Hi all,
Amy Winehouse has been found dead, she is a UK singer at 27 she has left us early. They are looking into the reasons why. I loved her music and thought she had genius in her and will miss her. She was a sag sun and virgo moon, proof of how fine a sag sun can be and how talented a virgo moon can be.
She sang songs like 'Rehab', Back to Black' etc
Anyone know of her, care to comment?

Sorry my computer crashed before I could edit it should be virgo sun and sag moon.
She has quite a few conjunctions in her chart and saturn conjunct pluto can be tough going.
Will miss her.

mars is leo is a great placement and conjunct venus in leo also a good placement she was both attractive to others and a great showwoman. She was a warm, beautiful light in the sky.

Britney Murphy is another singer/actress who left us early, her song faster kill pussycat with oakenfold was a club classic and she was beautiful.
Anyway wanted to post as both were positive people in life, gotta go now.

Also, I don't think Saturn return has anything to do with the deaths at 27. The timing is closer to the progressed lunar return which happens at around 28.

I was going to leave this thread out of respect but wanted to clear something up having read responses.

I wasn't suggesting Saturn does have anything to do with it, I was noting with the fact that the saturn return happens at 29-30 and she has died before that. There are a group of singers who have died at a young age and that is truly sad. Not sure the lunar return has anything to do with it either.

On astrotheme it has her signs and aspects, not sure if tob is AA rated/accurate or not

Yes, I know you weren't DayandNight, I was referring to Ceridwen's comment, she mentioned the 27 club and Saturn return. Is mercury stationing yet? I'm having trouble getting my point across on Internet.

dysfunctionalmystic, I look the same way to charts, things just "jump" at me. The charts are sometimes "closed" to me when a person does not believe in astrology or does not want me to look at her chart.
Maybe she just wants to rest in peace *shrug...

I am wondering what the outer planets (former grandcross in the sky) were doing to her (though you guys say nothing significant). Of course, I don't want to make assumptions based on her history but I hope she's finally at peace.

Hmmm not sure, her venus is con my sun and there are a few other strong synastry aspects, I got her vibe through okay but not the "death aspect" from the chart. I'll have another look tomorrow, I notied a few people making comments about bailing out before the saturn return but I think it's was too early. It's too early for her to be feeling tr sat con her natal pluto too.

the 27 club are LUNAR returns. saturn is a few years off yet for most at 27. the highly sensitive who make great artists and artistes are highly susceptible to MOON aspects. and her natal moon conj neptune, at GC, doesn't it?

should have stuck to NO NO NO - to rehab and drugs too.

she was a comet.

Her ascendant might of been cardinal, at 4-5 degrees, that's what I was looking for, the grand cross hitting the chart.

I was obsessing over "the 27 club" because I thought the lunar return happens at 28, but it doesn't. It happens at 27. I like the fact that milestones reflect in astrology, it gives the control freak in me the illusion of power. Lunar return happens at 27, Saturn return at 29 and a half, then there's Jupiter something, Pluto square Pluto at 37, Uranus opposite Uranus at 40 and so on.

Age 27 is also the time of a nodal oppositon...something to think about.

The recent June 15 eclipse was conjunct her natal moon neptune conjunction.
