That's a possibility. I usually deal more with Virgo Moons tbh as opposed to Virgo Suns. Right now I'm taking a break as I recently got my heart pummeled by a Virgo Moon (Aqua Sun...after 3.5 years of us knowing each other...I did play a part in how things went down though).

Anyway I figured he was taking it slow (ie the Virgo) because of the Taurus Moon...I'm not really all that slow in general as I use my intuition first to discern if I'm into someone and then I go by their actions (Cap Moon/Taurus Venus), and if I can talk to them. Plus my Mars is Conjunct my Sun/Asc in the 1st so I def am quite out there on some level showing my interest.

So my question is with all this game playing (not showing feelings etc)...why do you Scorpio Venus people not assume that someone will lose interest and take your inaction and ignoring etc as a lack of interest? And he doesn't seem to really want to get to know me and be friends to be honest.

He's sensitive...I didn't realize that. For instance I said I don't date nice guys...he took offense to that. I'm not dating him lol...we are/were talking lol. He was like thanks for saying I'm not a nice guy lol. It sounds like something the Aqua ex with Pisces Mercury would get upset over (ugh was he EVER so sensitive lol).

And then recently we had a Skype date to meet at like 15 mins from when he contacted me. It took me longer because it was my mom's bday and I wasn't able to get on until maybe later that hour (like 30 or 40 mins later). And I couldn't get a hold of him lol. He like blocked me even after I told him why it took me awhile. Is he really THAT sensitive lol. I know Virgo is sensitive...as is Taurus...and Scorpio but together its wow lol.

So the reason he's been this way is because there is a girl...he met her recently (I found out via face book...she lives closer to him...at least this is what I think). It's the story of my life ...I'm terrible with guys. I just wish he would have told me because I told him I had a little thing for him. This makes sense though...he said nothing when I said that (I said it in a text that I have a thing for him).

Well said by you too, Chris! This makes perfect sense.

Moon in Aquarius, Mars in Virgo - not sure about house placements.

The ViS psychological rationale behind it is because it is what they would do. So their love behavior is actually a study in reverse psychology. Because if they loved you, they would want to always be with you, obsess over you, want your body, mind and soul - they actually use that as a barometer of how much you are interested in them. They don't see that other signs see the behavior as totally irrational and anti-interest. That's usually why only another ViS understands that that's their nature.

The ViS needs to channel that understanding and usually it takes very painful lessons of infidelity, obsession and abandonment before they resurrect their love nature from the scorpion to the eagle and phoenix? (i don't remember the three)

@SDragon you seem to know where you're talking about. I'm dealing with a triple scorp (sun, mars and venus) and at this moment he's really hard to deal with! Is there a possibility to get in contact with you? Maybe you have some insights.. Ofcourse only if you want to.

Tell me about yourselves Scorpio Venus...or ppl that have had experience with you...

I'm a Cancer Sun/Asc/Mars...and oddly enough I've only been involved with two guys who had a Scorpio Venus...I have a Cap Moon that is Square Pluto...but I think ultimately my Sun/Mars/IC/Mer Uranus aspects and Venus in 11th doesn't really gel well..they end up being WAY too overwhelming (and it doesn't come off as genuine to me). I can get extreme about ppl but it's once in a blue moon...I have Pluto in the 5th. But my Venus Scorpio people I know get intense about everyone...and that seems like the person really means nothing to me if you get intense about everyone. I guess that's why I like esp Air signs...they don't go crazy over everyone. Even other water signs do this, and fire signs do this. Not everyone is meant to make you obsessive and crazy lol.

I typically move very slowly if ever when it comes to romantic relationships. I have Venus in Scorpio. I also have a Scorpio moon conjunct pluto in Scorpio. It can be all or nothing with me. I am also a Capricorn sun and ascendant so this could add to the calculating nature I can sometimes have. Mars in Pisces makes it even harder to be fast about it. If there is more of a light, fun or playful nature with the person I can move faster. (Perhaps a Leo feel.) Or maybe if I know that they like me more than I like them I can also move faster which is something I am a little ashamed to admit.

@ bridgetostars23 do you also have difficulties with opening up and trusting the one you like? And how long does it usually take for you to admit your feelings?

Hi,

I've updated my profile so my email will show. It's one I rarely use so not worried about sharing it - had to clear 12000 old emails.. lol. Feel free to contact me and hopefully I can help.

What I would say though is Scorpio energy has a lot of psychological wounding that they have to deal with but it's ironic that God or the creator has also given them the tools of psychological insight to heal those wounds. The problem usually arises because the emotional catalyst or trigger they require for this insight is usually found in personal relationships with others.

But if we remove all the labeling that astrology has developed within the past 30 years, it really is just a study in human nature itself. If you google Emotional Immaturity, you will see that a lot of that behavior can probably be seen in the way a ViS interacts. They can be passive aggressive, refuse to accept boundaries, and/or responsibility for their own actions in the situation.

How do you deal with that? With Emotional Maturity. Basically, you need to be emotionally secure yourself so that you can communicate when they would rather stew and simmer; reinforce your boundaries when they want to stomp on them and in your communication, when you can demonstrate full responsibilities in your mental, emotional, words and deeds, they will learn to respect that. Whether it provides the catalyst for their own development - well, now we're talking about trying to change other people which they will refuse to do if that's what they think your intentions are. And they're very good at detecting intentions as their whole modus operandi is about evoking emotional reactions - so don't react - respond from your own integrity.

Verrry late to this party but just had to say I'm loving all these responses!
I'm Venus in Scorpio conj Eros/Moon in Scorp (opposite Mars in Taurus) Libra Sun, Aries on cusp of 8th.

Taurus Mars in 8th can be guilty of being lusty and not terribly discriminating in general and with Aries on cusp of 8th, can say I have jumped in spontaneously mucho mucho veces! Only to jump right back out in some cases. My body count is high for a chick - Eek! But of course the guy who loves me won't mind and likely be the same. ;}

I was selective when my natal Scorp was in effect. Not selective and pretty crazy when my Venus progressed into Sag, and now that
I'm in my early 40s with Venus progressed into Cappy...I've calmed down from some of the crazy cliche Scorp behavior and learned how to self-soothe, gain some perspective and emotional equilibrium as well as enjoy my independence better.
But...there is always a bit of obsession that takes over when you really fall. Yep...like a swirling vortex and pretty much ...UH OH, help me Jesus!!

I recently let go of things with another Libra Sun, Virgo Moon,Venus, Mercury all conj Pluto. He had all his love planets all conj his south node so...despite the occasional promises of intensity and sublime connecting through sex, he was cut off a lot of the time and stuck in the past. He had a lot of intimacy/bonding issues and it took him forever to move forward with anything. It felt like he was never in the present and I was dealing with ghosts. And weirdly, I have a feeling he may romanticize me a lot more once I become part of his "past". Ugh. We have nearly identical chart aspects with Uranus/Mercury conjunctions on our Sun/Moon midpoints -a weird twist to have with all that Pluto - and probably why neither of us are settled down.

I fell HARD for this one - even though I KNEW he didn't have good love capacity and it was going to HURT like hell. I fell the first time we slept together. I actually laughed out loud "Oh god, I'm in trouble!" Which was actually later the first day we MET after talking endlessly for about 10 days on the phone. (We met online.) So yes, we can move fast!! Or maybe it as the Uranus?? His Uranus was conj my Sun/Pluto/ASC and mine was loosely conj his Sun/Jupiter. Yes, Uranus is STILL transiting my 7th house, bringing these types to me -lol. When I was younger, I was much more reserved - at least with guys I knew were quality - and knew my first love for my whole Sophomore year before anything ever happened. (he was a shy guy.) Interestingly, when we took the plunge transiting Pluto in Scorp was conjuncting my natal Venus! Now it's in Cap (retro), sextiling my Venus pretty closely. I think it was direct and more exact last year when I met a whole slew of guys after a dry spell, and when it goes direct again, I'm sure I'll be getting that feeling again. Not sure why but it does seem to bring deeper love for me??

I do think we vibe and test people in many different ways and yes, get to know them further through sex. That's one of the biggies! So if it's not ON there or there's a problem in that area, the relationship probably won't go further. It's not everything but it's a huge part of intimacy and bonding. And in general, it's how many men - especially ones challenged in other way - will deepen the bond.

This Virgo/Moon/Pluto/Venus guy understood me well (all the psychological depths and complexity and sensitivity) and it was one of most attractive things about him. I feel like we went through several years (and wars!) in one. He had many of the qualities that I long for. But...many that I never care to repeat. He was often selfish, harsh, ego-driven and plain just emotionally unavailable. He was also sarcastic, paranoid and self-absorbed with the Pluto stuff in a way that reminded me of my teenage self before my ex literally loved that stuff outta me. I knew I should bail but it took me so loooong To.Let.Go. Damn love planets in fixed signs!!

Venus/Pluto and Venus in Scorpio are very emotionally honest and also sensitive and tend to bottom line things. I don't divulge everything but if someone asks, I'll speak my truth and expect the same. I have often been the last relationship before the guy got married. Something about the therapeutic power of Pluto? Not sure where that leaves me - lol - but the love affairs tend to be memorable on both sides for sure. As I age, I seem to act out my Uranian characteristics more than Pluto which was much more my youth. I still attract guys with both planetary aspects but the relationships do seem more Uranian than Plutonian. Well, Aquarius is the Antiscion of Scorpio so maybe there is something to it??

When I first met him, I simultaneously had someone younger very smitten with me. Guy #2 actually shared many of the same synastry aspects as the former situation...but in reverse and this was not lost on me! I was attracted and enjoyed him occasionally but not to the same extent and I could feel his vulnerability and had no desire to hurt him. I just knew my limits by observing I just wasn't willing to go out of my way to make anything happen and also my lack of patience or intolerance with certain things. As is often the case with Libra, I was on two sides of the same coin simultaneously. The Multiverse definitely has a sense of humor!

So much of the Venus/Pluto and or Venus in Scorpio journey (especially in the 2nd house) is about self esteem and yes, there is almost always deep inner wounding and losses around these issues early on. It is never fun to be experiencing the low end of these themes. But I've had enough experience to know what healthy, deep mutual love is - it's been a long time - but I know it when I feel it. Finally after letting go, I'm getting a glimmer of that excitement that says something new is around the corner.

Maybe another Venus in Scorp or Mars Scorp is for me?? Or Venus in one of the Scorp duads which function very similarly? I do love Venus/Pluto Venus/Scorp folks for as many times as we crash and burn, somehow we always dust ourselves off up and eventually START AGAIN. ;}

I think venus in scorpio is almost the same as venus in Aries on how they approach their target. But the scorpio venus love is more sexual.

The Capricorn sun and venus in scorpio co-worker once suggested me to move into his boarding house because it could be a convenient for me and it was (he knew I tried saving my money to some purposes). He said I got a new single bed from the owner and it was in his room. It ended up it was only his trick to get close to me physically. He closed the door and pushed me to the bed, he hugged me for about 2 minutes while saying he liked me. I was terrified because it was all too sudden for me and he knew I just broke up. I ended up avoiding him since he became more aggressive physically in a sexual way.

Although I do have water venus trine pluto, I prefer a friendship, their jealousy/possessive vibe can be felt in an emotional way and it's uncomfortable for me (after they build strong connection).

The game playing usually is played when they have trust issue with you or they want a revenge or simply growing up in a bad environment/have a bad relationship before.

I have found they move fast in the first step of the relationship and move slow if they keep building suspicious behavior towards you.

Like Moon in Scorpio, Venus in Scorpio feelings run deep. And like Moon in Scorpio, they deny the intensity of their feelings to others and often try to come off as casual as possible.

As a Venus in Scorpio, my love nature is sexual in nature. But I wouldn't call it "love". And I think that the distinction between lust and love is very difficult for this energy to distinguish between.

I am learning to move slowly. Establish more of an intellectual connection(air) with someone and delay the physical gratification part-as sexual tension has tended to sabotage my relationships thus far.

My daughter is a Capricorn, Libra moon and Scorpio venus. He love is deep but if she decides logically that the other person is no good for her, she will cut them out her life like they died to her. She is strong in her convictions, I think this is because she has put so much effort into the person she is with. She defiantly has her own mind and the other person really has to be someone who can handle that. No man is going to stand in her way in other words. lol
