I have Uranus on my Asc which trines my Venus/Mars in Aries. I am definitely unconventional and have lost friends because of my unusual ways but obviously I didn't give a poo poo! :P

My favourite thing to say about myself is "I'm free-spritted and I got no rules!!!"

I think I learned how to manage the negative part of it. I used to feel trapped in relationships before, and couldn't stay in one for more than 2 months, cept for 1 LDR and 1 foggy yo-yo one. It used to shock me how easy it was for me to move on, no matter whether I broke uo or I was the one with the "broken" heart One day I'd be all sad, next day I wake up like nothing happened.

Things have changed, and I got married to a very Airy man with Saggi Venus in 11th House 5 months ago It's so easy with him, I don't feel like I want to escape. Instead, I send this electric energy into something more pleasurable

I realized in my 20s that I was dropping "friends" just as soon as I'd pick 'em up. That's when I decided to modify my definition of friend. Many many people fall into my 'acquaintances with affection' category. The idea behind that category is I don't have any expectations aside from common courtesy, and nothing more than the same should be expected of me. This works nicely.

Trust me, this aspect is overrated.

We all eventually come crashing back down to earth (venus/uranus).

Many influential people, (humanitarians, revolutionists, inventors, etc) didn't have a Venus/Uranus aspect.

It's cool you brought this up. I can't speak about pluto saturn, but I have a hunch about the comparison between venus-uranus and mars-neptune. A hunch is all it can be since I'm really a beginner. But I think that aside from the way venus-uranus/mars-neptune aspects are experienced by the other person involved, there are some significant differences. I think the author even says that they are basically the same in how the aspect person is experienced by their friends and lovers.

Again, as a beginner I can only read interpretations and feel out what fits me best.

So obviously I have venus-uranus, but I also have mars-neptune. For me mars-neptune IS about orgasm addiction. It IS about playing a submissive role in bed. But not for fun and games like my Gem Mars likes to play, but to get lost. I don't mean escapism. I mean to get lost, or go back to something I already know. When I was a kid, long before I ever started having sex, I was able to separate from myself- like I was looking at the world and my life from another spiritual perspective/realm (if you get it you get it, if you don't...it's ok. Most people don't) When I got older, I was so distracted by life I couldn't do what I could do as a kid. The only time I'd experience this state was when I had an orgasm. But depending on the person and situation it would be amazing, or not worth my time, ever again, ever. I am very picky about who I sleep with because I know what I'm after. I also detach myself from and can look at myself from outside myself. It's hard to describe but like Tinker said: those that understand, understand.

I look for Truth in everything but most everything don't come with Truth and I get repeatedly disappointed. I am religious-a liberal one if possible- and at the same time spiritual and I am becoming more and more aware of that what I need and search for does not exist in any living or tangible entity.

As for the Venus sq Uranus aspect: it's just hard for me to remain stable. REALLY hard. I am trying though, to the best of my ability. Aries Lilith is prominent in my chart and completes a cardinal cross (I know asteroids don't count but still) and that middle finger depicted in original post is me; I just don't really give a F!

I think the big thing about what you said is you look for truth in everything, but get disappointed. I think there IS truth in everything. But what I have learned is that nothing can hold the entire truth, and no one can be eternally true to me. When you dream of something it is perfect. When you try to manifest it, it has flaws. That is life itself.

But venus-uranus has the gift of discernment, and can hear, see, and recognize the truth.

The world is your oyster, Ms Venus-Uranus. You don't have to wait for someone or something to give you the answers. You have the ability to go anywhere and experience anything and just take what is yours (truth). One of the silly restraints people place on themselves is that they must derive truth from a single source. You can throw that garbage out the window- lol. Even if you choose one man or one religion it will be out of love, not because you're lying to yourself. Am I making sense? I'm not sure I can, even if I try.
