Not my biggest issue really. I just cling onto everything. Every wrong ever done to me gets filed away and never forgotten. Damn you Virgo.

They didn't have that, an occasional battle of wills yes, but lots of sex which sometimes bordered on forced in its intensity. He seemed to enjoy overpowering her. I thought that was Saturn square Mars showing through as a control issue. He even called it 'taming a wild lioness'. (She's a Leo sun conj Leo Rising, btw) And he didn't want her to be weak and passive either, hence the lioness reference, but it's like his Saturn needed to assert dominance.
Exactly, starry. That's how I'm seeing it, too. My partner and I have an exact MARS conjunct PLUTO; but as MARS is his 5R, and it's in my 2H, it's taken the form of sexual dominance with a controlling air that isn't forceful as it is unflappable. It's the composure I've found most enticing. I have a very active BML and PLUTO, however. Anyone making attempts to control me has ended poorly. Conversely, if there is a genuine respect and deep appreciation, if the controlling air is accompanied by a desire for sexual dominance -- well, it appears I respond quite differently. What's interesting is, his SATURN falling in my 8H clearly directs its energy into our sexual dynamics; it's loosely opposite my SUN, which likely strikes that teetering balancing act. It's really all about how the natal's expressing the energy, and how the synastry alters it. His MOON is heavily aspected, too -- opposite my SUN-PLUTO-BML. Since it's his 8R, in his 5H, and overlaying into my 2H -- I'm thinking, like our MARS conjunct PLUTO, it's expressing itself in our sexual dynamics -- instead of violence and discord. IP: Logged |

I can really relate! His VENUS/KARMA is on my NNODE. I have felt as if he's teaching me how to BE loved, adored, and appreciated as I deserve.

Lol, that pesky lil virgo never forgets does it! I forgive but I never forget and even though I may be perfectly fine with someone that's hurt me.... I'm watching closely to see if I really can open back up to them. Virgo moon, ugh! IP: Logged |

Those are very nice aspects. You said your moon is in leo as well. I have venus/mars in leo opposite BML in aquarius and this opposition squares asteroid chariklo which is the wife of chiron forming a tsquare: "The wife of Chiron probably functioned as a sacred prostitute in the matriarchal temples." Chariklo: In Greek myth, Chariklo was the wife of Chiron. She offers relief from the dictates of patriarchy, through the safeguarding of sacred sexuality. Chariklo can represent balanced, active feminine expression, however she also serves in protection of social boundaries including those that are transgender or sexual in nature. The polarization of woman into virgin or wh*re that characterizes many cultures, can be left behind for mature, self-fulfilled, maternal yet sexually active womanhood. As expressed by astrologer Philip Sedgwick, Chariklo is all about learning to maintain two important personal boundaries; one that would promote quality relations with other people and another that protects personal, sacred space, namely the enclosure of your own spirituality and individuality. http://www.mysticmarguerite.com/WebDocs/Texts/Asteroids.html My venus/mars trine neptune and sextile pluto. My moon rules my 8th as well and is also part of a tsquare. We both have sag rising. ADD: In fact psyche opposes chariklo exact so if we add asteroid psyche I have a grand cross involving venus/mars opposite BML squaring on one side Chariklo and on the other Psyche.

That is not a virgo thing...that is more a pluto/scorpio thing. Husband has mercury in scorpio, mars in scorpio, taurus rising, karma in scorpio at 0 degrees, Eros in scorpio. He holds grudges and doesn't forget anything. That is more a fixed element thing; not letting go and having a good emotional memory. Perhaps his moon in cancer trining his mercury in scorpio. He feels forgiving is bad..hahaha. and my Saturn in scorpio is all about I want to forgive and let go; I feel when you don't forgive you are hurting yourself the most. IP: Logged |

LOL Well I do it for me...If you hold a grudge that person has power over you and you are the one that walks around with this anger daily as a result, slowly poisoning yourself more and more.... Not that I am model of lightness specially right now with transit saturn conjuncting Hygeia in scorpio in my 12th and is like saturn is forcing me to acknowledge and realize I have a darker ugly side... MagnumJoe, Have you been with someone that forms a grand trine with your pluto and BML??I read that BML is like a female version of pluto. That should be interesting....or better someone who has a planet/asteroid that conjuncts your BML and that also has a planet that forms a grand trine with your pluto and BML. IP: Logged |

Never thought of this before But in general, a planet forming such a grand trine, would contact my squaring venus-moon midpoint. I think i should look for an early degree cancer sun or moon. Good suggestion You are a good match maker IP: Logged |

So he would always initiate in situations he knew I would refuse. (Public places mostly) and he would like seduce me into giving in lol. He was kind of a masochist too. He was a very..... -large- guy and enjoyed it when it caused me pain... And uh, that's all I'm gonna get into lol. IP: Logged |
