Yes, its like you both are two halves of one self. Totally true to the core.

quote:
Pluto conjunct Venus–this is a feeling that you have found your true other half

That's what I said above. You know that you are soul mates.

quote:
Pluto trine the moon–raw passion and deep heart love without cats and dogs fighting

Pluto Sextile Moon, yes raw passion, lots of attraction and obsession.

quote:
Mars square Pluto—raw passion with power plays which could get violent if allowed to do so

There wasn't any power play involved. we adjusted.

quote:
Uranus in any aspect—-intense attraction but no indication of anything past this

Uranus of one Square Sun, Trine Moon and Sextile mercury of other. Intense about each other.

quote:
Neptune in any aspect–people may see with rose colored glasses. If there are abuse aspects, people may not be able to see it until they are embroiled. Then, there may be an awful wake up call. On the other hand, in a positive synastry Neptune can give the feeling of living in a musical

Lots of aspects by both people's Neptunes to each other's sun, Moon , Venus etc. Yes, there was a feeling of living in a dream and then , we woke up!

That is definitely an important expression/ meaning of the ASC, how we perceive the world and our initial responses to a stimulus.

Of course it is not only the sign of the ASC that determines that. Conjunctions to the ASC and also the sign and house and conjunctions of the ruler of the 1st house may get mixed into this.
personally i do get more of a Libra-ASC-vibe from you to be honest; the style of how you do astrological interpretations alone is so Libra-like. As your interpretations usually are being created as a TEAM of you and whoever you are talking to, through a one-on-one conservation, through action (question=) and reaction (response) leading into the synthesis of a symbol with its real manifestation.
This "teamwork-approach" is very Libran, with a tad of Gemini, as it is all done through verbal communication, and mostly short questions and short answers, moving on to the next level or issue. And if your ASC is in Libra, your chartruler would be in Gemini.
Igf your ASC is in Scorpio, you have to look for Pluto or maybe also Mars.

I posted before, about my own ascendant, because my mother thought I was a Libra ascendant. I was once teased for being able to see both sides of a situation - they said I could be a politician, which left me feeling shocked and mildly insulted. My ascendant is in early degrees of Scorpio.

I hadn't thought of that - you do like to work with people a lot.
