you need to take responsibility for not properly handling Venusincap when he started going off and wishing death on those posters.

And yes I can see where they kept needling him and taking dig at him until he went off, but that still does not excuse him saying what he said. You should have handled that and put him on warning.

So, I, personally, am glad that when they do it next time, people will see it and call them on it.

Next time, they torment/provoke people, hopefully, others will step in and stop them.
