It's not like you could ever confirm it before you croak here. Besides, can't a "non-soulmate", happy relationship be as much satisfying? Ok, I'm a dreamer myself and I'm able to understand this notion, it's very romantic bla bla but in the end I don't give a damn, I just want it to work. And I even believe in reincarnation, you know?. Whether someone is your soulmate or not shouldn't bother you that much, you better use this energy for working on the relationship.

Idk I don't really care for soulmate connections either. Whatever happens, happens. I think people who look for soulmate synastry begin losing sight of the actual person and become romanticised with the idea...

Yeah, that worries me too. Anyway, it's not like I don't care at all, I'm curious about such things. I just don't support the obsession with this subject.

That's why I'm not really interested in synastry. It makes you search for that "perfect" one.

Oh, really? But I want a perfect one
I'm not sure if I was clear. By a soulmate I mean a soul you're very close with and who sometimes accompanies you here through lives. If this whole thing is true, of course. I'm sure someone can be perfect for you even if it's your first encounter.

Because people think if someone is your "soulmate" it will last forever and ever. Lol

There's no such thing as soulmate Synastry. It's made up.

Meh... I never really thought that much about it, until after I had already married my husband. I was in a 10 year relationship prior to that, and I only noticed a few things. Mainly, his Moon conjunct my SN and other "chemistry" stuff. But I don't walk around looking at people's charts to assess whether or not I should be friends with them, etc.

BUT...I will say that my husband and I have always felt that "something more", and we have a ton of the "soulmate" asteroids and fate asteroids conjunct. So I'm happy with that.
But yeah, my dad and step-mom have lived happily (well...reasonably so) for over 30 years, and they don't have too many of those asteroids in common.

I don't know why people obsess over it.

If it works, and you can continue to learn from each other and grow, then I think that's really all that matters.

I don't need a partner just for the sake of it, or just so I won't be alone. I enjoy being alone actually. So if I don't find someone "perfect" in the sense that they can handle me, I don't care. I'm not going to settle for less than perfect anyways! I am well aware that it might never gonna happen. But that is how I got to choose my life, cause I'm way too sensitive

I just remembered a time in my life where I was obsessing over the charts of a few guys I dated over that period of time.

It was throughout my Saturn return, and I guess I just really needed some sort of reassurance that I wasn't going to be alone or rejected. So I would focus in on a few aspects and think "Oh, we have such-and-such, it must mean _______!"
But none of it meant anything at all, honestly. I still keep in touch with a couple of those people on a friendly basis, and some I can't speak to at all without some sort of dispute, so I don't keep in contact with them.

In the end, none of that mattered at all. I suppose some people (myself included) just have to figure that out and view astrology more as a method of finding insight rather than trying to forecast everything as though it's a precise science. I find it very imprecise, personally.

In other news, I don't know why everyone else can post images on here and I can't. It's not rocket science, I realize that. But every time I enter the code it just offers a link instead. WTF?

Sorry, off topic. But still...

Enemies can be soulmates too, as karma follows you through your lives and if you have karma with someone, no matter the relationship, it still binds you...

Soulmate synastry can = enemies too lmfao!

I feel in a very similar way to this. But I think that 'perfect' doesn't exist. I still believe that you can have happy, fulfilling and complete relationships but 'perfect' sets the bat unrealistically high!

Just picture links from the internet...could be a jpg or a gif, none of them seem to work. And I enter it like this:

Anyway, sorry. Back to topic.

When I say perfect, I don't mean a flawless man. I mean a man that would contribute to me feeling emotionally, intelectually and physically fulfilled so much that I want him and no one else

Violets, make sure you paste the direct link.

I call bullsh1t. If soul mates are real (big if) they wouldn't be someone's abuser. That thinking is why people are so messed up in relationships.

People are in your life to teach you lessons, specifically your soul mates.
Everyone thinks souls mates are about love..and friendships...
The person that constantly terrorizes your life never leaves for a reason...

Maybe these people need learn how to drop abusers from their life.. that's a huge lesson on its own.

I'm not upset. I just think soulmate stuff is silly bc I don't believe they exist & I also don't believe in past lives.

Omfg but that goes without saying. If you subscribe to karma, soul lives, reincarnation, then it's what happens. Your abuser can be your soulmate because soulmates are souls you encounter throughout your lives - they exist because you have karma together, lessons to learn, stuff like that!

Your soulmate can be your lover, your mother, your abuser, your pet, your teacher in high school, the person you didn't know who hit you and sent you to the hospital - and your soulmate probably was at one point or another.

In fact, you don't have only one soulmate. You can have many across the globe, but the ones you encounter depend on you.

...That is, if you believe in karma, soul lives, and reincarnation.
