wow, yesterday I had an astral projection in my sleep and now I see this thread!!

younger I used to have in a week 3-4 astral projections in my sleep, now the number dropped to once in a month.I usually experience it when I'm not stressed ...
For me it is annoying, because I can physically feel myself being elevated and my body is paralyzed and painfully numbing. It's not a comfortable experience. I've heard people can cross boarders and even travel to space ... unfortunately the longest I could travel was the distance from my room to the kitchen :P

Anyway, it gets scary sometimes, for example yesterday I was trying to force myself to wake up because I was irritated by the way my soul elevated but couldn't since my physical body was totally paralyzed. It was amazing that after a while I opened my eyes and suddenly I can feel my heart is beating stronger. My soul was back to my body
