Love the name you chose, SC.
What made you two choose it?

It reminds me of a childhood friend of mine's name (slight difference): pronounced: Ah-Tahlie

She was born in Australia too!

Thankyou

Darren and I were talking names one night and I said just ask her then...then he said 'Tahlie'...and I had never heard of a name like that but loved it. He kind of made it up.

I googled it and couldn't find much, I like that it's original.

Here's one for 35 weeks.

I've got stretch marks now (just on the sides), and I have a weird stretch mark were my belly ring used to be.

I have dropped a bit too... I'm feeling bh contractions at night, all is good!

how exciting...there's a baby living inside your tummy...i just think it's the coolest thing in the world, that you can walk around for almost a year, carrying another human being inside you.....

(that baby's getting ready to venture outside soon....my babe likes to talk about the time he "popped out of the seed"...lol...yours will be ready to pop out of the seed soon too, SC... )

Just dropping in quickly ~ I have flu virus and am on bedrest...I've been feeling sick for a few days, am getting better though. Baby is fine.
I haven't had the energy to use the net or walk around.

Be back when I'm better.

Hi jani,

I put on 15 kgs, I plan to shed all of that after she is born. Most of it is probably fluid ect.
I probably only have 5 kgs of fat to lose.

Thanks Bluemoon.

Hi Sunchild,

Thanks for ur response. well the doc i asked informed that 15 kgs is normal gain ..if i gain another 4 kgs i wud have finsihed exhausting that limit of 15 kgs.
Unlike u i aint very confident tht my total gain wud be mostly liquids thou..so am worried a lil bit..

It depends upon each indviduals genral health, potential etc thou i read 6 weeks after delviery (whetehr C sec or normal ???? not sure) one can resume a moderate execrcise program like walking standing stretches later extending to vigorous ones like strength training/jogging.

wud u mind telling me when u propose to start the execrcises?
What kind of execrcises ?

Sorry if i am asking too many questions!

I will start exercising as soon as I feel up to it, (a couple of weeks) I will ease back into it slowly. I will do 20 mins of cardio 3 x a week to start and mainly do core exercises and thigh exercises.
It wont be exhausting exercises, just gentle ones.
