The tug of war begins at about minute 4. In this translation she calls him "manservant" but that's interchangeable with "slave" (depends on who translates the Japanese).

4:54 - 5:11 has a S&M play that I can't believe I missed the first time (and apparently a woman wearing a shoe like that in anime means "mistress"). (There was also 2:40-55)
