However, I eventually find the strength to move beyond out and look on the brighter side of things. Whenever something huge happens that I can't control like heartbreak, I use the energy for something else: exercise, strict dieting, changing the way I look, buying new clothes. Inside i was screaming and crying, but with no tears. It was ok for me on the outside, just like always. Big deal, you know. Noone knew what i went through. But I also dont ever feel ive really loved anyone, ive been in love but never really loved anyone just liked them alot. I get really upset because everytime I meet someone new and start to like them i think to myself this one will be diff, I wont get played this time and then it happens again. The last time I really liked someone was last summer and he played me as well, so i spent the rest of 2011 and 2012 single barely mingling, barely going out except for work, really isolating myself. I live alone now and I dont even visit my fam that much, i avoided going over there for a while because both my bros have gfs who were always there and I just couldnt bare to be around happy couples. So i stay in my house listen to music, smoke, and think aloooot. I go out sometimes when I am in the mood, but I am no longer the social butterfly i used to be. I dont get excited at all anymore when I meet a new guy at all. IP: Logged

Eat a lot of bad food and sulk in pajamas in my canopy. Take out my old sketch book and draw or bury myself in work. Then get my body back on track; fitness and a trip to sephora. I sleep through the day and eat less. This often lasts no longer than a month or two, so I bounce back to reality afterwards. But it honestly depends on how much I see them. The less I see of them, the less they are on my mind. Sometimes I will resume to friendship with the ex depending on how it ended. If they betrayed me, they will NEVER hear from me again. Although, the person who caused this never knew. I don't share my heartbreak with the person, or beg or communicate at all really. If I feel uneasy about the relationship I will kind of drift off and hope they get the hint. If they have pushed me to my limit, I'll simply stop talking to them and that's it. It doesn't mean I get over it fast though. It takes me a very long time to recover when you've REALLY hurt me or taken advantage of me. For heartbreaks, I put up a good front, act like it's nothing, confide in no one, consult astrology, tarot, i ching, etc, like a maniac trying to figure out if it's really over, feel life is worthless, and cry myself to sleep at night. And then in a couple of months, someone else catches my fancy, and I am in love again. haha. However, for the HEARTBREAK, which only happened once in my life, I did all the above, PLUS I couldn't eat, couldn't sleep. I ended up losing 15lbs, and trust me when I say I didn't need to lose any weight in the first place. That sad state of affair lasted about 1 year. (is important to note that i never talk about it , or express it , i generally write sad things on twitter and if someone asks just say it is a song lol , i like keeping my issues/things to myself mostly.) And while interacting on the outside, i always try to help other people if they need help with anything to try and not to think much about it , but mostly i will be socially unavailable i will be there if you want me to be , but i will just be staring into the infinite. ALMOST cried when my computer got messed up, I had to reinstall Windows and lost my Diablo 2 saves, LOL), I only cry over and pursue like mad what I can't have (I know, it's weird). Other than that, I only cry when I'm in huge physical pain, I couldn't even cry when my gradma, the woman who raised me until the age of 14, died.
