These are people I’m not interested in and I’ve told him that, but he will ask me again and again to choose between X and Y, or X and Z or Y and Z...even if they’re already married, he would still ask me hypothetical qns like “What if they’re single?”.

Did anything happened for it to trigger his behavior?

Virgos are observant with body languages, and maybe he saw something and misinterpret. I find Virgo, just like Pisces, has a certain idealism. He may think X, Y, or Z are better for you based on what he thinks. I could be wrong. It sounds like he's pushing you away when it isn't what he wants. Does he have some Saturn aspects?

He definitely needs to open up to you, sounds more than curiosity. Something isn't right.

I asked if he thinks they’re better for me, he says “I don’t know” and “Maybe”. When I asked if he wish to leave me he says “no” but added that if I find myself a better guy he’ll let me go. However, 3 months ago we had a fight and he sensed that I was gonna break up with him and he became anxious and apologetic, so it seemed like he doesn’t wanna lose me as well.

I know he feels unsure at times. He asked me before why I wanna be with a boring guy like him. I actually find him adorable (he makes me laugh). He also always keeps his words and remembers everything I said and I really like that. He’s knows it too but I guess this is not enough to assure him? 🤷🏻‍♀️

well... i mean that's like any sign for that exact reason, that's not a virgo specific trait

i'm of the mindset that if it's meant to be i can't **** it up and if it isn't 🤷‍♀️ then i couldn't have done anything extra to make it work

that's not like a green light to be a piece of **** or anything just like an acknowledgment that you don't have to be perfect for **** to work out and that you can put yourself fully into something and it can still fall apart

any insecurities are my issue deeply rooted within myself and not another person's problem or even a reflection of them, but like literally everyone has insecurities they're an issue when it's a situation like this and that's not virgo specific

it's just a human thing, and your bf happens to be taking it to extreme places, idk the rest of his chart but i wouldn't blame sun sign and being a virgo sun myself i don't find what you're saying relatable

granted astrology is a bit like disease symptoms you won't get every one, but i've dealt with insecurity from people who have had zero virgo placements and let that **** get out of control

for real though tell him to cut the **** and work on it because it isn't your fault or problem that he's got these issues, also in my experience people who are that level insecure are hell to date

at a certain point i'd honestly probably say "yeah i want to run off and **** him the second he looks my way"

How many women has he dated so far, it almost sounds like he's fearful of getting dumped maybe just like he might have been before. I remember the time I had block-o-phobia after I got blocked by my ex and few others out of the blue, it took me a while to shake that off.

Or maybe I'm just projecting my own situation here, I might be wrong.

He mentioned 4 exes from his past but I don’t remember them being traumatising. When I first met him he was getting over his ex, said he still missed her etc but later he told me they actually weren’t as close as us.

Haha believe me I’ve said something to this effect before and he knew I was joking and laughed with me... but on bad days/when I’m in an irritated mood, I would lose my cool like what I did a few days ago.
