I've found the most success in dating fellow Aquarians, I go for men as similar to me as possible. That may sound narcissist but when you consider that so few people have a clue what I'm talking about most of the time; it's rare for me to find men with lots in common and they usually end up being Aquarian, sometimes Libra. Perhaps if you have a relatively stable, routine life it's better to have a relationship which shakes it up. I'm single but I would favour comfort and deep understanding in a relationship. Having said that I have enough dramas to know myself pretty well and I'm 42 now, so I guess I may have thought Aquarius was the easy option 20 years ago... ;-) IP: Logged |

I love heavily Leo influenced people as significant others! It's fun and the needs match, it really boils down to "yes, I want much, but you want exactly the same from me" which makes negotiating easier. Also, Leos l o v e mirrors lol IP: Logged |

I'm a male Aqua with a stellium of 5. Maybe we should start dating LOL XD Jk. I just think it's surprising that you have better experience dating fellow Aquarians than I do. Typically, I find myself to be too different from other Aquarians, so I struggle to see the connection. Have you experienced this? There was one female Aqua that I tried talking too, but I've heard that she did a lot of **** -talking and I just cut her off. I have a female Aqua cousin though and she's nothing like that. Wow Electro,That's a whole lot of Aquarius....so where are we going on our first date? It’s true all Aquarians are different and some can be a little cold (if there are no mitigating water placements) I love the intelligence, the play on words, the humour. One of my best friends is Aquarius, I hardly ever see him but when we meet we spend hours and hours laughing… we make up the funniest most ridiculous ideas and sometimes even carry them out. So much fun, but he’s also one of the most trustworthy, decent and kind human beings I’ve ever met. Entirely unreliable in some ways but why try to make somebody conform? These days with mobile phones you don’t need to make plans anyway….. I even love my girlie Aqua friends. They’re just so warm, and loving and open and funny. I did date a dud one. His Venus was afflicted (badly) and conjunct my own (in Capricorn), so the whole situation was fraught with issues....the Aquarius bit worked perfectly though ;-)

i know couple of Gemini men and i am not attrackted to them, mostly because of their looks and secondly because of their personalities wich are not the same - one guy is very quiet and Scorpio like ( maybe he has strong scorpio) he is really friendly and all,but not my type, skinny, big head and that. Second guy, tall and fat with big red cheeks is goofy and funny but at the same time he is two faced and oportunistic.I have found myself attrackted to Capricorns often ,although not a fan of their personalities IP: Logged |

I agree, the best relationship I've had was with another Aquarius. I love Aqua energy in general. But when it comes to the sun I divide it within 3 groups of people - 1 that works (and I love them), 1 that does not (it's like they are not even the same sign) and the 3rd is just 'meh' (or I don't care about you). Aquas can be a lil bit in a leage of our own not only concerning the sign in general, but the individuals as well. And the aspects and other placements can really make or break it. IP: Logged |

I think dating another Libra would be boring, b/c we are similar in some ways, but in others I feel I am more intense than your avg Libra. I want a bf who is more intense than me and I usually like men who have a lot of earth and fire and lack air!IP: Logged |

I read somewhere that from an energetical point of view, a relationship with your own sign can be very stale, neutral, somehow doesn't connect. And this was my experience with another Virgo, but that was back in high school.Otherwise of course it depends on the main influences, Sun is just one of them. Most Virgos I met seemed so cold or distant, which makes me think about me projecting these attributes on them. Otherwise my long term ex had a lot of Virgo influence, and that was exhausting, especially Mars in Virgo part. Even though he was Aqua, I was the rebel one and he was the control freak. Again, we were also projecting a lot on each other. But if they are Virgo, usually have to have a lot of water, for me to get hooked. IP: Logged |

I am with you, I think typically I don't connect with other Virgo men deeply on a romantic level but can click as friends well or have fun with them for a while, there can be attraction sure but yes there are exceptions to the rule I am sure and the rest of the chart would play a role in that exception. I like your feedback from an energetical point of view. IP: Logged |

I've never dated a Pisces sun. I don't find them interesting and intriguing enough to grow interest in dating them. It's not like I don't like them - they don't excite and stimulate me (positively or negatively) like other signs do. However, when I interact with other Pisces, I understand them really well like best buddies IP: Logged |

Hm, but now I just realised that it can be also a lot of projection involved with someone who is similar to us, especially when we are not so aware of some of our own traits we dislike. I'm thinking about Virgos who seemed to me too distant and a bit unnatural and I had this "why do they have to act like they are so perfect?" thought going on in my head, that ****** me off. Just to realise that a lot of people see me like that too. And that is something I don't like too much about myself...But after I realised this and accepted that I have it, something shifted in me, in a positive way. IP: Logged |

I'll admit, my two relationships with Caps (my sign) shook me hardest. They were painful. I mean deeply, tragically, impossibly painful. The worst and most intense heartbreaks of my life.Dating them was very hard because they were not evolved, and I was growing as well, and I think Caps have a kind of telepathic bond with one another if we're dating each other. So when it was going well and they were evolving and growing and trying, it was WONDERFUL. But when they were still stuck and being teenagers and messing wth me or lying, I always knew. I felt it. And they felt me feeling it. (That's what she said?) So it was always horrible in the end because love never died with either, but there was a point of no return where we knew being together was impossible. The last one also lied to me the entire relationship and was a hot mess in the end. He wanted me to give him a shot still, and I still was very much in love with him emotionally but absolutely could not and would not go into another phase of a relationship with him after that betrayal. I'm not sure how to describe my same-sign experiences except for this way: dramatic, extremely deep, and almost TOO much love,if that makes sense. Sacrificial love (until it wasn't). But I will say I blame the moon and venus/mars signs for that entirely. We were all Caps, with a sh*t ton of Pisces and Scorpio in our venus, mars, moon signs. So that in and of itself led to intensity none of us was ready for. IP: Logged |
