I am sorry to say this, but your mom is a piece of work. If she tested positive for Covid, she ought to isolate herself and not see people. And I say this as someone who doesn't believe in all the fear mongering the media has put out on the subject.

My dad has set up another treadmill, but the material feels a bit loose on it, when I walk, so I'm going to ask him to check it again.

I haven't used one for years. Our last one was secondhand, and it stopped working at some point.

VENUS is retro since Dec 19th but today is retro at 17 degrees trining exact my Mercury in Virgo at 17 degrees that is also retro and rules my northnode!

I was thinking to myself on my way back home about all kinds of relationships and how I need to learn to meet people were they are at and not judge, be a source of support and connection without telling them the insights I know they need and trying to speed up their process or fix them, just be present with them. I was thinking of my friend I hanged out with last night specially when I was gaining this insight and reminded myself that my word for "others" and "relationships" for 2022 is surrender. I thought to myself I need to develop and hone this skill more which also ties into my word for 2022 for myself "develop." Perhaps I am meant to develop my skill to meet people were they are at and not try to speed things up and just accept, connect and not judge.

Mercury RULES my DC and northnode so tr VENUS in CAPPY RX trining exact my mercury and helping me tap into this insight is interesting bc I thought to myself maybe this is the next thing my northnode is trying to teach me along with Tr PLUTO trining my 8th house ruler and activating my 2nd house cusp and 8th house cusp.

Thanks VENUS in CAPPY RX for this insight.

Nevermind. I take back what I said about your mom. California is now facing severe staff shortage after firing unvaxxed workers, and they are now saying that health workers who tested positive for Covid can continue working in hospitals as long as they don't have symptoms!

So your mom and anyone who tested positive for Covid and doesn't have symptoms can go around and doesn't have to isolate themselves since Cali said it's okay for health workers to do so.

It’s not only California. My friend’s daughter school let vaccinated children who got tested positive, but don’t have any symptoms back to a class. However, all unvaccinated children should quarantine at home for 10 days. Doesn’t matter if their tests are negative or positive. The potential spreader is fine as long as he is vaccinated.
So it’s not about the virus anymore, but just to punish unvaxxers.

I wont be offended either way Belage.
I just need time to be *1**** off today. Of course I'll be "fine"

But yeah...I am in no mood for toxic positivity right now. Is it just me...or is it always easier to tell OTHER people to "stay positive" "be grateful" than it is for them self!?

Things are getting bad here. But when I express to my sister that I am ****** at mom for not texting me to give me so I could have a chance to not come into her house and be next to her.

I have to zoom teach for two weeks now. (I'm at a private school so they want to be old fashioned)
Husband has to push back visiting me now.
This is my last year of teaching I want to be with my coworkers!
I was gonna go to a hockey game.
I was going to a spa
I was finally getting my social life back.

W/o my mom though I probably would of still got it somewhere.

But yeah my sister was all like be grateful everyone feels fine. Yes that is valid...but I can still be *1**** off that my mom is super inconsiderate of others.

Yep.
But where is the science, that is the studies that says if you are vaccinated and positive, you can't transmit the virus?
The madness will end sooner than we think.

Will it? It seems like more goofy rules keep being created. The maddest part, they don’t say vaccinated ones cannot be transmitters of the virus.

By that school rules, vaccinated children don’t need to quarantine, but everybody else. So a vaccinated child got tested positive. They sent all unvaccinated for isolation who was in a contact with that vaccinated. The vaccinated spreader is back to the school the next day because by the rules he shouldn’t quarantine. Nonsense.

From the above, the vaccination doesn’t prevent you from transmitting the virus, but buying you the VIP status what has extra privileges.

Vaccinated are less likely to transmit it, apparently. I remember hearing that that was within the first few most infectious days. It's all to do with viral loads, too, which is why masks matter.

So that makes it okay to have covid positive health workers working in hospitals?

As I recall, the studies showed that the vaccinated that were infected with covid were contagious for 5 days, vs the 7 days for the unvaxxed. We had a thread about it in Global Unity section.

They don't follow the science as they claim. But it has been obvious for a while now and only abject fear blinds people to this fact.

But this can only work for so long. Saying covid infected health workers can still continue working IN HOSPITALS is blowing the lid off their agenda and people are very uneasy with it.

I don't know. I don't agree with making people work when they're sick. I never have. It has been a regular thing for my entire life. When people put the stock market and their own "freedom" over everything else, this is where we've ended up.

Okay, I see what you mean about making people work when they're sick and I can agree with you...

But I am not seeing what that has to do with putting the stock market and their own freedom over everything else. The stock market is not involved there. We have hospitals who have fired staff during a pandemic, is it any surprise they experience severe staff shortage if there is a surge? And instead of admitting, WE WERE WRONG, they are doubling down and jeopardizing the health of patients~

And as for freedom, be careful what you ask for. You want the freedom to decide if you are going to stay pregnant or abort, right? You will defend this freedom with tooth and nails, even though one of the choices means c for a human being whether we call it fetus or baby. So I am not sure why you are making freedom out to be a dirty word.

Is not about the stock market, is about society functioning so that not everything collapses and turns to sh*t. Pandemics are part of life, they always have been so is sickness and death and loss, we have to cope with it, not shut everything down and self destruct everything left that is good that we have worked hard for as a society but we can disagree and have different views! that is okay and healthy.

It seems like Roe is as good as overturned, and people wouldn't listen when we were begging them to not vote for the former guy, because of the supreme court. Nobody cared, and people who claimed to be pro-choice, still don't seem to care. I lost a friend I'd known offline, for years (met her when she was a kid, and we babysat her and her siblings), who went from being pro-choice and anti-former guy, to voting for him in 2020.

Sorry, Stawr. But Roe, at least, figures into Venus retrograde, I think.

It doesn't matter if Roe is as good as overturned. The point is, you still want the FREEDOM to choose even when that choice involves killing another human being, don't you? And the answer is YES! So why are you making "Freedom" to be a dirty word?

You inspired me to check the ephemeris for January 22, 1973, which was when the landmark decision Roe VS Wade was made.

On that day, Venus was not retro.

Venus was in Capp at 12 degrees.
Chiron in Aries 13 Degrees (square Venus).
North Node in Capp 16 degrees (conjunct Venus)

What do you make of those transits?
I mean I find it interesting for sure but my brain feels fried right now and I still have to read a 7 page article and I am always curious about your thoughts.

Freedom is a beautiful word.

Is certainly interesting tr CHIRON in ARIES is having its return in the context of that event chart.

Inconsistency from both sides really annoys me. I don't like inconsistencies and double standards, it drives my mercury in virgo crazy, its not logical.

Ya'll are fine.

Sun and Venus in my 8th house again. Lust has been at an all time high. I have also realized things my husband is doing and has done that kill my passion and desire for him. I think that's why I was put in quarantine. To have no distractions to face it.

Planning a day at the spa did not go well during venus rx since I caught Covid again. It's my last quarantine day. But at least I took the initiative on something I've been wanting to do for a long time. Just got to move it back a few weeks.

Retro shopping does not get to happen for me now either. I was gonna go on Friday.

I do wonder if COVID is really spiking because of Venus retrograde. I feel like retrogrades are not good with this virus.

Good catch, Hypatia!

Not only is the 1973 chart having a Chiron return, it is also having a Venus Return with the current transit of Venus retro in Capricorn. So yeah, it means that our consciousness is truly revisiting the issue.

I don't have the exact time for the 1973 decision, so I can't pinpoint the exact location of the moon, which is an important feminine element in an obviously woman issue. It is quite possible that the moon was in Virgo at the time, trining Venus, or it could have been in Virgo conjunct Pluto... But I don't know for sure...

Venus in Capricorn is the Venus who assesses, what's in it for me? It is a calculating Venus that acts according to Saturnian considerations. This is the Venus that can marry for money, for security, for power. I have seen men with this Venus marry women that they think make them look good. I have seen women with this Venus marry men they feel will be best provider and protector and will elevate them socially. It is the true level up Venus, regardless of the gender of the native.

There were exceptions to this Venus when tNeptune and tUranus were in Capp in the late 80s and throughout the 90s, so people born with these aspects at that time may not reflect these Saturnian considerations.

Regardless, the Venus in the 1973 landmard decision chart is squared by Chiron then and now that the issue is on the table again, the square represents a very deep wound. this is not an easy issue to debate or talk about.

Uhhh Moon in Virgo conjunct PLUTO would fit for women's rights around pro choice matters. Pluto ruling power and death is symbolic of women taking their power back around reproductive issues and motherhood; this spirit connects both to pluto and the moon and if they are conjuncting in virgo it really fits.

Perhaps virgo can represent health and the medical field in this regard too so this translates to women taking their power back in the context of the medical field as it relates to reproductive matters and motherhood.

I mean I am framing it in a way that supports my values around this to be fair but I feel it fits.

Or perhaps the medical field is represented by venus in capricorn? and virgo is just the topic of women's health issues but it being in pluto and moon it connects to reproductive organs and motherhood.

Will respond shorty to part two of your response...

Yes I have a female client that has venus in cappy conjunct saturn and she says she cannot consider getting involved with someone who doesn't have a degree. For me if the guy can support himself and contribute to our financial prosperity and quality of life I am happy, yes if he makes more than me or about the same even better but I don't care if he has degree, at least is certainly not a deal breaker for me but for her it is and I think it is a status thing.

That being said as I honor your observation on this placement I could see too how venus and northnode in capricorn may have VERY realistic expectations around motherhood and the huge commitment this is as well as the consequences of bringing a child to the world to a bad situation or when the mother is not ready to support the development of that child (the nodes being the most sensitive points of the moon which connects to motherhood and venus ruling female hormones and relationships). Meaning capricorn is not going to see motherhood through rose colored glasses, if they sign up for it they will honor this commitment but they know what they are signing up for.

Great observation about tr neptune and uranus in cappy!

As for chiron, darn it! this is indeed a triggering topic that is emotionally charged and not easy to talk about! so yes I think that is perhaps what the presence of chiron here represents, we are very divided on this topic and I don't think that will ever change but I am at peace with that.

We can certainly say this is a sensitive topic involving women's rights so that is why we have CHIRON highlighted in this event chart.

Fascinating.

Honestly I am pro choice but if all states all of a sudden become pro life which is so unlikely I could live with it but the biggest issue I have with that is that it will create an underground market for abortions and that could be unsafe for women!
