Now looking at the chart (apart from the amazing superpositions), I see:

tadah! the eye-catching Yod
A sextile between the Sun (also MC ruler) and Mars (6th ruler) - my mother came to work in the same office POF is nicely involved too. Uranus, IC ruler, is going to trigger this Yod on the 8th/2nd axis. The outcome could be seen in the condition of the 2nd house and its ruler: Cupido/Vesta there and Jupiter, 2nd ruler surprise! it's in the 5th house, and disp by Mars AND in mutual reception with Mars - I think Mr Mars feels the 5th activation first, and that's exactly what happened (men have soft hearts anyway lol) Also the whole combo suggests a movement on the MC/IC axis, one clue for a possible future marriage already (not enough though)...so let's look further.

But so far, we have the proper connection between 6th house (circumstances of the meeting) - 5th house (love) - MC/IC 2nd/8th.

Chart ruler on MC projects the possible evolution of this FM into the future.

Saturn conj Vertex may suggest the long time (long courtship)

DSC ruler (showing the nature of the partnership and how it's felt) is self-explanatory. It makes the other Yod with Chiron, releasing right on IC.

NN ruler Neptune makes a T-square with Venus, in mutual reception, and Juno; Neptune also trine IC, sextiles MC/Pluto.

But the most interesting config comes from the Minor Triangles (Cradle), especially when considering the Juno/Alma mdp (they have Juno conjunct Alma 1 in their comp)

It is not THAT world-changing either. But certainly surprised ME.

Which he always does. Surprising me, pushing me out of my comfort zone, making me having to question my line of thinking, adjusting my perspective, and that is something I love him for.

I need that little push now and then, this slightly different view onto myself and on things.

Leaves me puzzled, dazed and with a feeling of "where the heck did THAT come from?`", but I love a good mystery like everyone else, and I want to figure this out.

But now I want to give an example of how I see it on the superpositions level ( a closer look). I think the superpositions show 1. strong (or not) connections with the natals, what is the nature of these connections (like a regular composite) 2. the possible impact of this event on the natives and how they felt, what was triggered for them. (the same as the comparison with the individual composites with the event, but this time the impact is that of whatever merging happened at this FM on each individual)

I will probably post this with my parents as well, considering the outcome is long known, and a retroactive analysis is verifiable.

But I'll use my own FM; both charts are interesting, midpoint and reference place,not to mention the gravity one, and the difference between them highlights certain clues; I'm using the midpoint now, because it triggers our synastric cross (that would be the strongest attraction config in the synastry), a most interesting finding; so, this is how I see it;

It also has a physical and instinctive impact, a sensual nurturing strike in this house - in Leo and conjunct Union, an amorous Moon seeking to merge. It's also in the third and Gemini rules the ASC - communicating this warm feeling and desire for union is the direction of the relationship.
So how did I feel this Moon/Union in Leo 3rd, ruler of the 2nd house in this multi-comp?

for him, it brought a general awakening - his Mercury rules his ASC, MC, SN and Jupiter rules his NN, IC and his Sun - major impact here for him by this Moon, the whole nodal and MC/IC axes converged.

Hopefully, with Jupiter the happiness bringer and nicely placed in this multi-chart, whatever pain we are to endure it will also lead to enormous healing. Interestingly, the Aqua/Jupiter/9th house connection may suggest outer journeys as well.

In our synastry the far most important player is Uranus, especially his Uranus (7,8HR) which activates the whole configuration - diamond (or distorted pentagram), the following positions of this diamond in our synastry:

his natal Pluto is on 21 Libra, bang on the multi composite Mercury-NN, and in fact our normal composite NN is on 20 Libra, with Amor and Cupido a the same degree and Mars on 23 Libra.
Our composite Psyche (and Avx) sit on 25 Aquarius, because we have a synastric Psyche-Psyche-conjunction of one degree.
