Another example: Joan Rivers

Let's start with her progressed chart for the day she died. Uranus rules her pr 8H and is positioned in the 10th house. Transiting Uranus is also in her tenth house, at the very top of her pr chart.

On this thread I've been focusing a lot on: a) Jupiter, b) the quincunx aspect, c) Atropos d) 8th house

ETA: and e) critical degrees in progressions

Joan's progressed Uranus on her day of death was at 27 Aries, exactly quincunx pr Jupiter at 27 Virgo.

Another quincunx:

That day tr sun @ 11 Virgo quincunx her pr 11 Aqua Saturn in her progressed 8H.

In her natal 8H, she has Atropos at 18 Scorpio. No planets there. But transiting Saturn was exactly conjunct her Atropos in the 8H when she died.

So, in both her progressed and natal, Saturn appears in the 8H, either as part of the chart or in transit.

Ruler of her natal 8H is Pluto:

Sounds like what we have to do. I have some articles on the asteroids in the charts of Robin Williams and I think Joan on the day she died that I can put up if you would like to see.

It was a simple study of the asteroids, and transits on the day of death as compared to the natal, I think.

First shot in the Battle of Gettysburg (casualties around 45,000 men.)

*Leo ASC conjunct Mars, square 10H Pluto.
*Cancer Sun, chart ruler, is in a t-square with its ruler the moon (in Capricorn) and 6 Aries Neptune.
*8H Atropos at 5 Pisces tightly squares the nodal axis (6 Sag NN.)

Well that's enough morbid research for this year...

It is very painful for me to to write this article but it is one which should be written. For me, Astrology leads me to God. That is why I love it so very much. It is a spiritual experience for me when I do a chart. A person opens up before me : a person who was made from God’s very hand. The chart opens up his or her personal and unique beauty. I am the one honored with the task of helping to lead the person home, in a sense. For Robin Williams, the asteroid profile is beyond anything of this material earth. I will let you decide.

I don’t know where to start with this chart because there are so many places. First of all this is a synastry chart. The natal chart for Robin Williams is on the inside and the chart of the day he died on the outside. What stuck me first was the name Robin conjunct the Vertex on that day. What touches the vertex is what is fated to happen. I will explain. In a synastry, if one person’s planet touches the vertex of the other, he will BRING the nature of that planet to the other person. For example, if the Moon of one person touches the Vertex of the other, the Moon person will bring soul to the vertex person. If one person brings Venus to the other, the Venus person will bring beauty. If one person’s Nessus touches the Vertex of the other, the Nessus person will bring abuse.

In the natal chart, that which touches our vertex will be brought to us by others. We bring our anti-vertex placements to others. The Anti vertex is exactly opposite the vertex.Hence, if a native has Nessus conjunct his Vertex, others will bring abuse to him. If Nessus conjuncts his Anti-vertex, he will bring abuse to others. I hope you get the workings of the Vertex.

So on the day that Robin Williams died, the Robin Asteroid was conjunct the Vertex of that day. The fate point of the day of his death found his name asteroid conjunct. I really am so shocked at this but I should not be shocked at anything in the charts because these kinds of occurrences are common, really. They just seem unbelievable from our earthly vantage point.

This is the first time I have analyzed Asteroids on the day of death, so I must say that. However, one chart follows the same rules as another. However, the striking things I see here I cannot compare to another similar situation. To go on. On the day of Robin’s death, the asteroid Finale was conjunct the NN of that day.

The Williams asteroid in Robins chart has the Jupiter of that day conjunct. Jupiter magnifies what it touches, for good or bad. Hence, the Williams Asteroid was magnified that day. What does this mean exactly? I am not sure. Perhaps, this day, Robin would make a huge statement on the world and he did.This conjunction was in the house of society and career. This conjunction was in the house which would be seen by the world and sadly, it was.

Then, the Asteroid Williams in Robin’s natal chart conjuncts the Asteroid Finale on the day he died. My Goodness!

The Asteroid RIP for that day conjuncts Robin’s Chiron, the planet of pain. His natal Chiron was in the second house, the house of money. I heard that he was having severe money problems at the time of his death.

WOW I am blown away by all this. Robin’s Destiny Asteroid conjuncts the Anubis Asteroid on the day of his death. Anubis is death.

This is not an exhaustive study of Robin Williams’ chart. I have highlighted several of the asteroids on that day. This chart speaks for itself. RIP, Dear Robin.

– Karma (3811) : karma
– Atropos (273) : death
– Anubis (1912) : death
– Fanale (3478) : finality
– Paradise (2791) : paradise
– Robinson (3819) : I tried this one for his name asteroid

Vesta was tightly conjunct my progressed NN when my father died; and it was tightly conjunct my progressed SN when my mother died.

My father's Vesta was conjunct my progressed Neptune, and I've mentioned more striking Neptune aspects that day.

You are welcome, Faith! Death seems to be a very complicated subject which will only yield it's wisdom with a great deal of study, unfortunately lol

Astrology seems like that, as well. One must almost prove oneself worthy by great application to it before it will yield it's fruits.
