What shall I teach you?

"Pluto in Libra is a ***** "
You would be surprised! Saturn isn`t exalted in Libra for nothing!

"Italian sounds almost as good as Romanian. Italia and Romania in the 4th, Romania conjunct Valentine exact "

I just looked up Italia and it is on 2 Libra, right on my Draco Karma. Interesting.

BTW Germania is exact conjunct my Moon and Roma is conjunct it by 2 degrees.

Don`t ask me why, but I just looked up Vaticana.

It lands on 4.59 Libra, right on my MC on 4.58 LIbra.

Romania conjunct draco Moon exact
Vaticana in the 7th, hmmm
Roma in the 5th

Latin, of course.

P.S. admit you're a Vatican spy!

Ceridwen, if you do Latin, can you tell me how you'd interpret the asteroid name "De Sanctis" or just the whole language thing in general? Seems to point at something holy but I wouldn't know.

Oookay. Actually, what I didn't say is that the other person may have that Libra Madhatter on their MC, too. The angles just aren't certain, so the Alice-ASC doesn't necessarily get seemingly crazy compatriots through that, but when I look at some asteroid themes I tend to pick up on people and charts who have something to highlight them.

Ive had a very alice in wonderland life...lol....its a mad mad tea party!
I have Marchare and Madhatter on my IC

White Rabbit is trined my NN, and sextile my Moon, it's also in my Aura!

All very close under 2 degrees
Alice in Virgo in 12th, she squares my Mars(1degree) and sits exact on my Excalibur...I guess to overcome the insanity of my life is part of my divine quest!

I never read the book so I don't know if the White Queen's name is Miriana in there, but it seemed to be Mirana in the newish movie. Mirano seems the closer option in asteroids, Marianna not seeming to fit.

Alas, my Mirano is 7.04 Leo and joins the Alice-ASC.

Cheshirecat 22.07 Leo conjunct a ton of other asteroids
Jabberwocky 25.16 Tau conj SN
Bandersnatch 18.28 Gem conj AVX

Not sure what it says if someone's Jabberwocky conjuncts your Bandersnatch. Have a happy monstering together? Their Cheshirecat is conjunct your Venus, too.

Bandersnatch-
It appears in the 2010 year version of Alice in Wonderland as a jaguar-like creature under control of the Red Queen. It is large, with a barrel chest and fore-paws that are quite dexterous. It's covered in pale, shaggy fur with dark grey spots, and has a somewhat flat (but not pug) face, with a wide mouth that has multiple rows of teeth and a long tongue. It also has a long tail. It doesn't speak, but seems at least somewhat intelligent. Evidently it has venomous (or otherwise poisonous) claws, wounds from which will 'putrefy' unless treating by someone with evaporating skills-barring that, they may also be treated with the saliva of the Bandersnatch itself.
It appears crashing through a wall in the Mushroom Garden. Red Knights appear from behind it as they attempt to capture Alice's friends while the Bandersnatch chases Alice. Alice stands still believing since it is a dream, the Bandersnatch can't hurt her, but when the Dormouse appears to save her by stabbing out its eye, it slashes Alice's arm while roaring in pain.

It appears again sleeping in its house going to Alice entering its house as it woke up, but not after she gives its eye back. When Alice tries to open the chest containing the Vorpal Sword the Bandersnatch turns around to strike again, but when Alice shows her swollen wounds, the Bandersnatch felt guilt as she passed out. The next morning when Alice woke up, it cleans her wounds and allows her access to the Vorpal Sword before going back to resting. When Alice is surrounded by Red Knights near the Bandersnatch's house by command of Ilosivic Stayne, it crashes out of the house and escapes to Marmoreal with her on its back thus becomes Alice's ally.

On the Frabjous Day, it appears again with Alice coated in armor on its back. It goes with the White Queen's army to the chessboard battlefield as they come face to face with the Red Queen's army. When the Red Queen orders an attack after the Mad Hatter interferes the duel between Alice and the Jabberwocky, the Bandersnatch along with the White Queen's army fights in a battle against the Red Knights.

The White Queen appeared in the Tim Burton's 2010 film, Alice in Wonderland. Her given name in the film is Mirana of Marmoreal. She is stated to be the rightful ruler of Underland, but her eldest sister Iracebeth, The Red Queen, ursurped and claimed the crown as her own.

Alice Kingsleigh---did they change her name in the 2010 version?

Mark Andrew Holmes had something to say about Jabberwocky and Bandersnatch asteroids as well from what I recall. Google if you're interested, Gabby. I think it was about a monster you can defeat and a monster you can't? I'm not sure if all these came from Carroll originally, but they're swirling around the same kind of things or are on some continuum perhaps.

Actually, I could sort of see the disappearing acts as well although my first thought was the cat's grin and through that trollollolling style moves. It's not what it's been but then there isn't interaction enough to let an Alice theme play out to such extents. It's an Alice-theme in the sense that there's a lot of weird about it in some ways, synchronicity and the person as if showing up unexpectedly or, well, it's difficult to describe. If you've been somewhere, it later turns out they were nearby (as if invisibly "present"?), and in some ways it is as if the world was having fun at your expense due to some slight bafflement over the entirety of what it is with the person? I don't think it's been that big of a feature and there may be some other asteroids that feature more so but that's probably because it isn't a love thing. The mischievous smile is attractive though, not saying that.

Your numerous contacts with the Alice-asteroids trump everyone else's here so far so it should be interesting to hear your opinions on what some of them do in any case.

Actually, it looks like they have their Liddell conj that Cheshirecat, too. Their Mirana 25 Tau opp Lewiscarroll 23 Sco, Tea 26 Sco on my NN. My Tea possibly opposite their Vertex. Antiscion Lewiscarroll contacts my DC so it's opposite my Alice-Mirana conj their Sun. Their Jubjubbird is opposite my Moon and mine is on their NN.

Jubjubbird 13.14 Gem
My Mockturtle conj Cheshirecat, 21.21 Leo
Liddell 22.02 Lib (antiscion 7 Virgo opp the other person's Liddell-Cheshirecat)
Lewiscarroll 17.16 R Aqua
Humptydumpty 16.38 Sag
Haigha 1.04 Can
Tigerlily 3.53 Tau (antiscion with Sun)
Hatta 17.39 Tau

Composite has Liddell trine Moon, Alice sextile Moon and Pluto from their midpoint spot while trining Neptune. Lewiscarroll 2 conj MC. *shrug*

I don't like the Cheshirecat, I've never liked him even as a kid, there's something about him makes me feel scared! Like he's about to rip life out from underneath me and laugh about it!
He doesn't seem sincere or to care in the slightest!
I'll have to think more about these placements in my and the characters, the way I grew up it was like falling into a hole and never knowing what was real or fake....everything was a play on your mind, like a carnival fun house and I'm sure some did enjoy making others confused and lost!

Lol, Cheshire Cat is on my unaspected Virgo moon conjunct Dejanira and Child in my 12th house!
No wonder I can't stand him, it was my emotions that everyone messed with and used against me to hurt me! They emotionally confused me to the point I had no idea what was real or fake and left totally helpless at their mercy!
That must be why he makes me angry today, I can't even stand toys with him on it!

Kerosene,

maybe it's also blustering or screaming with little actual effect since I don't think many people actually got beheaded in the end? Drama-queen-ism?

Gabby,

my Cheshirecat trines my Jupiter by 2 so there's no reaction like yours for sure. It's conjunct MY Excalibur, so maybe I'm on a quest for more grins and a disappearing act on my end then. Although again, it's opposite my Damocles as well, so, precarious business all this.

Like I said I never particularly liked the stories either as a kid or since then though, despite there being good quotes à la "We're all mad here" to proliferate. I hated Peter Pan (as a character) as well though, but at least Neverland seemed to be better as a fairytale-land otherwise and Captain Hook was exquisite(ly tragic or appealing). I have Tinker as the closest asteroid conjunct my Sun, 6" or so, but this Tinkerbell always found Pan obnoxious. I consider it relevant in any case since Disneya is 1 conj my Sun as well - although I've seen very few of Disney's animated movies in my life.

I could see Redqueen being all drama and no real substance in her threats, my mom has red hair and red queen is on my cancer MC, I always related her to my mom, she walked around always mad about something and throwing fits, but nothing ever came of it....just a lot of hot air to make everyone feel crazy!

I never saw the interest in Alice in Wonderland, really what was the point of driving some innocent girl nearly mad? What did she learn? Well, I guess she learned she could beat the Jaberwoky....strange Jaberwoky is on my S.N?
I must be up against a battle I didn't win in the last life, Alice is on my Excalibur square my Mars....maybe I have to find a new way to fight in this life in order to win, mars won't work for Alice, must have realized that in the last life and so mars has been shut down for this fight? Lol.....I don't know! I'm just rambling here
