The definition of slow fashion is:

Another part of the movement is buying less...
I've been intentionally buying less since 2019...when I realized I couldn't even slide hangers in my closet, and would break hangers trying to pull clothes out!
I've gotten rid of 12 bags of clothes since October 2020. I finally have more clothes going out than I do going in. I've been doing a slow purge where I try to plan my outfits so ahead that it really makes me evaluate the clothes I had. I can't do "decide the clothes you will keep and get rid of now." I've been working on bag 13

I have only shopped for clothes 2 this whole year. I am not counting my mom buying my wedding dress, and a robe my cousin got me.

In the year 2020 though...I went clothes shopping 6 times that year.

But that is still progress, because I use to think I had to shop once a month. If I didn't shop that month it was always an issue of time not money.

People also give me their clothes they don't want anymore and I keep them. But once people know this about you....people will smother you with their reject clothes. People know to stop now because it's too much to manage.

In 2020 I did Goodwill and Ebay shopping.

This year I just shopped where I got gift cards. (Amazon and Target) While not Slow fashion...I don't feel too awful...plus hand me downs might be over 50% of my clothes at this point.

While Venus rx is said to not be a favorable time to try a new look. I have a loop hole theory that it's okay to get new clothes during Venus rx if its: something old...RETRO! Vintage shops, antique mall, thrifting, ebay, depop, to name some.

I shopped at Goodwill during last Venus retro...I had a great find of something I actually needed for like 4 dollars. I did not regret the purchase to this day....if anything I later leaned that the Goodwill is not all it's cracked up to be...and have people working there for peanuts.

I also wonder if people who like to dress like they are from a different decade have a lot of retrograde planets in their chart.

This squares my Sun, and conjuncts my Saturn sextiles Moon.

23 degree Capricorn is where my 9th house begins. I got my PTO at worked approved today.
