YYAAASSSSS!!!!! Poetic Justice!!!! Thats what happens when you trash talk, second time around juju gets you.

Argentina and Germany going to be a fun game. I hope Brazil redeems themselves against the Dutch. Sucks to lose on PKs though.

Things couldn’t get any worse for Brazil, their biggest rival may win the World Cup in their soil.

*snif snif* NOOOOOOO!!!! :

For my own sake, going to ignore any comment against NL in this thread.

Still shaking. We were doing so great and even Sneider's got stopped ;_________________;
We even had our regular goalie who doesn't intimidate this time. ;____;

Someone please hug me

Edit: Germany for the win, obviously!!!

This game was the opposite of yesterday's lol, pretty uneventful. I don't know which team to root for Germany or Argentina? I am really torn lol. I want a European team to win but I am rooting for the underdog at the same time...gonna be interesting to watch! Hopefully more interesting than today's game lol

I like Argentina, but can you imagine the rioting that would happen if they won??? I just don't see them beating Germany, its their Cup for the taking.

Both teams wanted penalties lol.

I reckon Germany will win the final based on Argentina's performance in that game!

Germany could do the same to Argentina as they did to Brazil if they are not careful; however Argentina can actually defend, so it probably will be a convincing win rather than an dominating win.

Great choice! lol. It wouldn't bother me if Arg won, but Germany deserves it more. Not that deserving something works out all the time.

Lol I always root for Netherlands at World Cups and Euros, except if my team plays against them. I like their spectacle-like type of soccer, they usually keep me on my toes. I have a soft spot for the country, in general, though I haven't been there yet.

But I have other favorites too. I like Germany ofc but I find their style boring and too calculating (they are a Cap Sun country after all), there's no spark like with the Clockwork Orange. I fancy Italy a lot, France and England too, they're classics - surprisingly I dislike Brazil, no idea why; I met Brazilians and LOVED them, but their soccer teams.. not so much. At this World Cup I also liked Argentina, Costa Rica, Colombia, USA and Ghana, but I didn't watch all the matches, my job sometimes prevents it. I didn't get to see Australia at all, for example. I missed the first half of last night's game too.
I am not a connoisseur, more like a dilettante lol and I base my fancies on whims (and non-soccer arguments) all the time lol.

My favourite (Team NL) has caught the bronze medal.
Orange isn't as bad To be honest, I silently hoped for more.

I hope you guys enjoyed this tournament. I for sure.
Well, for the match of tonight I hope that the best team will win the cup.

This is an exciting game so far! Very late call on Lavessi's offside goal though. I hope the German (forgot his name) with the concussion is okay. The medics have been terrible this tourney.

Bad luck for Germany on that header.
