Thanks T  I , thank God, never lost a child, but his loss was like losing a loved one. A hundred and thirteen pounds takes up some "love" space to fill.
I haven`t fostered since and family/friends are becomming demanding I do. I don`t have the heart yet. Phoenix needs a friend  teasel,Any sign of Cutie? Is he neutered? Mermaids DO exist. We Aquarians see them at the waters edge , swapping stories with the unicorns and and dragons quite often.

The back splash is beautiful !!Not what I saw or even expected. I saw yellows but the aquamarine is awesome. I never assocciated that color with you but you wear it well . ------------------

Cutie came home! I'm wondering if he was stuck in someone's garage, because he was only slightly skinnier than he had been, and was really hungry, but there's no evidence of him being hurt or sick. He was outside meowing at around 7am, over an hour after I finally went to bed, thinking about putting posters out this morning (so I needed a bit of sleep). He's been snuggled up on my bed, either next to my dog, or me, all morning. I finally gave up on sleep, because I kept getting woken up. IP: Logged |

And you're right about Disney...it would never lead you astray.  Btw, ever wonder why there are no mermen? I guess because mermaids can't open their legs, it drove all the men away? Sorry to be crass but I've given this some thought and that's my best conclusion. I started to fall asleep last night and someone's car alarm went off. I became aware of it, it reached through to dreamland and became part of my dream...then the sound dragged me out of the depths, made sure I was totally awake, and left me with insomnia. I haven't slept at all. Car alarms  Okay someone kicked your tire, tell the whole neighborhood why don't you?

I'm very, stressed. Like, extremely. I don't know if that counts as an excuse, but it's true nonetheless.
Just, on edge. Edit: So, I'm sorry. Sometimes I don't know what I'm doing lately. You'd think I'd just run off and be alone and not spill out to anyone else. In real life, that is what I actually do. Online, it's like an escape in itself where things DO spill out. It's a refuge of sorts. Unfortunately, it leaves me apologizing a lot lately. That's all I've got. We can just move forward.

I understand... It happens. Being on edge and nervous and worried and having to carrying huge burdens on your shoulder. I get that sometimes things you're going through in your life filter into how you respond to things here. I understand but just try, try to take it easy and breathe. It'll all pass. Everything. Noooo, no, no it was supposed to be funny! DeepFreeze, don't get upset! Honestly, I thought it was funny when you told me that because it was an accurate insult: I do tend to get preachy at times. I'm not bothered by it at all.I was just clowning/trolling PisceanDream because she was big time procrastinating her paper and wanted to crack the whip. Eh, I figured you would see it and laugh and then troll her two because you guys are goofy with each other like that. I know we're not best buddies or anything, but are you really okay? You seem really on edge lately, I can feel the emotions through your writing. Being here shouldn't make you more upset, it should be a place to chill and vent. But to answer the question you posted in SP: NO. Because if you treat others the way you have been treated, then it is a self-fulfilling prophecy. You worry too much about how people perceive your comments, get flustered and upset when people misunderstand your thoughts, and feel defensive because you think people aren't listening and you really raise your voice. I actually had a long response written out for that, but then I accidentally closed it out ughhhhhh. But if you are open to it, I have some thoughts on what can help to get your words across without having to overexplain yourself and feeding into the baiting posts which only makes things worse.
