nice thread. I am an 8th house Pisces conj Mercury in Pisces, Leo Moon trine Venus.

When I have telepathy with someone, I am smitten. I feel this is the way I was built to love. Very direct expressions of love do put me off-kilter to a degree, and to the person who wrote that Pisces expressing love verbally will only confuse themselves and the other, I could not agree more!

The more subtle and refined the expression, the better as far as I am concerned. Only once did I have a fixation of verbal expressions of love, with an Aquarian boyfriend with very hard aspects to Saturn and Venus. Needless to say, it didn't work out.

MNF,

Just flirt with him. If he likes you, he'll start to know you like him too, and he'll flirt back.

quote:
he went from telling me he had a concern meeting up with me b/c he thought we would get involved (which implied that he thought about us before hand), to him telling me that he had feelings for me, to proposing/wanting to run off to vegas, then telling me he can't get involved b/c he jumps into relationships too fast but we could still re-discover each other, to ignoring me, to entering into a relationship with someone totally new, to sending me a very non-chalant e-mail like nothing happened, back to being the girl of his dreams, to ignoring me again"

ahahaaa. Total pisces. Such games.

I have a Pisces male friend as well. We have gotten very close this past year. I have been slowly learning about this Fish Man. I can tell you what has worked and has not been so successful.

1. I agree 100% with Mochi --- more subtle and refined expressions. This has been hard for me as I show with my words, he shows his emotion through actions. I have realized the little things is how is displays his love. I would steer clear of telling him, "I like/love you." right away. This relationship needs to develop for him through time. My Pisces has even said, "I have a very difficult time with 'I love you.' He gets uncomfortable about discussing feelings. I have backed away from that topic. Your attitude with a Pisces should be - Go with the flow.

2. My Pisces friend loves when I let him know I UNDERSTAND him. He needs time alone. So I will give him the opportunity to recharge. I think he enjoys that I get him.

3. He likes encouragement, never hold back on that. Comment that you admire his morals/virtues.

4. Pisces men want to be pursued (compliments, flirting). You have to be aggressive. He loves it.

5. When you two are together, escape and have fun. Forget about your everyday worlds. My Pisces likes the relief time when he is with me.

He has Pisces Sun/Venus
Libra Moon
Aries Mars
Aquarius Mercury
Cancer Ascendant

Well, my Pisces has came back into my life again this weekend...

Saying he has never had someone to call him out on his actions before and it totally helped him become more "aware"... and saying he couldn't want anything else for me to be in his life and has been asking what does he need to do to keep me there...

Are Male Pisces really capable of transformation? lol (this one is 33 yo)

I don't know yet... We have been in each other's lives for over 12 yrs now. Just since this year everything has gone to a different level. I did tell him that he is going to have to back his words with action. He is 4 hrs away from me b/c he is in the military, but his family is only 30 mins from me, so he can see them while he is here to see me. I did tell him we were going to take it slow... it would be good for us to be just friends for a while to see if this is something we truly want.

Ughh... (some)boys...

Ami~ it depends. He has done some horrible things in his life but never to me. He has always treated me with total respect. (even when I was 19 he would spend the night with me- we would sleep in the same bed and he never took advantage of me) When I would try to tell other people that, people we went to college with never believed me. But, that's how he was for me. But being in this place of confusion at the beginning of the year with him was new. I really don't want to go back to that place. lol

I see that as a good thing. You're proactive, and weren't waiting for something to happen (unlike me, half the time). (re: the trip.)

Ami~

nope, to put it nicely, he is a highly sexual being (he has a Taurus Moon- just like me) He hasn't slept with a lot of woman but he cheated on 2 of his college girlfriends and his ex wife... that's why everybody was so surprised he never made a move on me when we spent so much time together/spent the night together. Even this year, when things have gone to another level he hasn't even tried to push us sleeping together. I think I'm going to see how long he can really go without trying to talk me into bed. LOL

this is why he is making a big deal of me calling him out on his actions and words. Nobody has done it before. It seems like he is ready to change/become aware of his actions and in the past nobody had taken a stand for him to help him work through his issues... so, dunno. Everybody from college is starting to plan our wedding so we'll see... I'm just not jumping into anything...

ADD: we have a weird type of relationship that I have never had with someone else. We are sexually attracted to each other (sometimes its too much) but there is this underlining theme of dedication, loyalty and nurturing too. Don't know how to explain it.

Racole,
It sounds like you may have some Valentine and other asteroid connections with him.

If I was in your pivotal position ,now, I would have IQ do a synastry.

That would explain the seeminly unexplainable things.

Actually he just finished it... I'll give you a couple of the highlights of the reading. lol.

Synastry:

The Lunar connection is extremely powerful. He has Moon conjunct your Moon and KARMA in Taurus, plus a weak Jupiter conjunction. This rock solid conjunction blesses the potential relationship with luck whenever your emotions are in sync.

His Mars in Aquarius must get its act together to satisfy a Venus in Scorpio lady to the fullest but this Venus square Mars can be quite sexy. His Venus in Aries will not disappoint you though, he would have really liked chasing you. His Mars conjuncts your JUNO. He would really have been into you

There is a positive Venus quincunx VALENTINE [adjustment for the sake of love], an intense Pluto oppose Venus [ A 100% Soulmate Aspect, but where there were past life hurts.

heavy Neptune aspects will create a psychic bond, and both of you will not be able to forget each other.

His EROS conjuncts your Sun and PSYCHE, so no matter what, he does have the capacity to love you [in spite of his past life actions.]

You are Soulmates who could have overcome the Uranus-Moon and Pluto-Venus affliction to live a dreamy, romantic life together. Somehow it did not work out for now, but chances of reconciliation are high, he has to take the initiative for his own good.

Composite: This one really made me laugh. lol

2. LUST conjunct Moon in Taurus 19 degrees, conjunct the Node of Mars, with Asteroid KAALI weakly conjunct: Subconscious sex drive for one another is "Pornographically High", I dont know how else to put it

5. Valentine conjunct Jupiter: One of the best Composite Aspects ever, you both will grow as people and become more evolved the more you love one another in a relationship.

7.Jupiter trines PSYCHE exact. VALENTINE trines PSYCHE exact. Very powerful tugs of love. HERA is also in 7th and conjunct OSIRIS. Had it been conjunct ZEUS, things would have never fallen apart.

9. Sun conjunct Venus exact, a sign of loving Soul Mates. One of the best aspects in general for a Composite Chart. Mars trine Moon is another booster, that too in well grounded Earth Signs. So Mars trine LUST in Earth Signs... Why on "Earth" did the two of you break up? Mars trine Moon conj LUST conjunct Node of Mars in Taurus, come on, only 1/10000 couples get to have so much such superheated steam.

I strongly suggest you both think of getting back together and then give a full one year attempt at the relationship, promising one another no nitpicks, criticisms, bickering, no cheating. LOL

Maybe... we have a ton of Saturn aspects to bind (and damper everything so thank god we have the Uranus conj Venus aspect too) So, it's not walk in the park. But, hopefully the DW Venus Trine to Sun will help with that.

He has a very nasty Uranus, Saturn and Mars T-square which my Venus is getting hit by all 3... iQ thinks that my Venus is the only relief to his T-square.

But, as we all know. Free will plays a huge role. I'm really scared/concern actually. I have a huge fear of being the one getting hurt in this situation...

I'm so clueless about asteroids.. I only recently found out that I have Valentine at around 25*Sadge, and remembered that I also have Nessus at around 22*Gemini and BML at 20*Pisces. It isn't too nice of a setup for my Valentine, eh? The eclipses may also have aspected the lot (I'm wishing I had my Summer back - I barely experienced it, and now it's getting cold.)

Sorry to go off-topic. Ami just reminded me of that.

I'm sorry hunny. There had to be some good stuff also...?

People can have the best synastry/composite and everything just turn out awful. So, for how much I love our astrology chemistry it doesn't mean anything has to happen.
