We were driving along and a 16 year old blew through a yield sign and t bones my car on the passenger side. The baby and I were sitting at the impact zone and it happened just like that. Glad I was able to walk away from it and the family is doing good. Though I have to see a chiropractor.....IP: Logged |

I have Venus in 8th, ruler of 8th close to fixed star: Algol. As Venus has separated conjunction with Algol, I didn't die then when all said, I could die. My Venus has sextile with Mars, wide trine with Neptune and opposition with Lilith. She also had 2 of Pluto's fellow transneptunian dwarf planets in 8th which points to a death that involves evolutionary intensification
Her Haumea was in 0'14 Virgo in 8th That conjunct her Mars in 1'38 Virgo in 8th

I wonder what nature of death that I will have with retrograde Chiron conjunct Pluto's fellow transneptunian dwarf planet Eris retrograde in Aries in my 8th. The Eris in 8th alone indicates evolutionary intensified death. Chiron in 8th can indicate a death in connected to wounds, pain. I wonder if I will die from a violent death. It could involve diversity, equality, discord, controversy
My Sun in 5'20 Scorpio conjunct Geocentric South Eris Node in 5'29 Scorpio and oppose North Eris Node in 5'30 Taurus show strong collective karmic death theme that involve diversity, equality, discord and controversy. It matches with my Eris in 8th. My 8th house ruler, Mars is in Aquarius in 6th house square 2nd/9th house ruler Venus in 3rd. My death could be connected to my activism, value systems, belief systems, and communications. ------------------ No..I am not a Virgo.

well......like I said before, Pluto's fellow transneptunian dwarf planet, Eris is retrograde in Aries in 8th , and it conjuncts my retrograde Chiron in Aries in 8thMy Sun in 5'20 Scorpio conjunct Geocentric South Eris Node in 5'29 Scorpio in 2nd/oppose Geocentric North Eris Node in 5'30 in Taurus in 8th also adds to theme of Eris in 8th. In Barbara Hand Clow's book on Chiron, she talked about karmic issues involving death when she discussed Chiron in 8th.
Eris was discovered long after she wrote her book, and so there were no intepretations for Chiron-Eris aspects. However if Pluto in 8th is an indicator for evolutionary intensified lessons involving death, then it would make sense for Eris in 8th to also be an indicator for evolutionary intensified lessons involving death. This could be said for all the other transneptunian dwarf planets and candidates in 8th. With Eris in my 8th, my death would be connected to diversity, equality, discord, controversy Maybe my death will be connected to ideological issues, bigotry, racism, hate my Sun conjunct Geocentric South Eris Node in Scorpio with only 10 minutes of arc can indicate major collective karmic issues involving those things. Transneptunian dwarf planet candidate Sedna is retrograde in Taurus in 8th house. Therefore I have 2 of Pluto's fellow transneptunian dwarf planet/candidates in 8th house. ------------------ No..I am not a Virgo. I have a well aspected Jupiter in Taurus in the 8th house. So far, I do seem to benefit from other people's money somehow. It's like whenever I need something, I always end up getting it... Financially.IP: Logged |

I have Venus, Pluto, and Mercury in the 8th house. Venus is supposed to be a benefic in the 8th house (some say it protects from sudden/unexpected death) but my Venus is in detriment in Scorpio AND it is stressed by a square to Mars so I'm not sure if it retains those properties. Edit: If we are considering transneptunians, then since Glaucus and I share a close Sun/Venus conjunction, my Venus is also conjunct the geocentric south Eris node (0'17" minutes of arc). That Venus is pretty beat up actually, I'm not sure it's doing me any good as a force of "protection." ------------------ My Chart "The only real wisdom is knowing you know nothing."--Socrates "Love me or hate me, both are in my favor. I have Sun in the 8th square Uranus in the 5th. Am quite sure sure I'll die from a heart attack. I've already had one but it was mild comparatively, about 2 yrs ago. And my heart always acts up in these ways where the problem can't be pinpointed, but there's always something there.IP: Logged |

Here is Natal Chart from Erich Fromm, German psychoanalyst. He had Venus in Taurus, in 8th house with only good aspects. He died of a heart attack on 18.3.1980 at his home in Muralto, Switzerland. Natal Chart: His life was interesting: 1934 he moved to USA 1950 he moved to Mexico 1965 he moved to Switzerland. He was working until death. That was quick death: with no suffering at all. Natal Chart from Erich Fromm is the proof that good 8th house means much more than bad 6th house. I always look first 8th house and after that 6th, 12th and 1st house. There are more examples from the people who had cancer but have cured it and after have lived normal life.B. ------------------ It's better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. - Alfred Tennyson IP: Logged |

Hi Glaucus,You should look where the ruler of 8th is: in your case is Mars in 6th house. 6th house is house of diseases. What disease is, you have to look cusp of your 6th, the ruler of 6th, planets in 6th and aspects. After all, you can combine it. I have Sun, Neptune, and Jupiter in the eighth house using placidius, and using koch, neptune and sun are in the shadow of the 8th, neptune is in the shadow regardless of system used. All three are in capricorn. Jupiter is in fall, but supprted by good aspects with saturn in the sixth and moon in the elleventh, trines, and moon and saturn are sextile each other.....I read that this leads to a great talent involving jupiter.Scorpio, dispositor of all three by house is in the shadow of sixth house or in it depending on the system used. Saturn, dispositor by sign is in the sixth house as well. Scorpio occupies this house, and is intercepted in placidius, but not koch. The sixth house is also home of my south node. Pluto in scorpio is exalted I think, correct? Anyways does anyone know what this very complex interaction between the 8th and 6th mean? maybe you can ask me questions that will result in a clearer understanding of these houses for us all? I figured I had alot ot do with this thread based on my chart, am I wrong? Also my north node is in teh 12th house in taurus, which is intercepted........I've done aching hours of research on this but it's hard to find people with pluto in the sixth, saturn in the sixth, and jupiter in the 8th in capricorn....the closest person to me is pamela anderson....it should be noted that I did have some surgery that corrected a jaw deformity, but other than that I have no inclination to have transformational surgery as the correction left the lower half of my face permanently numb. What if you have your "afflicted" Moon on the 8th house cusp and no 6th house planets? IP: Logged |

With the moon in the 8th house your emotions come into play in the area of life dealing with sex death and transformation. Your moon is disposited by jupiter......the events of the 8th house are used to further the second house in gemini, where venus is as well. By any chance do you have a teacher fetish?IP: Logged |

Moon opposite jupiter....jupiter in the second house of gemini tell me your either super educated or hold education in the highest esteem.....emotionaly your moon is in the 8th house interfering with your love of "gemini" significations........you are hyper aware of the tension between moods and emotions and passions, and are in tune with the etheric effects of these, but your moon is highly isolated.....so you may be repressing this, or believing it an irronciable part of your self....in truth everyone has this struggle in some shape or form....IP: Logged |

Roadwarriors - Maybe not necessarily a "teacher" one, but I do like "teacher"/older/knowledgeable types. Doesn't necessarily have to be older, just has to be able to teach me something. I definitely think education and learning are important for sure, though I tend to think that life education is better than schooling. I do plan on getting my Masters though. So you think I will die from too much sex? lol Not a bad way to go. IP: Logged |
