COVID started in 2019 when Trump was in office and ultimately cost the lives of 1.2 million people. The hospitals were overflowing with very sick people, people that were dying. And you’re complaining about what? Wearing a mask? Evil vaccines? Nighttime curfews? Being shamed for having a different opinion? You did not lose your job, you were not arrested or put into a concentration camp.

Was there a lot of government pressure? Yes. Could they have handled it better? Yes. We’re people spouting the craziest conspiracy theories? Yes. In my country more than 80% of the adult population received full COVID vaccinations. No mysterious diseases, no fertility issues, no microchips. With hindsight, they were too strict with rules and regulations. It was a very challenging period for a lot of people, mentally and physically. My marriage ended during that period. So, I know all too well.

Do you know why vaccines are important? It’s not just for the health of the individual, but the population as a whole. I didn’t get the COVID vaccine for myself, I’m not part of the population at risk. But I did get it for my co-workers with a chronic condition, or maybe their partner or kids. I got it for the elderly people that go to the same supermarkt as me.

I’m sure the government reaction to COVID had a big impact on you. It was a challenging time for a lot of people. And like I said, the government could have handled it better. There were other countries with more lenient policies, like Sweden and New Zealand, but they also had less dense cities and a more outspread population. And funny enough both had left wing leadership.

I don't take morality lessons from those who had no problem with deplatforming, censoring, and debanking differing medical opinions on covid vaccine dogmas. Those who cosigned the fairy tale that Covid came from pangolins instead of from Wuhan lab. Those who acquiesced to the claim that taking the Covid shot meant you would not get Covid. Those who claimed you needed the Covid shot even if you already had Covid because well, damn natural immunity.
