No, sorry, Peri, I cannot give names. They will have to remain a mystery to you unless they decide to speak up. Many of them no longer post here.

No, no, it's not that they are "too enlightened", that's silly. One of the reasons is that they don't want to get into what some might deem an argument (note: i do not see this as one). I usually dont start these types of threads or enjoy getting into them. Only every once in awhile i'll speak up when something's bothering me. For the most part, i'm good at letting these things go. And have been for a long time.

No need of creating a thread of a similar nature every other week .

i duck into godzala threads from time to time. it's not my brand of humour - in the sense that i have nothing to contribute to it - and the pictures, well most of them leave me cold. but many of them are worth 10,000 words!

but there is some majorly funny stuff in there which i VERY much appreciate. a good belly laugh is worth a million soulmate threads...at least most of the ones posted here.

like PA i am very much impressed, if that is the word, that it was T who started this one. someone who rarely posts anything negative and who strikes me as super intelligent and grounded too. i have to take at face value what she is saying. and yet...

to each his own, right? what skin off anyone's nose if godzala posts every day? the threads get so long it only makes sense to start a new one, since many posts get lost in the sheer volume.

i don't see T getting into any vendetta anywhere. she has a right to speak her mind. i don't understand why she is so upset by this but neither do i understand people being snarky at her for communicating.

i don't agree so much with hijacking other people's threads. AGAIN to each his own! but even that is manageable. easy enough to ignore off-topic banter and return to your original intent.

can't we find a workable, respectful solution here? it's not like most godzala threads aren't labelled and easy to avoid...

Some subjects I skip over, and there are some posters whose writings I don't bother reading as my interest in anything they have to say scrapes slightly above zero. If there was no-one around who felt the same about me, really I would only be surprised.

So what I am about to say ~ (I expect to not be understood though by some) it's something I have noticed long ago, which made me consider leaving this place, I know it's hard to imagine spirit energy inhabiting an internet forum, but it does because I felt it, and I know for a fact that the energetic inprint of Linda has gone, I know when that happened (details are not important), although I think it can return, I just KNOW this place has CHANGED.
Not that change is wrong or bad, it's a fact of life, life is flux, it's fair, but like T, and some others, feel a tremendous shift here.

I know laughter and humor is said to be the highest vibration of all, next to Love, but like any medicine, when it becomes excessive, it becomes poison, it contaminates. Being sensitive to energy, it is felt.
There were other posters in the past that contaminate forums for small periods of times and eventually the problem healed itself and we all learned something. This is one of those times I believe.

Awesome post kat. I hear you and no, no vendetta. I'm not as upset as I may seem either and am actually not surprised by all the snarky comments for communicating this. I had a feeling this would arouse some anger in them. Yes, the threads can be easy to ignore, if there is one of them at the top. And in that case, big deal.

And yes, if the thread gets so long, start a new one. But maybe hold back a bit if there are too many of them or take it off site. Is that such a bad thing to ask? I think SunChild, Xodian, and many others understand what i'm saying. Xodian had a great suggestion in asking that there be a max of two threads per page? I guess that would be reasonable.

We just heard from koiflower who has suggested I grow up, which I think is absolutely hilarious, given the issue we are discussing. And yet, she hasnt considered or said anything about Xodian's suggestion and instead just decided to bark at me. Interesting isnt it?

Anyway, thanks for your thoughts kat.

Is there something wrong with taking the overflow to a chatroom or new web forum? Or by email? I'm just curious about that. Do you think Xodian's suggestion is out of line?
