sunchild.. stop with the guilt, its not allowed... if chocolate were super bad or to blame, my kids would all have kidneys the size of their legs, lol.(or my thighs, ahem)
post pregnancy guilt talking there.

you look wonderful. keep taking care of you and your bun. you're doing a terrific job!

do you know if you get to use your girl name? did you find out?

LOL pix

I could be mistaken...the midwife told me she sees that all the time and the doctor shouldn't even have mentioned it because the dilation was so minimal. So now I'm not too worried.

I'm eating smaller amounts of chocolate again...I have to.

I'm the heaviest I have ever been in my life...it's so funny... my boobs are massive, I was only a b cup now I'm busting out of a c cup. My pants wont pass my thighs now... that was awesome...I was given permission to go shopping and get a new wardrobe. yay

aqua tis going well. Baby is moving a lot I just hope it moves away from my bladder soon though.

yay!....new clothes for belly and baby...

a very sweet book for pregnant mama ~

Spa Mama -- Pampering for the Mother-to-be

Book Description
Day spa owner and new mom Stacy Denney knows how to make any expectant mother feel beautiful and relaxed with nine months' worth of revitalizing treatments designed to inspire well-being. Spa Mama presents facials for hormonally challenged skin, massages to ease all those new aches and pains, reflexology to fight morning sickness, healthy snacks for eating for two, and gentle prenatal yoga. There are even tips for looking good in those less-than-flattering post-delivery mother-and-child hospital snapshots. Witty and wise commentary throughout brings much-needed humor to those panic-filled Will I ever see my toes again? moments, while stylish illustrations demonstrate that a bump is the ultimate fashion accessory. A relaxed mommy makes for a healthy, happy baby. Spa Mama leads the way.

About the Author
Stacy Denney is mother to one-year-old Maxwell and the owner of Barefoot and Pregnant, a day spa in Marin County, California, designed for mothers-to-be. Stacy and the spa have been featured in Fit Pregnancy , Child , and Organic Style . Kerrie Hess's clients include Neiman Marcus, Australian Vogue , and British Glamour . She lives in Melbourne, Australia.

Spa Mama

i love this book...has great info....and expresses how important it is to be loved and well-cared for as an impending mom.

Sunchild, to expect the baby to move to far from your bladder. They seem to like to sit on you bladder.

Well this is my birth plan...just a plan and I wont get upset if it doesn't go this way, it's just what I hope for.

Some ideas so far....

Birth companion/s:

My partner, Darren

Pain relief:

Relaxation and proper breathing.
Massage from Darren.
Warm baths.
Essential oils.

Strength and endurance.

Avoid all drugs if possible. I will tough it out with every little bit of strength i have.

I'd rather be in pain and feel the birth, than be pain-free and feel nothing at all!

Monitoring:

Intermittent monitoring -- not continuous electronic monitoring if at all possible.

Interventions:

As few as possible.

Delivery positions:

I will listen to how my body wants to move or position itself. May be on all fours, on back, or squatting.

Feeding:

Breastfeeding for preference, if problems arise I will still persist even with discomfort if/until it resolves itself.
I will try to avoid formula.

Vitamin K:

No vitmain K is to be administered.
http://www.vaccination.inoz.com/VitaminK.html

Vaccines:

No vaccines.(most of my family isn't vaccinated, except for me and my brother. !)

And I have a real issue with vaccines. gggrrr

Most vaccines contain the preservitive mercury, some don't any more I know, but they also contain aluminium. I know what heavy metals can do to a body. Did you know, also that the 100 symtoms of autism, matches the 100 symptoms of mercury poisoning?
I know the chances are small, but I wont take any chance.

I'm certainly not going to use Hep vacciness.

They give the Hep B vaccine one day after and infant is born. Their blood brain barrier isn't even formed, their liver isn't working correctly, good grief, they have barely had a change to breath, and we inject them with the 2nd most toxic element next to Uranium, known
to man. Who is most likely to get Hep B? Drug users and young people who are sexually active. Makes no sense what-so-ever to give that to an infant. If anyone hasn't looked at the ingrediants listed in vaccines, I say it would be wise to be aware of what is being injected through these serums into kids.

Now if the majority of people are doing it, I find myself stopping and thinking about it more, and in most cases, I take the other road. I have learned that most of what we do is just learned and passed down to us, so we just automatically do it, without even thinking.

When I was a baby I had severe fever, and was really upset, I got rashes and all sorts of things as a reaction to vaccines.
Some symptoms a small and some are major...some have none at all. But I just can't take that risk.

Thanks!!!

When I went for the scan I didn't realize they were going to show it to us in 3d...I wasn't expecting to see a face. So amazing.

I like Kayia/Kaiya ( I like the "k" now instead of 'c') but I still have a long list of girly names, most of them end in "a"...like Lia. It's funny how I've only thought about girl names.

SO yeah everything is good, kidneys are back to normal and she moves around a lot. Really active, she responds to touch and sounds so well.

what a gorgeous belly! sincerely!
I can't wait to see if (when) your belly button pops!

I had such a hard time with names this last time.
I am really happy with his name though.

'a' on the end is just so feminine and beautiful for girls.
do you know what I noticed as well? just from pouring over baby names sites and being on babyfit etc.....
the boys trend right now is 'en' sound on the end of the name...
eg; dylan, aiden, kaiden, etc...
girls, a sound.. sophia, olivia, ava, etc...

i am not saying that to discourage you.. just asing if you've noticed that. i think if i had a girl i would've called her something like that as well, it's just so flowy and beautiful!
actually, my girl name was Simone Eden. but i like so many!

sorry to ramble on....
i'm just excited for you!

Thanks pixie

My belly button is so tiny now, I think it will pop in a month or so...I hope, I think it looks so cute when that happens.

Now Darren and I can't agree on a name...I had a feeling that would happen. I want him to be really happy with it as well.
Eden is nice...I like that.

If you think of some unique or names that aren't over-popular drop them..I'd love to have a few more on the list to discuss with people.

Yep August 31st.

My Nan thinks she'll be here in the first week of September...either way she's a Virgo like her Daddy
He is so happy with that rather than living with two leo females... she still might decide to be a leo...who knows!!
