I know, Randall. I'm just trying to find an easy way out...

No, seriously, thanks for clearing that up. Now I'll start believing...

Faith in Linda's formula will provide te extra push most of us need. But the main ingredient is belief. We are each unique individuals, and your body will tell you what it needs.

Yeah. There are many paths to Rome, but no shortcuts, right?

In immortal terms, all is a short cut.

What Linda explains about rotating counter-clock-wise makes sense to me, so I integrated that information with a chakra visualization that I do once in a while. It is just for centering myself.
What I do is visualize a red colored wheel at my base chakra, rotating counter-clock-wise for seven rotations. Then I move up to the next chakra, the abdominal chakra which resonates with the color orange, and I repeat the process all the way up the seven different chakras. This takes me, oh, maybe a minute to do altogether now as I've been doing this for years.

It works for me. I'm youthful in appearance, am in awesome health and pleased with my age, because I believe that with age comes wisdom.

One more thing. I do ultrasound therapy on patients at work, and I always move the wand in a counter-clock-wise direction. It's basically just a belief of mine, but I think it helps more than doing it clock-wise.

My job is to master my "responses" to external events......NOT to attempt to control them.

Hey elfilosophy that sounds like a good imagery.
I've been doing an exercise to activate the chakras so what u said seems like the next step.
It's easier to imagine colors than just spirals, colour leaves a clearer print on the mind.
Cheers.

I have a confusion that when you do reverse aging visualization so which way you have to visualize
circles going back in clock wise or
anti clock wise direction.

I think it's anti-clockwise... clocks go forward clockwise and backwards anti-clockewise so I think it's the same kind of thing for spirals.

Our cells are made of clockwise spirals. To reverse, go counter-clockwise.

Thanks!! I was so confused that one day I was doing anti clock wise and the other day clock wise.
I recently read star signs chapter on Immortality and the photo is anti clock wise.
