When i was little i was really freaked out by it, it was like my reflection -caught- my eyes and hypnotized me from the mirror! i cannot even describe the feeling, really creepy! i know its nonsense and now im less scared, but still :/ *i listened the recordings with anneliese, on youtube, that is some disturbing stuff!..and the funny thing is that she died on 1st of july, exactly 37 years ago.
OMG you just creeped me out so damn bad! You're amazing!
Yes, staring at my eyes in the mirror gives me the exact same fearful feeling. A lot of people that do that kind of thing report seeing scary images in the mirror after staring for long enough.

hmm... a case of extreme vanity... i'm just kidding. This is one of the reasons why I don't have mirrors in my bed room. I somehow have a weird feeling that my reflection looks at me when I'm asleep. Plus the stuff they say about mirros being a gate between worlds.... --> a case of overactive imagination >.< IP: Logged |

I normally sleep on my back, but if I do sleep on my side I’ll make sure that my back is against the wall. <I blame my 12th house stellium> =))
Haha that dang 12th House! Weird that you don't face the wall, you face away. I always have to turn in toward the bed if I'm looking off the side and getting a little freaked out haha. I'm such a wuss! I think the way I deal with my darkness issue is that I seem to attract guys like this: Me: Did you just hear that? Him: Yep. Me: Oh no, I wonder what it could be! Him: I'm gonna check it out, stay here! Awe, the hero is always lovable! IP: Logged |

Sticking my hands in cold water or too much water on my face and/or near my eyes. Idk why and its not a big deal because I do get over it but at first its like ekkk and I freak out a little. IP: Logged |

The only thing I can think of that really stands out pluto-wise in my chart is its inclusion in my stellium (or near stellium, depending who you ask). Then again, I'm still pretty new at all this so you guys might notice something I haven't. Feel free to have a look... IP: Logged |

Yeah, this seems very on par with my mirrors/closets thing... it's silly (no offense intended), but there's also something really basic and inescapable about it that somehow makes it that much creepier. You can't avoid water. You can't avoid mirrors or closets. Stuff that goes with phobias -- like snakes or clowns or whatever -- you often can. IP: Logged |

From Wikipedia: quote: Anneliese Michel (21 September 1952 – 1 July 1976) was a German Catholic woman who was said to be possessed by demons. Anneliese had her first epileptic attack when she was sixteen and was diagnosed with it. She was soon in depression and was treated at a psychiatric hospital. By 1973, she became intolerant of various religious objects, became suicidal and began to hear voices. Her condition worsened even further despite taking various medications and she appealed to a priest for an exorcism. It was rejected but in 1975 after much hesitation, two priests, after getting permission from the local bishop, began to perform the exorcism rites on her under secrecy.
I know how ya feel. I get creeped out reading stories like that too haha. Ooh, I get the feeling someone is standing watching me at my door if I leave it open. Pretty freaky heh. IP: Logged |

Yep, about the only thing I notice about your Pluto is that it's conjunct my descendant and my Pluto is conjunct your descendant. And that you might be a workaholic or extreme when it comes to cleaning with that 6th House stellium. IP: Logged |

I dunno. But after listening to you guys go all demonologist on this here thread, I'm half tempted to divulge my succubus story -- it's the only "I'd swear in court it was there and I could've touched it" encounter I've ever had -- and at this point it's starting to seem as likely a reason to be freaked out by closets and mirrors as any. Idk Kero, but for me, they are as real as everything else. I don't want to be creeped out by them, bur considering that they are supposedly 'fallen angels' means that they were given the same ampount of power as the good angels. IP: Logged |

More the 6th House/closet door connection. But if you want to add a paranormal slant to it, then by all means go for it. quote:

Lunae,I thought I was the only one who ever thought about stuff like that! Sometimes I can't fall asleep at night - too scared of what's in the dark. It sounds ridiculous but I've known way too many people who've had creepy spiritual experiences (almost all of them Scorpio dominants!) and.. uh, I'm not exactly ready to face that kind of thing. Brontex,
Well.. as silly as it may sound, when a closet door is open, it's not "right", cause it should be closed - so as a 6th house person, you'd want to "fix" that - order is usually a big deal for us in some way, so whenever something's not "right", it may be hard to relax until we make things right. I thought it was an afflicted Moon thing (which would denote a huge need for security and maybe fear of the unknown, like starrystratosphere pointed out), but yours is pretty well-aspected, except for an opposition to Mars. Are you afraid of the unknown / change? (that would be the subconscious reason). Or is it more of a need for structure / order? (that'd be the obvious / practical reason). And all the paranormal topcics probably come up because transiting Sun is opposing Pluto right now, so we may feel like exploring / talking about 'taboo' or 'hidden' stuff more than usual.
Hah, glad to know you find my posts amusing, Mr. Smirk-er! Don't forget to tell us the story when you have time. ;)

Doux, well, we're not almost astro twins for nothing, right? I'm not ready either, but I try to keep my faith strong. And with regards to sleeping... let me just tell you that it's 3:15 am where I am and I am still wide awake. :/ I do have this one REALLY creepy experience, but I'll email it to you. IP: Logged |

true, but not that extreme, hehe in my bedroom i have a big closet covered in mirrors, makes the room seem twice as large. I dont fear reflection, i just avoid it. @MsPrism, sorry, didnt mean to scare anyone when i wrote that post, it was early in the morning and i forgot that timezones are different, on LL it was night time @lunae, I understand why you do not like the subject. As a christian i feel disturbed by it too because i believe in their existence. Posession or mental illness, the suffering of that girl was almost unbearable to listen! no matter your faith/religion is hard to ignore something like this, because humans are connected and i honestly believe that on a subconscious level we do know the truth and we feel instinctively when something is not right. Demons indeed, have intellectual power; they lost the capacity to love and everything that was good in them but not intelligence. IP: Logged |

different strokes for different folks I suppose. I love the dark and all things paranormal/unexplained. There's something special about night time because you see things you just don't see during the day. My 12th house planets and 9th house pluto feel right at home around that stuff.IP: Logged |
