I was just reading starsigns last night and Linda was talking about the exercises to do cell reversal, u know when u image in your mind the cell travelling anti-clockwise, but I'm finding it hard to concentrate and really mind it.
I was wondering has anyone tried this and did anyone come up with a way to imagine more vivdly?
Or could we do a thread where people can talk u through it, so that step by step the seeds of the exercise are planted into your mind because maybe it would be easier to concentrate.
How long do u try it for
Do u image one cell or millions of cells turning anti-clockwise if u can?
Anyone any ideas?

I just visualize a spiral turning backwards and stopping. You could just as easily visualize many spirals at the same time. Or visualize actual cells. There's no right or wrong way.

Randall does it take practice though to feel it vividly?
Will meditation help with getting better concentration?

Whatever feels right. Visualization isn't as important as "knowing."

Hey, I've mentioned this in a previous post ... but here's to redundancy. During every shower ... when the curtain or sliding door gets nice and fogged up ... I trace a spiral and then reverse the spiral around itsElf, all the while visualizing my own life energy. I also picture mysElf in my "mid-twenties." That actal visualization is helpful to me to "seal the deal" so to speak.

Word of caution

Once, I looked at mysElf and thought I looked "older." I knowwww .... poor perspective on my half. So, I focused on this exercise more and more ...

Just didn't seem to be working.

Well, in the beginning of the sun in gemini.... on a whim .. i shaved my beard off ... and the face of a young teen-ager was looking back at me. A touch too young looking for my "taste" .... but it was nice to see that the exercise works even in moments of doubt.

Consistency is really key (part of why I do it in the shower ... bc I happen to take those very consistently). My spirals start looking a little bit like the number 2 ... and finishes looking like a @ sign. I do three of them each time.

Ok ... enough rambling .. I need to go hop in the .. umm .. shower!

Good observation, Grasshopper. I seem to have "added" a few years to my appearance aws well by growing a goatee. But it's just an illusion. Maybe I'll shave it off temporarily one day. It used to be a pain getting ID'd to buy lottery tickets.

Hey grasshopper thank u for that tip.
I have been just drawing a spiral on a notepad but what u said about the shower makes even more sense.
In washing away the illusion of age while u practice the exercise.
That way U can use more of your senses to get a more vivid approach... touch, smell, sight, hearing, maybe in a way tasting cause u've got the image, u're feeling the water, hearing it, seeing it etc.
Yeah I think this will help alot.
Thanks again.

Yes.
Yes.
Yes, of course.

Naturally, I thought of all those angles, too.

Ok, I didn't ... and appreciate you're added insight, Quinnie.

Hope you win the lottery, Randall. My youthful appearance never really did much to effect me except during the times when I tend bar for a little extra money. Here I am carding so and so and I look perhaps younger than they (he he he).

Good to be back, Spiritua

Thanks for the well-wishing about the lottery, Grasshopper! I think it's simply wonderful that so many people volunteer their time and efforts in devotion to Linda and to this site, and if I won a large lottery amount, you can bet that much of it would be given as gifts (not salary or payment) to the Moderators and other major contributors here, not to mention all-expenses paid trips to any and every Knowflake who wants to attend the Lindaland Convention (which would be changed to a more "exotic" location).

Major Contributers, eh?

(Tallies up his thoughtful posts and see they don't number that high .... considers the "quality over quantity angle.")

Yeah ... so .... I believe I've made some qualitative contributions this last year.

Yeah.

Yup.

Yes-sir-ee.

(Doesn't think anyone is buying it.)

Well, just you remember who well-wished you the most for That lottery ticket.

Or ... something?

Grasshopper, I dreamt last night that Randall started a new forum for something - I think it was Immortality - and set up a separate string for your post. Weird ha??!
I guess it was first reading your post and then seeing all that stuff about immortality in a lexi I did for Starlover that was playing on my mind.
Anyway, that's some great advice!

I agree with Randall that knowing is senior to visualization and I use visualization when my knowing ain't so strong.

Literally speaking about the title of this thread, an intense weight lifting and aerobics (no more than one hour per day though) does make one look and feel at least 10 years younger. There are also resistance type facial exercises that reverse gravity effects on the face and make one look at least 10 years younger. I know it is not "the real thing" that we all are looking for, it is only part of the solution. Linda did say exercise was a step toward reverse aging and I know for a fact that is somewhat true, just that it has to be more intense than most people are willing to admit to themselves and it has to include muscle resistance (like weight training) training to be really effective.

When I am 19 again I will definitely still keep in the routine of lifting weights and running (no more than one hour per day).

I am 50 and people just drop their jaws when I tell them and I have been in better shape: Feeling a little fat and forty these days because I dropped the weight training regimen for too long now.

Sorry to hear that Linda had diabetes and makes me really wonder cuz I know that it is 100% curable and wondered that she did not also know that and take measures.

When I look at her younger pictures and then at her later pictures I do see "aging" but nothing that could not have been "reversed" by an intense workout regimen and some other things.

At my stage of knowledge about the body I believe I could write a program for anyone to help them to HEAL any structural or organic disease or deficiency.

I am now taking on the bigger problem of actually reversing people's age, not just a cheap imitation, you know!

I am open to any methodology or technology that contributes to this.

I am also looking for people who truly have acheived this effect and are willing to tell how they did it for themselves.

I believe that giving out the knowledge also brings in knowledge and that is why I decided to post here.

love,

colleen

Thanks Colleen. I am younger, but still interested in all this stuff. I work out 3-4 times a week, but alot of times the total amount of time incl. aerobics and weights is over an hour, sometimes 2. Now I am concerned with your statement- is this too long, should I just be doing one hour every single day. I don't want to do the wrong thing! Please explain. And thank you for sharing your info!

Colleen are you there? Am I doing the wrong thing by exercising for extended amounts of time? Is this reversing any positive effects? I don't want to age myself in the process. I know Madonna does exercise for an hour and a half each day and I don't think she has had any work done and she looks great. Comments?

Hey, Fajita ...

Try not to get too hung up on how much you work out or what not. It certainly is important ... but the more you "stress" over it, the more you may allow doubt to creep in. Be confident that what you're doing is working for you. Don't believe ... know!

hello, i was so interested when i first read karalee's intro some time ago. i'm 51 and look about 35 but got there by using sunscreen religiously, eating healthy and trying out different fasts. the one time, i tried yoga it made me look 20 years younger, it was amazing. what is weird is that i've never made the time to go back to it - maybe unconsciously thought i should look older or something. anyway would be interested in karalee's book or course. as for spiralling, i too had trouble figuring which way to go for the spiral until i imagined a clock and starting at 12 you go left to get the smaller numbers. then i'll stop as 2 & 1 which is where i want to be. nice to see all the interest in rejuvenation. i'd better start exercising though.
