disease Control as unexplained dermopathy and characterized by a range of cutaneous (skin) symptoms including crawling, biting, and stinging sensations; finding fibers on or under the skin; and persistent skin lesions (e.g., rashes or sores). Current scientific consensus holds that Morgellons is not a new disorder and is instead a new and misleading name for a well known condition. Most doctors,[2] including dermatologists[3] and psychiatrists,[4] regard Morgellons as a manifestation of known medical conditions, including delusional parasitosis.[5][6][7]

Very interesting, Raymond. The crawling sensation is another symptom I get when even viewing the cluster of holes, particles, microbes, etc. because the sight is THAT offensive to my eyes. The experts are still on the fence as to what causes this to happen but some theorize that it probably involves some part of the brain. I forget the exact wording but basically, we would prefer these clusters of holes to be organized, otherwise the body registers it as 'diseaselike' and unclean. And its true! When I see mass amount of holes or bumps that are arranged in rows, I do not get the same crawling-itching sensaton as when I see them just clustered togetther at random (like on a lotus pod...*shivers*).

Did we all bring up 6th and 12th house too? Because I have stelliums in both those houses.

Well, not my business, but is your energy scattered? Maybe try centering yourself, meditating, trying procedures to calm yourself? This is just the feeling I get from your traumatic dreams.

Imagine trying to explain well ,the police used me as bait, to catch a serial killer, but when he came after me, the police were no where to be found. SO I RAN like a mutha!!

He jumped 20 feet in the air, when I barged into the restroom screaming.. HE'S TRYING TO KILL ME!!

It's been a while since I've had these dreams, I went some 5 years w/o remembering any dreams.. I started to remember dreams again. But its been months since I have.. So hopefully Im back on track

well, lets just clarify -

a phobia is NOT ssimply a dislike, or Just 'fear' of something.

a phobia is actually an IRRATIONAL FEAR that has instills enough fear to CONTROLL peoples actions and control their lives, and actually affect them.

e.g. everyone fears being bit and chased after by dogs, and we may avoid them when we see them a bit.

however, a phobic person will irrationally react and actually have anxiety and panic, and run away from the sound and sight of dogs.

anyway..

i have a phobia called Emetophobia.

it is a phobia of Vomiting.

i am quite stable in my life with it at the moment, but at its worse it has been very inhibiting and detrimental.

i can't eat food from outside in resteraunts or take aways or cooked by people i dont trust hardly at all, out of fear i will catch something from the cooks who MAY have been ill with a stomach virus around the time.

i can never eat a full meal, a full stomach makes me feel uncomfortable and anxious which in turn makes me feel nauseas, and nausea alone i fear as much as the act, it makes me shake in fear, i panic and have anxiety.

i don't wish to go on with how else it debilitates my lifestyle, and how else it can and does affect me and other Emetophobics, but thats just some.

all i will say is, anyone who has a Phobia, should cherish having that one if it is a phobia and anxiety you can ESCAPE from (the source of the panic/anxiety/fear) e.g. spiders.. heights usually.

with this phobia, if one feels nauseas or is going to be ill, we can't ESCAPE. it is like we are forced to face the anxiety and source ofi t. we hhave to suffer.

if that was in response to one of my comments, believe me, I know. I've dealt with panic attacks for thirty years now - I know the difference between a phobia and a dislike. A lot of people fear vomiting, though. I'm sorry to hear what you deal with.

I've had that irrational fear around people, and about going out in general - for a long while, I checked the mail by just throwing my hand around to the mailbox on the wall, next to the door. When I graduated to walking outside, I had to start by going outside onto the back step, at night, with my radio headphones, and one of the dogs... I remember walking down the street, and feeling the fear creep up my spine - a normal neighbourhood, a beautiful evening, and I wanted to bolt back home. I also had it appear before going to the movies (so I stayed home - right around the time Princess Diana died - I stayed home and posted something to an Agoraphobia mailing list). I finally started to slowly, fully get over it in 2003, just before my Saturn Return. Seven years later, and I still deal with some Social Phobia, and the panic attacks - some out of the blue - as well as depression.

It's make a lot of sense that we're all ultrasensitive people and metaphysically oriented and have phobias. It makes sense that we would be drawn to Astrology.

All of should stay away from psychiatrists or at least not reveal our true selves to them.

I have the same one. I,only, met one person in my life with it.
Joan Baez, the folk singer, has it.
Wow, that is interesting.
It is awful, though,as I don't have to tell you .
Try being pregnant with it although that is ONE thing you won't have to worry about

Ami
PS I have my theories on how you get it. I will share them on msn.

Winona Ryder and I were both born on October 29, 1971. She has her own phobia.

She has aqua phobia due to a trauma she received when she nearly drowned at the age of 12. This caused problems when she had to act in some of the under-water scenes in Alien: Resurrection.

She has the same t-square as me, but hers in different houses. The Jupiter-Neptune of her t-square are in Sagittarius in 12th.

Diandra,

Same here.
I have a long history of social anxiety since early childhood. It stemmed from my being special education classroom and feeling and being treated differently in a negative way as well as my problems with auditory processing, speech, and coordination that made communications and socializing difficult which easily got me treated as being different in a negative way.

There were actual present life experiences that me to being socially anxious, and they were connected to difficulties that I have.

My mother told me that my unknown biological father was very shy person and had his social anxiety issues and he had the same problem with speech, auditory processing, and coordination like I have.

My mom told me that she tended to be very shy too, and she is diagnosed as having an anxiety disorder. She has similar neurological processing as me. She didn't have speech problems. Her coordination and auditory processing is not much of a problem. Her fine motor skills are great to the point that she was a hair dresser and manicurist. She had some issues more with balance/gross motor. Other children would pick her last for games. She didn't like to talk to people because she was afraid to say something stupid. That was from feelings of intellectual inadequacy in connection to her neurological processing differences.

Both parents are ultrasensitive, highly emotional, and strong believers in metaphysical. My biological father was even a strong believer that magick and spirits existed. He was a highly superstitious person. He was raised by his grandmother who also believed in magick and spirits. He learned to practice Voodoo magick protection from his grandmother. He wouldn't let anybody take his hair after he got haircut. He didn't want his hair being used against him. My biological father was diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic by prison psychiatrists after he went to prison for selling drugs for his uncle. My mom didn't think that he was schizophrenic either.

It's common knowledge that anxiety, fears, phobias are common among Dyspraxics like myself.
That's makes a lot of sense if you consider the difficulties that we have that leave us to have anxiety, fears, and phobias.

They are listed under 'Emotions and Behavior' and 'Emotions as a result of difficulties experienced' http://www.dyspraxiausa.org/index.php/Adult-Symptoms.html

I wonder about neurotypicals?
How do they get problems with anxiety, phobias? Are there traumatic experiences that caused them to anxiety, phobias. Is it some type of pastlife stuff.

but who decides who is normal

People that are ultrasensitive wouldn't be considered normal by most psychiatrists and mental health professionals any way. That goes especially if they metaphysically oriented. I believe that tends to go along with ultrasensitivity.

I am no different in that way either, but I have additional things. That's probably from my being more extreme in the ultrasensitivity.

I guess all of us on this forum have Indigo,Crystal,Earth Angel,or lightworker personalities. It's those things that we have common is what brought us all here and communicating with each other.

I am just afraid to talk about this stuff to people that aren't like us. I am still not ready to be fully open to like-minded people like yourselves as long as psychiatry exists.

I'd rather see a shaman than see a psychiatrist,and that's what I do.

Glaucus

well i dont know why that appeared to me,what was the origin, maybe its a spiritual thing i dont know...i just know that only anybody who suffers from it can really understand the pain and suffering that it brings.

in the worst times of it,i felli lost myself completely like....i was no longer who I Was,just a fractured Self...

somehow i managed to get stronger and start to be more positive, focus on good things and the death feelings would go away while i was having the attacks.i suffered in silence too, only years later my doctor found out and told my family.

nevertheless i think that these things make us stronger along the way.

I hope you are better now too of the social anxiety.

Um, yeah....mine is classified as a phobia because of the very real physical and emotional reactions I get in response. I've avoid these kinds of sites. and put off taking a subject related to it.

same here!

I have bug phobia. I am scared of bugs like crazy.

One time when I was in the navy during separation process, I was staying in one of the rooms. I saw a big roach crawling on the floor. I immediately changed rooms.

I love this thread. Fantastic!

I have a severe fear of snakes. Clowns are second, and bridges are third.

The fear of clowns stems from a traumatic experience I had when I was three- i watched the film, "It" while my parents thought I was asleep. Never the same again. For those of you who don't know, it's about a clown who eats children. Used to have terrible night terrors up to my teen years about it.

But really, the underlying fear is of being eaten. I link clowns to being eaten. And I also link being eaten to snakes.

Inevitably, I believe all of my, and everyone's, fears stem from Past Life Experiences. Evolutionary biology, too.

In a past life I was bitten by a snake, and perhaps eaten by it. Oh God, I shiver typing it! Maybe I was an animal? Maybe I was just a stupid, unlucky human.

The fear of bridges stems from a fear of falling into unclear water. Water I cannot see through frightens me. Which also links to being afraid of being eaten and bitten. By snakes or any other creature. I also think the bridge thing may have to do with a way I died. Maybe I was hanged from a bridge? Punishment? Suicide? Accident?

My Pluto is the 1st (in Scorpio).
Saturn in the 3rd, in Capricorn.
Neptune in the 3rd, in Cap.
Neptune and Saturn both trine Mercury (8th ruler) in Virgo.
Neptune and Saturn oppose Venus (12th ruler) in Cancer.

soulful,

You dislike insects, and also have ASC in Scorp, with Pluto in the first. I don't mind bugs, but maybe there's a link here? Are you terrified of snakes? Maybe things that sneak around on the ground is the link?...

Nephthys,

My brother can't stand heights either. Not even the Ferris Wheel.

He has Aries Rising, and Moon, Mars and Chiron in the 6th, in Virgo. Perhaps it is a Virgo thing? He has a strong Mercury, in Gemini in the 3rd.
