I know a lot about the unaspected Venus cuz I have one.
My book says that you get an unaspected planet as a gift in this life for good behavior in past lives.
I am a Christian and do not believe in past lives but the unaspected planet is seen as a gift. ------------------

My book warns not to misuse it.
The unaspected planet can be an uber planet.
For example ,with Venus ,you are capable of uber love, strong man love.
The caveat is that it is like a feral child.It has no aspects i.e. parents so it roams wild.
You must harness it or else it stays buried as a feral child who is not tamed.------------------

Your ability to love can be very great.Your grace and beauty, true inner and outer beauty ,can be very great but you must figure out the way, YOUR own way to unearth the buried treasure. It is a solitary journey as you don't have aspects helping you as with aspected planets which are most planets. ------------------

The unaspected Venus gives charm as a fine hostess.
It gives grace and a sense of balance and harmony.
It can be lazy and indulgent ,too lol

From my quest with the unaspected Venus,I can say this.
You have to find your own unique love nature by having the courage to be rejected.
You have to love cuz YOU want to love not for what you will or will not get in return.
The key phrase for an unaspected Venus would be "Love for love's own sake",imo.

Can you tell me what you did to unearth the buried treasure of your unaspected Venus? This might give me a starting point. (edit - never mind. I didn't see your follow up post telling what you did. Sorry about that) Also, the chart looks like I have Venus square Moon - is the orb too wide, which is why we're viewing it as unaspected? Just asking for my own education. IP: Logged |

Yes, the orb is debatable for an unaspected Venus. It would be like doctors.Half would say yes.Half would say no.
My book would say it was unaspected cuz it gives an 8 degree orb.------------------

To make the unaspected Venus simple lol ---our love nature is buried BUT it is unpolluted ,you could say,by smog, by outside things.
It kind of stays pristine cuz it is frozen in it's buried stage.
We neeed to dig it up, learn how to love from our gut, our depths, in our own way.
When we touch our Venus ,we know.
It is US,unadulterated, the we we recognize as home  ------------------

You have Saturn sq the moon. This is in Cardinal signs so stronger ,I think.
Someone correct me if I am wrong.I think this may be a BIG part of your issue.You are afraid to let your heart love maybe cuz of fear of hurt and rejection.
Your Moon in Cap is kind of armored anyway as the moon does not like Cap.
It prefers a warm fuzzy sign like Cancer or a teddy bear like Taurus.
So, I think your heart is holding back from love and closeness i.e.intimacy. ------------------

You have Pluto oppose your Sun combust Mercury.
It is a wide orb but still counts,I think.Pluto is your deepest impulses.Your Sun is your ego and sense of self.Mercury is your mind,as you know. Your yin/yang between what your true self and mind want AND what your primal nature and needs desire.

Extremely accurate. I'm very cautious about love and have a thick outer shell. But once that shell is let down, I'm a pussy cat little girl (for lack of a better description). I remember my first love. I was 15 and was all in. I held nothing back and when he dumped me, it destroyed me. I can honestly say I've never given myself like that since. But I know that I would have given it all to the one I first posted about and can't get out of my head... Maybe that's part of what's got me so messed up. IP: Logged |

I wish I knew the answer to that. This is completely foreign territory to me - to be so hung up on one person that I haven't even spoken to in months... As far as honing down your own chart, although I know very little about astrology, I do know that sometimes I have the clearest visions about myself when I help others. My greatest epiphanies about myself come when others turn to me for guidance... I'm not saying that is what's happening, only that it's been true for me in the past... Well I think vulnerability with feelings makes most people cringe (it did/does for me), no matter the chart. It's just that once you've been hurt back in there without proper "safety net" to catch you, the tendency becomes to not let anyone ever get close again, but it really just sets you up for self fullfilling prophecies which then lead to you telling yourself "see, see I told you it would happen, haven't I. Dumb woman thinking any of them would be different. Damn them all to hell" when of course, you still long for the opposite. But I disgress.Anyhow, what site did you use for that chart. I plugged in your birthdate at astro.com and it does look slightly different. I don't know if a sesquiquadrate and a semi-sextile allow for an orb slightly over 1°, but if it does, your Venus has two minor aspects besides that wiiiiiiiiide square. One question, do you have the tendency to act all "tomboy" around man without showing much feelings/feminine qualities? I'd wager since you said they think of you as buddy despite the looks.
I really do have the same "problem", think I could go around naked and no man on this planet would think of anything dirty. It is a bit disconcerting, I mean, every now and then it would be nice to be "wanted" IP: Logged |
