Nope... I think I spoke too soon. Seems like we're breaking up already. Mars-Pluto wins again.

The dream was premonitory alright. He's not the man I thought he was. And I'm still falling in love with him.

You only just met him in person though so how can you break up if you weren't in a relationship?

Unless I'm mistaken o_O

aw don't worry! Just the first hurdle on your path to meeting the right guy for ya.

Like I said, you took the opportunity so now you can't beat yourself up with "what ifs". But I also know that dissapointment sucks too, so here's some ((((hugs)))).

...And we're on again! After we fight, there's always this huge emotion flowing. We both said I love you. Yes, this soon! WTF??
Yeah, I know!! This is crazy! One good day, one bad day. The problem is, when it's good it's extatic, when it's bad it's kinda hateful. This is gonna be one exhausting rollercoaster ride! Yesterday, smoke was coming out of my ears, blood was coming out of his nose. Today I cried with happiness. Fire signs...

We have a pretty horrible first meeting chart. Grand Cross style. I believe each one of us has found the one person in this world who will break his and her every limit. For good or bad.

Posting FM Chart.

BM,

Yes, to be honest, I'm glad I took this opportunity, even though this relationship is so extreme. I don't know what will happen at the end of it, but all my relationships transformed me one way or another. Perhaps I was inwardly ready for it? I don't know, I guess we'll see.

quote:
@Hera, wow! I cannot believe your Ex said that! I so would've dropped him on the spot too. I don't know, if someone were to say that to me I would seriously question alot of things....like if they even cared. Because that to me equals apathy, and I know that's coming from my Aries
Mars/Cancer Sun part of me. Or more coherently: if someone doesn't want to fight for me, then I assume they don't care. That's Aries Mars for you....its not even about playing games (which I hate), but in a situation like that with a creepy boss/high standing person, I would hope I had my man in my corner!! LOL

I know, I'm like that too. I also interpret it as not caring. Not only that, but I was so disappointed he had no moral fibre in him. I'm Taurus Venus, I'm not one to share my partner and I wouldn't want to be shared, either.

quote:
And now I remember why I kept thinking your Venus is in Gemini! 3rd house influence! I have to agree it lends the gift of gab to even the most typically shy or reticent of placements.

You know it!

quote:
And I'm reading Sassaqua's response and I'm curious too, because I thought Unaspected Venus was Unaspected Venus, unless Ami's Venus does hit one planet that I wasn't aware of? At anyrate the only thing Venus aspects in my chart is my MC/IC line (trine and sextile respectively) so I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. I'm wondering how intergrating it via my home and my career would help me out in love here...LOL.

Well, the thing is love is love, even if it's love for your career or your home. A satisfying career and a beautiful home will increase your level of personal value (which is a sensitive point for us unaspected venuses) and it will be an important step towards self-love, which I believe is THE cornerstone in integrating our unaspected Venuses. I got very interesting replies on this topic on astro.com forum. The conclusion was that I have a Venus-Chiron duet (two astral bodies not making any aspect with the rest of the chart, aspecting only themselves), which is even more puzzling and challenging. I can look for it if you'd like.

quote:
Peds is soooo rewarding right now though (and I like my co-workers too much) that I can't see myself leaving right now. The one OR in particular that I want to go to I'll have to wait until after I finish up my RN because they'll only take RNs.

Well, there's plenty of time to decide. And if it will happen like when I had to choose a specialty, IT will choose you. It's just very important that you LOVE what you do, given that unasp Venus aspects your MC.

Dysfunctionalmystic,

quote:
You did not bring us together. I was first to respond to Hera's post, probably fuelled by the fact my moon chiron conjunction sits in between her sun mercury. You did not give us the power to share with each other, my moon on her sun/merc {or her sun/merc on my moon} did that.

We were already gold before you touched us.

This is so very cool! I think I feel your Moon-Chiron on my Sun-Mercury. So very, very warm, supportive and nice! Thank you!

I've done it before and the same thing that happened to you happened to me. and it can be very depressing and make you feel hopeless because it seems like guy after guy just isnt right. It's way better to just meet lots of people and wait for that guy who catches your eye, and then get to know him. Even if that is a bit scarier. If you try to do it the opposite way, it's gonna be a lot harder. You can't get to know the entire world first, and Then try to see if you like each other in person. Lol. Look, you have to understand that when we meet someone we assess five hundred million things about their personality in the blink of an eye that we could never do online. That includes whether they would be good mates for us and if they are sexually compatible to us. It is much faster, and easier to see people in person. Online u miss a lot of things that u wouldnt in person. But, hey, I'm hoping soon you will finally find a guy u do like, even after all the frustration and disappointment and effort it must have taken to get there.

RAS,

I agree about meetings in person. I think the first time you see a person, you already know what the relationship is all about, whether they are good for you or not. It's just that I went online to select the ones that were inclined towards the same things as me (a committed relationship) and to set this thing straight from the beginnning. I met the ones who caught my eye in person, it's just it wasn't meant to be. I could only see them as friends, not lovers. With some I'm still in contact and I can say I learned something of value from some of them, even if it's small things. But I like this sort of interchange. It appeals to my Gemini 5th house, I suppose.

quote:
And if it makes you feel more confident, the guys I have liked in person have always had good compatibility with me. Maybe everyone doesnt have this talent, but they all had great synastry and composite with me. So what I'm trying to say is you sometimes just know right away of someone is right for you when you meet them in person...and you dont have to get to know all these things about them to be sure, you just know. Getting to know them is just enjoyable but u already know .

I completely agree. This is why I never jump to any conclusions until I meet the guy, I never get my hopes raised. I go to meetings receptive to the signals I receive and decide then. Well, I did this until the Sag. I don't know why it was different with him, but I liked him even before I saw his picture. And I don't even reply to guys without a picture! I have no clue what attracted me to him, he didn't even post a decent pick-up line, just said he'd like to know me.

quote:
And i think Beth is one of those people who has read some things in self-help books that always tell people "how to fix themselves," you know? And she maybe really believed it was helpful to her, so now she thinks it will help others. But yeah it's just bad advice...self-help books never tell you to just be yourself...because if you did follow that little gem of advice then you wouldnt buy their book at all, and of course, they want ur money. Most psychologists out there do this, too. They're convinced people need to "fix themselves" instead of telling them to follow their heart. In reality, what you feel is best for you, really is best. But i'm sure u already know that.

As this thread progresses, I'm more and more convinced that Beth and people like her have their own special role and place in the grand scheme of things, even if it's just to prove you're better off following your own advice.

quote:
Don't mean to hijack your thread, Hera. Lol. I'm sorry.

LOL. Honey, no worries. The only thing that upsets me is conflicts steaming from my threads. As long as there are no conflicts, even though there are differences of opinions, it's all good. I'd like to think threads have a life of their own, so I like to let them take their own course and just enjoy the flow.
Your presence here, and everyone else's who took the time to reply and understand where I'm coming from, is very much apreciated. And it was a very insightful experience for me. For that and for all the warmth you all brought, I thank you.

And don`t put yourself under pressure. You don`t HAVE to like him. If it happens, great; if not, well, then he is not the right one (at this point in your life and personal development) and it was just a nice meeting.

Oh btw I have read that book, many years ago,I should do it again I guess. So I think I will take it with me on my trip to London tomorrow.

Just in case you don`t know who I am. I am (or I was) DD.

Ceridwen,

What a nice nickname. The Celtic goddess of rebirth, transformation, and inspiration.

I wonder what made you leave behind your trademark nick, but I imagine you outgrew it? That's so wonderful and I like this new one a lot. I think it does suit you quite well.

On your way to London? I know it is a special place for you, what is the purpose of this trip?

It's been so long since we talked. How have you been?

I was thinking that Beth had active kundalini before I read these posts. If my sensing is correct, you do. There are some random links on this site if you're curious about anything or links I might suggest. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/208987.html

Im gonna have to be quick since my computer is about to die (see merc retro thread for details) but thanks for the info re: Unaspected Venus. Very interesting, I'll have to post my chart (if you don't mind) when I have power again, though I know off the top of my head that my Venus aspects Eros and Adonis for asteroids...oh, and my NN. LOL

Anyways, Later hon...enjoy your Sag!

Mochai, please jump in! Oh, I'm sorry that my writing style can be a bit self-absorbed at times (having all this Aries energy connected to my 3rd house and Mercury), but you are very welcomed to jump in anytime you like. My threads usually don't stay ontopic and I like that. So please feel free to express yourself anyway you like.

Kundalini always puzzled me. It's a concept that I think is still out of reach for me. I hope one day I will get a better sense of it and maybe activate mine? Hmmm...

BM,

Yes post your chart. Of course I don't mind. I've seen your chart before, I remember some details about it, but a fresh image would be better. I'll see if I can come up with anything.
Venus-NN, well, that kind of says it all, doesn't it? I'm having that in my progressed chart, btw. It's still applying and it will be for a couple of years, but I *feel* I'm on the right path towards my Venus somehow.

LOL. You made me laugh with this one. No, we're not over and I don't think we will be. He's right for me, I just know. He drives me insane and viceversa, but we're both committed to this for some weird reason. And I think we can work this out. I offended him and he hurt me, but we're still fond of each other enough to not walk away from this. This last fight was a big test for us and it seems the mutual affection is very strong indeed.

There are many hindu tantrics that believe one day everyone on the planet will have awakened Kundalini. It's becoming much more common and is still yet not a well understood phenomena. A lot of my soulmates have it awakened to varying degrees. I personally blame it on fibromyalgia syndrome and chronic fatigue syndrome as well as for bipolar disorder increasing something like 1000% in the last 20 years.

I'm still not confident in my kundalini sensing abilities, but energetically everyone I know who has fibromyalgia or bipolar has kundalini active. The symptoms correlate for the above disorders and kundalini and grounding has experientially been shown to help in fibromyalgia syndrome and clinically in bipolar disorder (exercise being one form of grounding).. kundalini needing a strong ground. http://www.elcollie.com/st/symptoms.html

There is a Japanese Researcher, Hiroshi Motoyama, who supposedly has research validating the existance of chakras as well as kundalini. Some of his machines have been used to diagnose illness based on the relative activities of the ida and pingala (the curved part of the cauduceus). He himself having gone through kundalini, he has released many books in english and even has an extension of his university work in Biophysics in California. I figured I'd through that in given your medical background. He's won accolades from Duke among other universities, stretching back into the 1960's.

I'm a fan of this man's work on curing bipolar psychosis in the first episode. He does a good job describing spiritual emergencies along a spectrum of trauma from a psychospiritual standpoint. http://www.youtube.com/user/bipolarorwakingup#p/u/3/v1Cwpx8inKY Then there is John Weir Perry's work as well as Soteria house curing Schizophrenia, usually over a longer period, if caught during the first psychotic break. I also have a dialogue 7 posts down here among hindu swamis that talks about bipolar as an expression of kundalini. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum3/HTML/002813.html

How kundalini expresses itself is largely based on the trauma stored in your energy body.

Hera,

I am glad you remember.
And I would love to answer your questions and have some things I want to tell you.
But I can`t do it on here.
So if you like to talk, can you send me an email? (it`s still the old one: sulpicia@yahoo.com).

This FMC-chart looks very familiar to me, I think it was my first day in London this time. lol

Quite a lot of energy in this one, and so interesting that the asteroids Amor and Juno are part of the package as well.

Hey girl, still no power for my laptop so I can't post yet. But re: Venus-NN. My Venus is square my Nodal axis, actually, and the one interp I've read for that makes me optimistic...but its contra the way I feel it expresses itself..LOL. Basically, interpretation says my Venus is the bridge to my North Node from my South Node. But I always feel that it just means love is not in the cards for me. I've had soooo much bad luck in this area for a while now. I hope your Progressed aspect treats you better, I'm guessing its the conjunction based on your current events!

The Sag is sick. He might not have much longer. He should have brain surgery but he declined it. He doesn't want to talk to me about it. He said he wants to go through this alone. I'm the only one he told.

I'm so angry I could kill him myself. Or just bring some sense into his thick skull. I can't believe he wants to give up like this, throw everything away, throw his life away... It makes me so, so sad.
