Hey everyone, I am wondering how vengeful mars in Scorpio men are? I know they are very intense and possessive in relationships, but how often do they go after those that have hurt them?

I left my ex pretty suddenly. Well suddenly for him, not for me. He made my life, and the lives of those close to me hell. So after many, many chances I got a restraining order and kicked him out of my house. He was so bad the judge granted me full custody of our daughter, with no visitation. He was also very violent, sometimes enraged over a very insignificant slight.

He moved on rather quick, and was engaged to someone else after less than 6 months I believe poor girl). But I have no doubt he holds a grudge, and a big one at that. He did not want our relationship to end, at all.. His Nessus was also square my Venus exact, so he was very obsessed.

Now I know everyone is different, and that his mars in Scorpio cannot be held accountable for his actions, but generally, do mars in Scorpio take revenge? His is also at 19* which is the mars SN :/ triple fury, and I do fear him, but anything is better than being with him. And God forbid our daughter grew up thinking that was the norm. *Shudder*

I think most people consider revenge on a more intellectual level (Mercury) and on a moral level (Jupiter) before they act on it (Mars). So his Mars is in Scorpio has to be put in that context.

:edit:

For example.. if this guy had Gemini Mercury opposite Uranus in Sagittarius - he would be mentally sharp.. extra sharp.. and always on his toes. So he would really THINK before he does anything (regardless of the Scorpio Mars). Add to that a Libra Jupiter trine Merc and sextile Uranus.. and you really have someone who puts a LOT of emphasis on honesty, morals, fairness etc... and who will not go ahead with revenge.

However if he has say a Taurus Mercury opposite his Scorpio Mars... Then his MIND is *in* the gutter and that is allll he thinks about. So yeah - if you betrayed him, he might get revenge.. because he would not have the detachment to really *think* about it first. Taurus Mercury is a bit dull on that level. They are unlikely to have read 5 books on *why* revenge is -wrong-.. and 5 other books on - what motivates people to get revenge (as opposed to Gemini Mercury who has read something about everything under the Sun!).
Add to that a badly aspected Jupiter - and his morals will be flawed as well.

people i know who have mars in scorpio or mars-pluto hard aspect are prone to be passive aggressive i think. when they got angry, they can talk to you like they are very calm at that moment but their anger pours out from their eyes. they look at you in a very insulting way like you are a disgusting person and you feel they want to slit your throat but hold themselves.they are a little bit scary and hypocrite i think but of course these are the people i know, i don't mean that every person with mars in scorpio are like these people whom i know.

Ahaha that pic ^

I completely agree with Betty.

And Mars in Scorpio is far from being a scary position.. Honestly some people have "easy" aspects all over the place in "innocent" signs, but that doesn't prevent them from doing less than respectable things.

He probably rages inside, but it doesn't mean he'll act on it.

Look at the whole chart.

Hard aspect from Pluto isn't even needed for this effect; Mars in scary-ass Scorpio will suffice lol

I wouldn't ever want to get on the bad side of someone with Moon in Cancer, Mercury in Aquarius, and Mars in Scorpio. Easily hurt and then will use superior intellect to construct and execute covert revenge schemes.

I've been in three different relationships with men who had mars in scorpio (they conj my desc) and two out of that three were very dangerous, thats all I can really say on it. The one that wasn't had mars conj neptune 1* and operated more like a mars in pisces I think, he was passive.

Mars conjunct Pluto Scorpio 8H

I'm not vengeful all the time, it depends on the person. It would have to take someone I truly dislike in order to get the stinging treatment :]

I'm going to add that while I do not have mars in scorpio, I have a very strong pluto/scorpio element in my chart and I can think vengefully(merc in scorp), but I rationalize and think it out first and then never act(merc conj uranus angular?).

I don't believe Mars in Scorpio is enough to make someone vengeful. Totally depends on how strong the ego is? If he's the type that must win or have the last say, then for sure watch out.

What does the numerology look like? If he has a #1 lifepath, or were born between the 10th - 19th of the month, or was born on the 1st, then expect the ego to be very strong.

I say look at his venus sign.. ,then look at his mars sign!

His venus sign is his capactiy to forgive .. his mars sign is him actually acting on it!!!

SAYS THE MARS IN SCORPIO FEMALE

I am wondering how vengeful mars in Scorpio men are? I know they are very intense and possessive in relationships, but how often do they go after those that have hurt them?

If they decide to get revenge, deadly. But some people are more mature than that. I think it really depends. I think him getting a new partner was his revenge... It depends if he really hates you. If you really went out of your way to do exactly what he knows you know he doesn't like, then sure he's going to be ****** off and probably hate you. Just leave him alone, you don't need him. You've got a restraining order, all is good. Besides, mars in scorpio will be the one suffering. They take forever to get over slights. Worst mars sign, let me tell ya.

Not a guy, but I have Scorpio Sun, Mercury, Mars, and Pluto. I usually cut the person out. No matter how angry I've been, revenge never seemed like the rational or smart choice in a situation. Because ultimately, I know the hatred would've just eaten me up and hurt those I care about the most.

I agree with another member...crazies can pop out from anywhere.

Personally, it depends on what you did and the circumstances surrounding the situation. I'd like to think I'm pretty reasonable. Nobody's perfect, so if it's a relatively small slight, I'll call you out on it, but we can get past it. If it keeps reoccurring or you f**k up big time, I cut you out.

+1, I am a guy and share the same placements, except mercury is in sag, scorp sun mars and pluto all conjuct and I would agree. Revenge is beneath me, I would rather just cut the person out of my life and never speak to them again.

Appleberry- as a guy, unless they have betrayed my trust or acted irresponsible in some way I can forgive, but may keep distance, although my capacity for forgiveness is greater than my hate.

If this helps scorpio stellium in the 11th house
