Unresolved fresh/newly created karmic debts with his (most likely) Twin Flame Vanessa Paradis are playing a role in this unfortunate incident.
Incidentally, Depp left Vanessa during Vanessa's Uranus Opposition. More support to her was a better course of action.
Amber is filing for divorce just after her Saturn Return, huge huge step in life.

Amber has her Uranus on his Sun(opposite). So I think that that is also why he found her so "exciting" initially.But as is the case with Uranus, domestic harmony is hard to establish.Especially when Uranus is strong in the chart of one in the union. His Mercury/Venus conjunct squares Saturn. So love is always a serious affair. Perhaps even too serious? Saturn/Venus harsh contacts can bring a certain kind of "heavy" energy to the person. And I personally have never found Johnny Depp frivolous and giddy-despite the comical roles that he plays; there is something dark and heavy about all of them. He was most certainly not the life of the party in his relationship with Winona either. As his Saturn squared her Mercury,Venus and Mars. That volatile Pluto/Uranus/Mars natal conjunct does add a certain kind of degree
of being easily irritable and being extreme in response to that irritability. Winona's Moon sat in opposition to that conjunct. So I wonder if she was forever dancing around it. But he said that she was "boring". I think what he was looking for was someone to make it more challenging. And she was very accepting. Saturn/Venus square tends to be drawn to "tough love" or a tendency to believe that love has got to be tough, if its worth having etc. And with the added Mars/Uranus/Pluto conjunct aspect.Walking on eggshells is something the partner will have to learn to do. Perhaps he is not meant for marriage? As that is perfectly OK too.

I never got ''love'' vibes from those two to be honest,he seemed like a hormonal teen boy and she like she is in it for attention that being with him would bring. I will have to look up their synastry .So their Venuses are conjunct - she is the type of girl he likes to date,and he gave her courtship she longed for ,she fell in love with his words . Saturn is one of the ruler of his 7th house and ALSO posited in the 7th house natally. Explains his fear/dislike of marriage. And so this man who had a number of high profile relationships with high profile women ends up marrying a woman who will now drag him through the mud. I am not convinced he physically abused Amber. His natal mars/uranus conjunction is trine her sun, not square or opposite it. And it is HER Mars conjuncting his moon...But we don't have her ascendant so it is hard to know for sure. Their Venus conjunction is going to take a big hit when Mars is going to oppose it in Scorpio. Sparks will fly. They do have a Saturn (hers) and Pluto (his) square, which tends to be a significator of rancorous breakup. And the momentum is with her because Saturn is going to retrograde on her natal Saturn in a few months, squaring Depp's Pluto, bringing karma to him. She is not quite done yet with her Saturn return. I just read that Amber blames his actions on drug and alcohol abuse. In his natal, I see Neptune quincunx his Sun and sextile his moon. That could account for a tendency to substance abuse but I am not convinced. Though it's possible that Neptune transit to his 8th house of Pisces is bringing substance abuse into his life. Its hard to speak about her personality and could she e capable of making thing like this up without having her houses - looking at her chart without houses,she dosent seam like she would lie about this,and i dont see attention seeking placements in her chart either even though i get that vibe from her....so idk
Lets try to guess her asc? She looks like Gemini to me ,if that was it her venus and maybe even sun would fall in 12th house of secrets.... hmmm her 7th would be in sagg and would have atleast retro uranus and maybe even retro saturn there (wich would make sense,older excentric husdband)

I was shocked by this piece of news. To be honest, I've read both versions in the internet, that he hit her and that she made it all up. But you can see her bruises, so...
I don't discard that they got on badly and argued a lot, and this together to the fact that he got drunk, led him to be violent with her. I am not defending him or anything  , just sharing my guess of how this unfortunate situation went.IP: Logged |
