(in case you can't tell, i'm back on an astro kick. lol i guess after studying it for years, it never really goes away...you tend to think in those terms when things get tough. hopefully the energy will change for the better soon. this new moon eclipse may bring in something new and positive for you too)

someone email if she posts her paypal. i will pitch in what i can.

sorry i reacted so strongly yesterday about valus...i react so strongly when someone theatens it, as since i was a small child (maybe 6)and came home from school to an ambulance taking my mother to the hosipital after an attempt to overdose and take her own life, and the threats were countless, but alas, she is still alive and well 40 years later. there is some paralizing sickening fear i have instincivly when someone says it. that exact same fear. we all have our issues i guess.

I think many people are going through difficult things right now, the best we can do is try to lend a hand to pull our brothers and sisters to higher ground. I believe when we do that we also raise ourselves to higher ground.

maybe it seems i am talking crap, but to me it is true. i can feel like total crap as a person and only seem to feel worthwhile when i help someone else out.

Well said cpn. I am no longer sore. Valus, if you're out there, let's chill ok? I mean you no harm. I was angry. We both have our sh!t to deal with. Bunnies said it last year too when I was whining about Christmas and all that, and she just said have a laugh and you know, I did and I love my family. I love all you on here, differences aside.

Hell, life is hard. Check your FB Mel. x

Yin wants to help too. All I can say is thank you, all of you for caring about me. It means everything. I feel so lonely doing everything on my own. I prayed again for a miracle for the last few days, but I was hoping it would come in the form of a job. The job interview I have is for a temp position (3 week) doing fund raising for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. I get to call people ("prominent members of the community" it says) and say, "You have been arrested with the charge of Having A Big Heart" and then ask them to go to a business to stand in a "jail cell" while others "raise the bail". I feel that it is where I am supposed to be because not everyone has the time to work a full time position for three weeks when most people already have steady jobs.
I was in this position with rent a few months ago and paid $100 on the rent due date and the landlord said he couldn't wait until the end of the month for the rest and had to give me the eviction notice. He was not nice about it. I then gave blood for $40 and brought the money to him a week after and tried some community services he suggested to find help but they were out of funds. I then got lucky and got a job working 11 hour shifts 6 days a week through a temp place that pays by the day so I was able to pay the rest shortly after that and got caught up on my other bills. That was the first time in 7 years I ever didn't have the full amount for the rent on time (my parents had helped at other times) so I got through that one... I just wonder if he will be so understanding this time and worry that the money from the MDA job won't come in time to satisfy him. At that time I sold my d.v.d's for a dollar each to get gas money etc and I don't have anything left of any real value. This is so pathetic and depressing. I have no idea how to do the paypal thing.
What I would REALLY like is a job. One that pays immediately. Anyone hiring?
I told Yin that I will tell her how the interview goes and if/when they hire me find out exactly when I will get paid. I have another check coming for 9 hours at $7.25 an hour minus taxes... so I'm thinking around $60 or so? If I give the landlord $100 and pay the school day care program $40 or $45 whatever it is... I will have $15 left for gas... and maybe the other temp place will have a job Saturday night doing a banquet or something to make more gas money. I am trying to figure it all out, it is just stressful and I feel overwhelmed and I want to ace this interview today.

"Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle"

Plato

Amen Plato. Sorry I was not kind Valus. I wasn't able to be but you have your troubles, I see this. I won't be unkind again.

I read stuff like this about Mel and people's worries and everything and cpn is so right.

What the heck?

My post disappeared. Mel, I asked for your paypal address in case I have a windfall of some sort. The upcoming weeks might look a little brighter for me and if so, i'd like to help you out.

T, I am grateful for the astrological info. I keep wondering if Pluto being in Capricorn is going to make the next 10 years or so just like this and I wonder if I can hold on through all of it. It is good to think that there might be some relief from different aspects though I can't focus on the information right now. It gives me hope for the future though. ♥

misticmelody, I WOULD NOT PROPOSE IT IF IT WAS NOT HEARTFELT. let's imagine it's your birthday, after all, you are a cap rising, so it's sort of true...

I must remind you that I get my wage by the end of this week though

maybe what wheels suggested about giving him the money in bits will keep him waiting

as I said, I WANT to help

Remember when I was in a serious predicament about a year ago and you suggested I ask for help here? Like you, the thought of it made me mortified, and I refused, but that's what we are here for, to help each other out. And we all know, you would do it for us!!!

Yes, this Pluto transit in the 12 is not fun. I'm really hoping Jupiter - who is at home in Pisces! in the second, helps to change things!

Let us help. How long does it take to set up a paypal account? *is off to find out*. I have one but I set it up an age ago.

I mean, are we friends on here or is this some kind of illusion? I think we are friends on here and if you were down the road I'd be over yours with a casserole and a bottle of sambuca, you know it. It sometimes pains me that the "practical" side of friendship with people on here is sometimes unfulfilled. Big old earth trine, I hear what you're saying T.

I am glad that my pathetic failure at life is able to bring people back together. I have to laugh at myself... it helps. I sometimes feel I really am in the right place and I just have/chose a hard life. I was thinking about being a single mother yesterday and how I met this other single mother long before I ever became a mother and how I helped her with babysitting etc and used to tell her how strong she was etc and I was wondering if our Souls had planned to meet and if knowing her was preparation for what lie ahead for me etc. She is doing better now and has a house and full time good job and I was thinking yesterday that maybe that was ahead for me and I had to work harder and hold on...
I don't know... I am just rambling now and my thoughts are taking off from what everyone is saying. I am reading every word from all you even if I don't respond directly.
T, I know you would help financially if you could and you help with your love more than you will ever know. Wheels, I will check my FB. CPN, thank you for being here too.

just saw the post about the landlord and the delayed payment.

money is just a tool, right? what's the point of it?

you are a mum, that's quite a bit of an accomplishment already.

MM already said she has a Paypal account.
I didn't want to offend her so I offered a loan rather than a donation.
It seems like there are enough of us who want to help.
This is a dire situation. We can all pitch in with a little bit of money. That way she won't have to worry about paying it back.
Sound OK?

wheels I love sambuca

yin, of course, I don't want it back

MM, no problems at all, but don't be fooled by me, I know myself and I'm more than just what comes through. what we are doing is nothing, it's just that we are not used to it through internet.

may be we are starting another role for LL by bringing real life ($$$) through virtual. sort of community service
