Or at least understand the need for expression and that it'll be over soon. LOL Also realizing that "winning" is not important. She'd let me have a tantrum and if I snap at her she stays relaxed, understanding that fighting just blows it up. I also have the same understanding. If she's in that explode mode, I let her and don't fight back. Then later we laugh about it sometimes. It just takes maturity and understanding that fighting for it's own sake is pretty silly.
Sounds like a good, mature relationship! His father is an Aries and they don't get along much. His father was rather distant, but he seems somewhat close to his mother, a Gemini. IP: Logged |

Awwwwww shiiiiiiit. Bitten by the Leo-Virgo!!! I'll try not to get all big ego and stuff. I didn't even notice that you're older. I don't know how I missed that. That's alright. You can teach him. LMAO

Thanks to everyone who suggested Leo, as well. Leo Sun, Virgo Moon, Venus and Mars! I swear I didn't copycat your DeepFreeze, not on purpose anyways. But I'm a believer now. lmao Hope everything is well with you guys.
Y A Y!!!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏 So, so, soooo happy for you! Aren't they sooo fun? I bet you guys are having a blast full of random, weird conversation . I really like the mix of Leo with Virgo, it's a very nice combo in my 'unbiased' opinion. Definitely the tamer Leo. They take a little tweaking of reassurance but other than that they're incredible. Never a dull moment. We're doing wonderful, still crazy lol. Sweet of you to ask. Again I'm so happy for you. Hope you're having an awesome time with him. IP: Logged |

Haha, we are, we are! We're cracking each other up every day lol. He is definitely a keeper, just like I have always wanted *my* man to be. The age difference put me off initially, but after spending time with him I can't tell he's 25, he thinks and talks like he's the older one between us lol. And I am not ashamed to admit that, I am damned proud of him. What I love about him the most is his emotional openness (at last!) and he's kind and generous and yeah, makes me feel like a queen lol. We said the L word after a week! lmao But at least I didn't get engaged this time hahahaha! He did need a bit of reassurance in the beginning - that is true, Barbie! He was going through a hard time because of his illness (he has Wilson's) as well as a nasty break-up last year. He said I brought back the joy in his life and his will to live and fight for his future. I am glad you guys are doing well, I know you had your share of challenges. As you see, we do too. My life has been terribly hectic in the last few months (though in a good way) and I haven't had time to post in here, but I do read from time to time and keep an eye on my friends. ------------------ ~the raving one dancing in the nude~ IP: Logged |

Fair enough, Aries 23. I always enjoy your responses. Now when you say that we need a man to be "behind us" do you mean a man that usually lets us Lead? Or a man that is equally as strong as us that simply prefers not to be in the spotlight? IP: Logged |

This totally describes my interactions with many Leos that I know. Spot on! IP: Logged |

There are guys who don't care for the spotlight. And by that I mean that they embrace the vivaciousness of the women that they are with Most people will say that these guys like "dominant" females. And that is how society will perceive them. That they are "weak" or "not man enough" etc. A man that is not 'man enough' is one that feels that he has to assert his masculinity by holding anyone whom he feels threatened by down. The "lack" is where the insecurity stems from. That man is the type that the Aries women(in fact all women) should stay away from. It can smite her light and stifle her. But the Aries woman must decide from the start what she wants. 1.A man that is just as ambitious as she is. One that she claims she can "respect" and see as her "equal" etc. Because this man will have the same qualities and quirks that will exacerbate the relationship;the arguments, the fights, the standoff etc. and make the relationship feel more like a competitive event than a corner where you get support from. Not unless there is a maturity in you Aries to foresee bottlenecks and maneuver accordingly. Can you do this on a consistent basis? Because this will be required. 2.A man that has his own thing going. Perhaps not as grand and spectacular as your plans. But they are satisfied with their lot.Satisfied enough to encourage her from the wings? But she must not make fun, belittle or trivialize his ambitions for their humble status. She must also know what makes him happy and accept him "as is".Not pushing him to be something that he is not.

So there is an Aries that totally digs me. He confessed when wasted one time. I had a boyfriend(a Scorpio at the time)Nice to know someone has the hots for me after being dumped. But that doesn't mean I'm going to do anything about it. It hasn't even been a month since I've been single. IP: Logged |

The best match for an Aries woman is definitely a Leo man. IP: Logged |

Um, after the 10 months with my Leo ex, I agree and disagree. Depends on the people. I don't think he's the best match I ever had, though overall it was a good relationship. He made me feel at ease with myself the most, I'll admit to that, but there were times when he was crass or just selfish. But yeah, a fire sign is probably the best idea. I am currently dating an Aries and it's great so far, but who knows what I would say a year from now when this thread gets bumped again?! My love life is a neverending circus. IP: Logged |

Ewww I'm triple Aries...haven't cared for a straight -up fiery Leo man (maybe I just didn't like the ones I was given but I met a Leo / Virgo and I found him attractive and congenial). I need a man who will forgive me for my mistakes and Leo doesn't. They are very loyal though, like they will tear someone down who spoke badly about your mother type of people. Best match for an Aries? Sagittarius. They're not as carefree as people think but very smart and emotional people. MMMM! IP: Logged |

And I encourage my partner to do the same also! I want us to motivate each other to grow and be the best version of ourselves that we can be. So you're definitely right about that. What I disagree with is "easy-going" men being best for us - NO. We will totally dominate a laid-back man! Lol. Aries Women know how to take control, but we are generally much more turned on by men who know how to TAKE CHARGE - of us and life in general. We need that guy who is loving and supportive...yet very confident, decisive, and knows when to tell us to STFU! And he can't bore us! We need adventure in our lives.
Yesssss aries sun/mars I admire a man who can lead and make practical decisions one who's not afraid to tell me to sit down and stfu. I'm with an Aries sun/mars man and he handles me like no man ever has and stands his ground but also treats me like a princess. Oh our birthdays are one day apart. IP: Logged |
