Agreed - someone said Astrology can't be proven scientifically? How so? I would say it can be proven quite easily

Talk about whatever you want, but remember that no one ever changed an entrenched belief by bullying the other party. That only creates more resistance and an eventual permanent block towards the other side... or capitulation on the outside due to oppression, while still holding your own belief secretly in your heart.Discussion is good if done with complete respect. Keeping to topic is always a good idea but when a conversation organically brings a similar topic into the conversation, there is probably a reason. Also... WE ARE ALL TEACHERS

Because it is not seen as a science even though it is quite mathematical. If it seen as science, then it would be accepted. That is why religion is also be disposed of at the moment. Any thing that is existential is not real according to the masses and that is why "science rules" now. Probably all goes back to the enlightenment and the promotion of free will, while astrology, certainly the traditional version states that there is pre-determination. IP: Logged |

I'm glad. I like you, you're cute. Yeah, it can be offensive - by human standards. Any who, I don't think astrology can be quantified yet, and I believe that is because we don't have the tools to measure the energy at which astrology functions (and by that I mean group consciousness). Just like millennia ago we weren't be able to measure gravity, maybe in a few thousand years, we'll be able to measure consciousness. Science has possibly found a particle which gives mass! Christ's main message is "love one another as I have loved you". Now what is the dispute in these words? I see no problem with religion. Religion or more particularly faith, is a food for the soul. It is the politics of religion which is evil, as is all politics. I personally can see the separation of religion or faith and its politics - be it canons of a faith or people's personal dogmas and religious expressions.
