I went through a period where I had them ,often, maybe 3-4 times a week. They were so peaceful. Sometimes , they were so wonderful I didn,t want to come back lol I want to start having them ,again. I find that when I just talk about OBE's and put them in my consciousness, that is part of how I can start having them again. My stomach hurts me so much. I have put so many emotions in it that I felt I could not express. OBE's can heal things. The energy shifts in an OBE. It raises, I think you could say. It is almost like a nuclear accupuncture treatment lol Soul Traveler by Albert Taylor is one of the best books on OBE's. He was a NASA engineer. He had MS and was cured completely just by doing OBE's. This may sound weird to people. I don't want to get in any fights or defend anything. It has also happened to me a few times during sex. I feel like I am not in my own body. Sometimes I don't feel like I'm in this world lol IP: Logged

I studied "Soul Traveler" by Albert Taylor. He gives simple exercises that work. Eventually, you WILL have one if you keep at it. Once you do them regularly, they don't seem scary.Even now, they seem scary ,again,cuz I have not been doing them ,regularly. As you progress with them, the feeling of leaving gets less intense,I think, cuz much of the intensity is your resistance. If you could let go and slide in to it, the sensations would not be that strong. I was flying above water. The water was crowded with sailboats etc, people swimming, wading. I was ecstatic, so peaceful ,so joyful. You know what I was repeating,"It doesn't hurt any more about my mother" I kept repeating that and thinking that I had never had a time when it did not hurt. IP: Logged

Earth is not the real home to our Spirits. I have had others where I dove in to water. I am usually flying. You can direct yourself to do anything such as dive in to water. It feels like water ,too. There is a system of energy which is as exact as the circulatory system or the nervous system. Have you viewed which transits you were experiencing back when you had OBE's regularly? Mine happened during the year of my Saturn Return and while t.Saturn was square my n.Sun & Neptune. Who knew Saturn could party! While in that state, I had such a sense of "this is the way of life." It's like I was being shown the structure of reality/consciousness. What was revealed to me were all things I'd thought before and intuitively felt, but during those experiences I was living it. That does seem pretty Saturnian. If I had to say a general explanation to what you had, it would be Kundalini rising. Mine is a traditional OBE. With the OBE, either your energy body OR your consciousness can travel to other places. You can confirm this as Albert Taylor did. He had someone write a number and put it in the ceiling of his closet. Albert could get the correct number. One thing ,though, is the the physical world CAN look different. Once I went to my living room and the furniture was different. DO you actually leave your body with an energy body? Does your consciousness just expand so you can "see" these actual places? I think, from my own experience, that you leave your body with an energy body. When, you come back. your energy is "tuned" up. I started getting really psychic after these OBE's I was intuitive before but not psychic. The OBE's raise your energy levels ,somehow, your vibrations, I think. I think I may have had a OBE when I was a kid. Probably around 7 or 8 yrs old. I can still remember it. I was flying above a house and circling around a huge tree. I could see people way down below. I felt like I wanted to come down but couldn't. I'd yell at the people trying to get their attention and nobody even noticed me. I was scared and excited at the same time. I don't know if it was a OBE or just a really intense dream... My crazy ex used to talk about having dreams that felt like he was visiting other dimensions. Okay here's where I let y'all know he's not exactly right in the head, so I would always listen to these stories half rolling my eyes....but half wondering too. He would describe his dreams saying that it was like our world but different. With odd looking plants and creatures.. He talked about these dreams a lot. Anybody have dreams or OBE's that sound like that? Just curious... I'd rather have Jane's OBE anyday :-D IP: Logged

I have read that other people said that there were physical differences such as I saw with the furniture lol Why this happens, I don't know Usually , what you see when you are Out of Body is a replica of the physical world. An OBE feels very, very real. A dream usually feels much more muted. In an OBE, the colors are very bright and everything seems more real--almost more real than regular life.
