I thought that too. But I am blonde and a fan of Godzala, so I dismissed it as lunacy.IP: Logged |

***shakes head*** Can't work out the motivation for that one! LOL. And I don't need to be blonde or a lunatic. Well, one out of two... As you've never seen a pic, you'll just have to guess.IP: Logged |

Why 24 hours? Well it gives everyone ample time to say their peace without pulling up the "Well! I didn't get a chance to say anything on the subject!" statement .And Lol! No; We are equal supporters both finanacially and... otherwise ; A Libra wouldn't have it any other way. And why I closed the other Godzala thread? It had reached 100 pages. A thread that goes beyond 100 pages ends up being a stresser on the servers. To optimize efficiency its just general forum protocal to close any thread that has reached 100 pages and open a new one. Okay. I get that! 24 hours. Fair call then. And understood about the server. So every 100 posts or (just) so a new Godzala thread needs to be started. I understand about the servers. Got it. I am studying IT, you know! Though, we've gone way more than that before. And, err, as to the Libra and otherwise reference, umm, no comment. IP: Logged |

Well, I note that this thread has more than 100 posts. Fuel into the fire. But from a safe distance. IP: Logged |

Oh my freakin apologies! I looked at the post count rather then the pages! Ummm... Oops? LOL! I apologize deeply everyone. Man I need caffine... Every ACTIVE thread that has reached 100 PAGES will be closed. Once again everyone, I am really sorry. Brain drain moment. On the bright side, you have a new thread to play in now . IP: Logged |

Oh, now... are we saying that only those who enjoy Godzala possess a sense of humor? I don't think anyone is protesting their existence. Some of us just feel they're a little excessive. And some of us don't. That's okay, right? Now we all have opportunities to be more courteous of our neighbors. I find a lot of the material in the Godzala threads to be pretty funny. I also have felt excluded when I've tried to post on them. I don't think anyone has to hold my hand and make me feel like part of the group if they don't want to, and I don't think it was personal at all. But I wonder if others have shared this experience. It does feel to me like a forum for a select few, and I don't think the intention is necessarily to exclude anyone, but, still, the jokes seem private enough that it becomes difficult for someone to just jump in and contribute. In speaking of contributing, I liked what Yin said here: quote: I am one of those members who logs in infrequently and doesn't post much. Not because I don't have anything to say but because I don't think me saying just anything will a) educate b)entertain or c) a combination of a) and b) In other words - writing something for the sake of writing something is not the same as contributing. So, I'll just shut up again.
Having said that, I don't feel that every post has to bear great cosmic consequence, but for me, again, it's about balance. For the record, I'm not criticizing. Some of my favorite people post in the Godzala threads. But while we're discussing, I thought I might share my own experiences. Then again, I could just be a big loser with no sense of humor and no friends. IP: Logged |

FutureIt's hard to keep up with the Godzala thread. It is for me a lot of the time anyway. There's a lot of different people and different personalities and cultures and sometimes the lines or jokes do get lost in translation. It's not meant to be exclusive. It disappoints me when I've been reading that people feel excluded in Godzala. I don't like that. I know that sometimes I come to the thread and there's been pages of posts in one day and I don't have the time to read them all let alone post to them all. It could be like that for other people too. That's the only time I can think that people have been missed and therefore felt excluded. No - the only person here with no friends or humour is Xodian. Wait! Is this post 100? IP: Logged |

This reminds me of some time ago when people were offended by the high levels of sex talk. Naturally, I was on the pervy side of the fence and, naturally, LL was a lot more fun for me when we could discuss sex until our brains fell out. But some felt like it was excessive, and ultimately we had to tone it down a bit. It's just the nature of community. It's important to me that we take any politely stated, reasonable request into consideration. And that's what it all comes down to for me: being considerate of one another. IP: Logged |

Sorry, PA. That wasn't a response to your post. Thanks for your input. What you're saying makes sense. The other concern I have is a technical issue-- haven't some of our past recurrent problems with the site resulted from lengthy, image laden threads? I may be wrong, and if so, please set me straight. But that might be something to take into consideration as well. IP: Logged |

I understand that. I think in all fairness, when you see a "Godzala" titled thread, it's fair enough warning that there is going to be sex talk. If you know that and tend to be offended by that kind of talk, just don't enter the thread. I feel that way about the twinflame talk in Astro2. I get the gist by the title so I don't go there. Must admit that these threads really do give me the pips. Only because I think people may miss a good opportunity to have a go at a potentially happy relationship with someone because they have used the interpretation of someone else which has read that this person isn't their twinflame.IP: Logged |

I've responded to you twice then. LOL.I did ask about that ages ago - about the pics and the threads and was told then it wasn't an issue. If it is or has become one since, personally, I'd rather be told, though from a genuine LL source, not just someone who doesn't like those threads. IP: Logged |

It's good that we reached a win-win solution on this one. That said - that's my final word on this issue. To quote Xodian, done and done. Good day and good night.IP: Logged |

So many people are having a rough time this year. And not just- the world revolves around us Americans. It might be an indicator as to how many knowflakes are adults...no matter the age. What I am saying [badly] is that we have had a few rumbles over the past few months, but nothing compared to the "Fight Club" moments we have had in the past. That we have not had any huge blowups is pretty amazing, no? Astrology-wise I find it interesting that in May when sun was in Taurus we had one of those pressure valve moments, and we have a Scorp sun now. I agree with the person[s] who mentioned change. And the Full Moon is 10 Taurus today. LL Sun is 11 Scorp, and Mars is 29 Virgo....there is a whole lot of activity to the LL chart. IP: Logged |

I'm pretty certain it is still an issue. The thread will probably start glitching before it reaches a hundred pages, so I'd start a new one when the old one starts showing signs of not working. quote: What I am saying [badly] is that we have had a few rumbles over the past few months, but nothing compared to the "Fight Club" moments we have had in the past.
