I move that we be allowed to discuss Ceres within this forum, not just the Asteroid Forum, as Ceres is a minor planet.Wikipedia has my back: Ceres (dwarf planet) Relegating it to the asteroid forum denies its true scientific classification and prevents those who eschew asteroid astrology altogether from having opportunities to see and explore the astrological importance of this planet. Can we talk about Ceres here, please? IP: Logged |

I would love to. I love Ceres. Well, I actually have a healthy respect for her. She is the mother after all. IP: Logged |

Thank you Ceri. We need more people like you...more Ceri's and more Ceres. Both. Oh and this: quote: She is the mother after all.
True. Allowing Ceres to enter this forum would move planetary gender equality forward. IP: Logged |

I'll run with it!You know how people have Moon opp Venus and how that's something like mother opp lover? I have Ceres opp Venus conjunct the nodes. Just like moon-venus, but with much nicer women When I was young, every girlfriend I ever took home to meet mom came away saying "I want your mom to be my mom" IP: Logged |

Thanks, Gemini Blues, my petition is lengthening quickly now... And that's interesting (though not at all surprising) about how well it applies, in your chart and experience.

Ceres is one of the ironic things in my chart, it's conjunct my Moon. Oh yeah, I can't wait to have my Antichrist On the other hand, if someone cracked the code to my heart in whatever way, something tells me I would somewhat look after them.------------------ Anomaling around since 1911. Vesta is cool here but Saturn? Hm. Well, at least it's a soft aspect.I have a t-square with Saturn and Chiron with Ceres as the apex, isn't it cute? ------------------ Anomaling around since 1911. IP: Logged |

Ah. The kind of configuration only a mother could love. My Saturn is not just any old Saturn, it was tightly, almost exactly conjunct my mother's exact Pluto-Ceres conjunction. I know what you're thinking -- "You need therapy" -- and you're probably right. IP: Logged |

Since you're showing off your Ceres connections to Mercury, let me tell you I have an exact sextile Funnily, my Hermesito is the 4th house. I'm wondering if my Ceres->Reiki<Mercury yod has something to do with my energy healing attempts. ------------------ Anomaling around since 1911. IP: Logged |
