my fiancee can be all about picking passive aggressive fights and she has mars in pisces too (conjunct jupiter)

i tend to blame her scorpio venus/pluto conjunction and her scorpio mercury though

usually i just end up calling her out on it when i catch her trying but she can be almost like a bratty child with it

not necessarily anything particularly mean (though sometimes...) just generally trying to pick at things when she's feeling bored if i'm doing something like reading or playing guitar and she's home and decides she wants attention and can't think of a positive way to get it

she doesn't cross the line unless we're actually arguing, more just acting bratty

i prefer when she's more physical about it and just walks over and bites me or something though

she only has neptune in cap, but she does have saturn on her sun (uranus too)

but yeah that's exactly what it is, if i minded it we wouldn't be together
