I'm an aries rising in my relocated chart, so I asked about aries and those aspects to see if I should use my relocated. But I'm going to stick to my natal since it doesn't change which is scorpio ascendant with moon mars and Venus in 8th quote: Originally posted by Elysia: Im confused again -- if your Asc is Aries, isn't your Moon/Venus/Mars in Cancer in the 3rd/4th house?

So, a Plutonian venus can be a venus in Scorpio, Pluto-aspected venus, or Venus in the 8th, ruler of the 8th - such aspects. What this brings is a hidden allure. People may not be able to pinpoint what they find attractive about such people, but they will be attracted nonetheless. Same principle applies to other planets. For instance, Plutonic sun = personal magnetism, plutonic moon =emotional intensity & magnetism and so on. Since Venus is the planet of aesthetics and what we find attractive, plutonic venus = magnetically attractive.
Oh wow.. i have experienced this. I have found men to be attracted to me when i am sooo not their usual type. They (and me too ) always seem so confused too of why their attracted to me. I`ve also experienced guys having a secret crush on me a few times, Is this common with a plutonic venus? I got a pluto/venus aspect. IP: Logged |

Lol. I'm just now making the connection that my mother in-law, my husband, and my brother in-law all have Venus in H8.My brother in-law has Venus in Pisces, and while he is not remotely attractive to me on a physical level, there is definitely something magnetic about him, and attractive nonetheless. But it's definitely there, and women are attracted to him, despite not being a stereotype for physical appeal. People in general are attracted to him, to his personality. It is funny though, how that aspect is shared by all of them. IP: Logged |

This is how it is with my husband and myself. He has never been my "usual" type, although that carries a wide range of possibilities. However, I was and still am very attracted to him on a deeper level than what my Aries Venus is normally accustomed to. So, I think that you're getting your answer here from most people. So cool. Maybe they should call themselves the House of 8. Nice to hear that, though. This is what I was talking about... IP: Logged |

I know, right? And my husband and I both have Sun in H8 as well, and my Jupiter. Now I need to look through my family's charts to see if there's a theme. There's a definite Scorpio theme with my mom's family, I've noticed. IP: Logged |

I like your family already. Sun/Merc/Mars in the 8th, so I love Scorpio energy. If you do find a theme, come back and tell us... IP: Logged |

Lol. Okay, but I might add it to a more appropriate thread, like the one about siblings/family members and charts. IP: Logged |

Ha! I just realized that my mom also has Venus in H8, as well as Uranus and Mercury, and Scorpio Asc.My mom is basically the same way that has been described here. She was quite attractive when she was younger, and although she hasn't had the benefit of plastic surgery like my mother in-law has, men are still attracted to her, to a degree. I mean, she recently started dating again, and it didn't take long for her to find a boyfriend who is, in my opinion, not unattractive for his age. IP: Logged |

Aah.. She draws people effortlessly.. V in H8 and Scorpio Asc. Scorp Asc can be scary or sexy or both, depending on the audience I've not studied much about Uranus in Scorp people. though.. what's that like? *edit: In my defense, d & s are next to each on the keyboard! And I was in a hurry. IP: Logged |

I'm not really sure, honestly. Mostly I tend to look at synastry between myself and family members, or other things (I'm usually not that keen about what's in their H8, lol). But yeah, Uranus. Not sure. Her thoughts do linger on the macabre, but then my thoughts tend to as well, although I usually try not to focus on it too much. I got nothin' on Uranus in H8. IP: Logged |

Violets, yeah I've studied it more in synastry and natal aspects than on its own. Will read about it. IP: Logged |

Idunno. I was always told I just have "it" by many men. Never quite knew what that meant. Well I have Venus in the 1st and everything I've read shows that it is quite an attractive charming placement, so maybe that's why? I dunno about house 8. IP: Logged |

This sounds like Lilith conj the ASC or MC but I am feeling it is not Lilith
Send me a pic, if you want. I feel you have some amazing asteroid conj the ASC or MC. It is Lilith like but prolly not Lilith, per se

I can think of a few specific examples of the exact opposite. If you think about it, it makes sense. Planet (acting force) bringing energy to the area of life (house) just as it happens in the natal. IP: Logged |
